Elektrischer Druckkontakt. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein elektris,oherDruckkontakt für Klingel und Signalanlagen mit einem, unter Feder wirkung stehenden, ein Kontaktglied tragen den und von einer Rosette umgebenen Drücker, der dadurch ;
Electrical pressure contact. The subject of the present invention is an electric, oherDruckkontakt for bell and signal systems with a, under spring action, a contact member carrying the handle and surrounded by a rosette, which thereby;
It is known that the outer part of the handle is in the form of a body of revolution with a curved generation, and the adjoining cylindrical part is provided with a contact member, the first-mentioned part
is held by a rosette with a bore adapted to its shape, which rosette is placed on a sleeve that closes the second groove part and the compression spring, the whole thing in such a way that
that the rosette serves as a dioh-training organ at the same time and prevents foreign bodies from entering the sleeve.
An exemplary embodiment of the invention is shown in longitudinal section on the accompanying drawing.
The pusher has a spherical part 1 which sits on a cylindrical part 2. A bushing 3 with an external thread and a base with a bore 4 is provided as a holding body for the pusher,
through which latter the cylindrical part 2 extends. On the end of the zyliudTi- see part 2, a washer 6 is screwed tight with a screw 5 as a contact member. The bore 4 is larger than the diameter of the cylindrical part 2, but smaller than the diameter of the contact disk 6.
A rosette 7, which has an opening adapted to the part 1, is screwed onto the sleeve 3 as an outer suction cap. After inserting the trigger into the bushing, the rosette can be screwed onto this,
where with the edge of its boring it encloses the spherical part of the handle in a circle, the diameter of which is smaller than:
.the one over the largest circle. measured diameter. From the spherical part 1, a spherical cap protrudes over the rosette 7.
Inside the sleeve 3 there is a Dru-kfedier B. which finds a stop at the bottom of the sleeve and on a disc 9 pushed onto the cylindrical part 2 and strives to hold the pusher in the rest position shown.
The disk 9 can also be omitted if, instead of the helical spring 8, a truncated cone spring is used, the end of which rests with the largest turn on the bottom of the sleeve 3, while the smallest turn places the cylindrical part 2 behind the spherical part 1 includes.
The sleeve 3 is screwed into a housing 10, which has two contact screws 11 for the connection of two lines, not shown, which: if necessary, can be connected to contact springs inside the housing. On the sleeve 3 there is also a locking ring 12 which enables the bushing 3 to be attached to a button plate 13, as indicated by dash-dotted lines.
This design of the pressure contact makes it possible to attach any number of bushings 3, each with a pushbutton, to a pushbutton plate, whereby the housing 10 may or may not be present, the latter in the event that all contacts are in a common,
are housed by the button plate 13 covered box. The pressure contact can, however, also be installed directly in a wall or the like without a pushbutton panel, in which the securing ring enables the bushing 3 to be fastened to a protective sleeve or the like inserted at the installation site.
The rosette 7 prevents Sehmutz or foreign bodies from entering the interior of the pressure contact. A jamming of the trigger is not possible due to the presence of sufficient play of its cylindrical part within the bore 4 of the sleeve 3.
This training also causes a reliable contact between the contact disk 6 and: the two contact screws 11 respectively. the K.o@ntaktfedlern who may be associated with them. Instead of the spherical part 1 of the pusher, another rotary body with a curved generator can also be used, which in its rest position applies to a suitable carrion hole in the rosette serving as a stop.
