Einfädelhilfsvorrichtung für Nähmaschinen. Die Einfädelhilfsvorrichtung für Nähma schinen gemäss der Erfindung weist einen als Fadenführung sowie zum Aufschieben auf die Maschinennähnadel ausgebildeten Aufsteck körper auf, welcher Mittel besitzt, die ermög lichen, ihn bleibend mit der Nähmaschine zu verbinden, so dass er in und ausser Gebrauchs lage gebracht werden kann.
Durch die zwischen der EinfädelhiIfsvor- richtung und der Nähmaschine herzustellende bleibende Verbindung wird bezweckt, einer seits ein Verlegen der Einfädelhilfsvorrich tung zu verhindern und anderseits die Ein- fädedhilfsvorriehtung an der Nähmaschine stets möglichst nahe der Näherin zu halten. Durch Aufschieben des Aufsteckkörpers auf ,die, Maschinennähnadel soll die Hilf svorrieh- tung rasch in Gebrauchslage gebracht werden können.
Zweckmässig besitzt der Aufsteckkörper einen Schaft, welcher dazu bestimmt ist, im Zusammenwirken mit einem Anschlagteil an der Nähmaschine die Lage des Aufsteckkör pers in der Längsrichtung der Nähnadel fest- zulegen. Dadurch soll, jegliches Suchen des Nadelöhrs vermieden werden.
Inder Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegen stand in einem Ausführungsbeispiel veran schaulicht.
Fig. 1 zeigt die Hilfsvorrichtung.
Fig. 2 ist eine Seitenansicht zu Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 ein waagrechter Schnitt nach der Linie IV-IV der Fig. 1.
Es bezeichnet 1 den vorzugsweise aus Federstahl hergestellten Aufsteckkörper, wel- eher eine für den einzufädelnden Fäden A als Führung vorgesehene Rinne 2 aufweist, die nach oben offen, ist. Ferner ist am Auf steckkörper 1 mit Hilfe eines angebogenen Armes 3 eine federnde Sohleife gebildet, wel che das Aufklemmen dies Aufsteckkörpers 1 auf eine Maschinennähnadel 4 ermöglicht.
Um den mit erwähnter Schleife quer zur Maschinennähnadel 4 auf diese aufzuschie benden Aufsteckkörper 1 leicht auf die Näh nadel aufbringen zu können, ist der Arm 3 am freien Ende 5 nach :auswärts gebogen desgl@chen der;dies! Armende gegenübenlie- gende Lappen 6 des Aufsteckkörpers 1, so dass ein entsprechend erweiterter Zugang zur genannten Schleife gebildet ist.
Wie der Arm 3, ist auch das freie Ende eines Flügels 8 nach auswärts gebogen, der eine Fortsetzung des die Führungsrinne 2 bildenden Teils dax- stellt und ebenfalls dem Lappen 6 und somit zum Festhalten des Aufsteck körpers 1 auf der Maschinennähnadel 4 mit hilft.
Durch Auftreffen des am Unterteil der Führungsrinne 2 vorhandenen Stirnrades i sowie einer am Schaft 10 des Aufsteckkörpers 1 vorgesehenen Ausbauchung 10a auf die Maschinennähnadel 4 wird das s Queraufschie ben des Aufsteckkörpers 1 auf die Nadel 4 aufgehalten, wodurch die Einschiebetiefe dementsprechend begrenzt und die Lage des Aufsteckkörpers 1 quer zur Nadel 4 bestimmt ist.
Um die Lage des Aufsteckkörpers 1 in der Längsrichtung der Nadel 4 festzulegen, damit die Führungsrinne 2 für den Faden A in der erforderlichen Weise sich in horizontal gleicher Ebene mit dem Nadelöhr 9 befindet, besitzt der Aufsteckkörper 1 den Schaft 10 zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Anschlag teil an der Nähmaschine, zweckmässig mit der Nadeltragstangeselbst (Fix. 2) oder mit einem an ihr gebildeten Vorsprung, wie z. B. die für die Nähnadel vorgesehene Stell- bezw. Befestigungsschraube. Hierzu ist die Länge des Schaftes 10 auf die praktisch vorkom mende kleinste Nadellänge der betreffenden Nähmaschine abgepasst.
Um für grössere Nadellängen den Schaft 10 anpassen, das heisst verlängern zu können, ist auf ihn eine Hülse 11 aufgeschoben. Nach dem diese Hülse 11 in dem der Nadel entspre chenden Masse über den Schaft 10 vorgescho ben worden ist, so dass die Führungs- bezw. Einfädelrinne 2 mit dem Nadelöhr korrespon diert, wird die Hülse 11 auf irgendeine Weise in ihrer Einstellage am, Schaft 10 festgelegt, z. B. mittels einer an ihr vorgesehenen, nicht gezeichneten Stellschraube. Mit Hilfe der Ver längerungshülse 11 kann die für die praktisch kürzeste Nadel bemessene Hilfsvorrichtung allen grösseren Nadellängen angepasst wer den.
Ein am Schaft 10 des Aufsteckkörpers 1 angebrachtes Loch 12 kann zur Befestigung einer Kette 14 oder eines andern flexibeln Organes benutzt werden, das zur bleibenden Verbindung der Einfädelhilfsvorrichtung mit der Nähmaschine bestimmt ist und hierzu an einem an dieser schon vorhandenen oder noch anzubringenden Teil festgelegt wird. Wenn der Aufsteckkörper 1 nach Einfä deln der Nadel 4 von ihr wieder abgezogen wird, bleibt er durch die Anhängekette 14 mit der Nähmaschine trotzdem verbunden, so dass er im Bedarfsfall von der Näherin be quem erfasst werden kann.
Der am Aufsteckkörper 1 vorgesehene, zur Bildung einer Schlaufe dienende Arm 3 kann natürlich auch als Teil für sich am Aufsteck körper 1 angebracht sein; es genügt dann, wenn der Arm 3 aus Federstahl besteht, wäh rend im übrigen der Aufsteckkörper aus nichtfederndem Material bestehen kann.
Der an der Einfädelrinne 2 des Aufsteck körpers 1 vorgesehene Flügel 8 kann auch weggelassen werden. An Stehle der Ausbau chung 10a kann der Schaft 10 leg Aufsteok- körpers 1 einen in anderer Weise gebildeten Anschlag besitzen, welcher zur Bestimmung der Lage des Aufsteckkörpers 1 quer zur Nähnadel dient. Die Kette 14 oder gegebenen falls ein an ihrer Stelle vorgesehenes anderes flexibles Organ kann, statt am Loch 12, an einer am Aufsteckkörper oder an der Verläu- gerungshülse 11 befindlichen Öse angreifen.
Mit seinem zweiten Ende kann ervv#ähntes Organ (14) an einer Öse eines Halters angrei fen, der an der Stange des Stoffdrückers durch Klemmwirkung festgehalten wird bezw. in, nächster Nähe der Stoffdrückerstange am Maschinenarm angebracht ist,
wodurch die dauernde und nach allen Richtungen beweg liche Verbindung mit der Nähmasschine her gestellt ist. Genannter Halter kann. mit einem Seitenarm versehen sein, damit auf demselben die beschriebene Hilfsvorrichtung bei Nicht gebrauch mittels des für diesen Fall entspre chend aufigebiadeten,
.das heisst mit einer Auf schiehöse ausgestatteten Aufsteckkörpers, auf geschoben werden kann; dadurch wird die Lage der Hilfsvorrichtung bei Nichtgebrauch fixiert, was ihr jeweiliges Erfassen für die Ingebrauchnahme bezw. Anbringung des Auf steckkörpers an der Nähnadel begünstigt, um so mehr, Ras der erwähnte, mit der Hilfs vorrichtung in Verbindung stehende Halter sich in nächster Nähe der Nähnadel befindet.
