Steckkupplung für auswechselbare Misch- und Rührwerkzeuge an Haushaltmaschinen
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Steckkupplung für auswechselbare Misch-und Rührwerkzeuge an
Haushaltmaschinen mit einer oder mehreren hohlen Abtriebswellen und einer Rastvornchtung für den
Werkzeugschaft. Die genannten Maschinen können insbesondere in der Küche durch Ansetzen verschieden gearteterwerkzeuge für Mehrfachzwecke ausgenutzt werden, so z. B. zum Rühren, Kneten, Quirlen, Schla- gen, Pürieren von Teig, Brei, Flüssigkeiten, Eierschnee, Schlagsahne od. dgL, zum Mixen von Säften oder auch zum Reinigen von Töpfen, Schüssen u. dgl.
Zweck der Erfindung ist, eine billig und einfach aufgebaute Kupplungsvorrichtung zu schaffen, wel- che auch eine technisch unerfahrene Hausfrau ohne Rücksicht auf die Besonderheiten der unterschiedlichen
Werkzeuge handhaben kann.
Die Erfindung geht von Ausführungen aus, bei denen der Schaft des Arbeitswerkzeuges mit einer ring- förmigen Nut oder Verdickung (Bund) versehen ist, die beim Einführen des Schaftes in die als Hohlwelle ausgebildete Abtriebswelle des Getriebes in eine Rastvorrichtung einrastet. Die Hohlwelle kann z. B. im Inneren zwei durch eine Feder zusammengehaltene Rastnocken aufweisen. Die Übertragung des Drehmo- mentes der Abtriebswelle auf den Werkzeugschaft erfolgt bei diesen Ausführungen über eine in axialer Richtung lösbare Kupplung, die meist als Stift-oder Schlitzkupplung ausgebildet ist. Der mechanische Aufbau solcher in axialer Richtung kraft- und in radialer Richtung formschlüssigen Kupplungen ist, da bei den kleinen Getriebeabmessungen nur geringe Federwege zur Verfügung stehen, verhältnismässig kompli- ziert und teuer.
Die Erfindung geht von der Überlegung aus, dass das Problem bei der alltäglichen Druckknopfverbindung in zuverlässiger Weise gelöst ist. Gemäss der Erfindung ist daher in die Hohlwelle in Höhe des Bundes, mit dem Werkzeugschaft in bekannter Weise versehen ist, der Mutterteil eines Druckknopfes eingebaut. Eine vorteilhafte Ausbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, dass der Druckknopf in einer an der getriebeseitigen Stirnseite der Hohlwelle angesetzten Buchse untergebracht ist. Diese Buchse kann dabei gleichzeitig als Ritzel ausgebildet sein und so einen Teil des Getriebes der Maschine bilden.
Einzelheiten der Erfindung ergeben sich aus dem nachfolgend beschriebenen Ausführungsbeispiel, das in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist.
Ohne Rücksicht auf die Ausbildung des Getriebes im einzelnen ist in der Zeichnung im Längsschnitt lediglich eine als Hohlwelle 1 ausgebildete Abtriebswelle dargestellt, die an ihrem aus dem Getriebegehäuse herausragenden Wellenende mit vier Kupplungsschlitzen 2 versehen ist, in welche die angestauch" ten, einander diametral gegenüberliegenden Lappen 3 am Schaft 4 des im einzelnen nicht näher dargestellten Werkzeuges eingreifen, wenn das Werkzeug in die Hohlwelle eingesteckt wird.
Am getriebeseitigen Ende der Hohlwelle 1 ist ein Ritzel 5 aufgepresst oder angespritzt, das einen eine Buchse bildenden ringförmigen Stehbund 6 aufweist. Der Hohlraum innerhalb dieses Bundes ist durch einen mit einer zentrischen Öffnung 7 versehenen Deckel 8 verschlossen. Unter diesem Deckel, der stramm in den Bund eingedrückt wird und gegebenenfalls noch durch Kleben od. dgl. gesichert werden kann, sitzt der Mutterteil eines handelsüblichen Druckknopfes 9. Die Spitze 10 des Werkzeugschaftes 4 Ist entsprechend im richtigen Abstand zu den Lappen 3 mit einer dem Vaterteil eines Druckknopfes ähnlichen Verdickung 11 versehen.

Beim Einsetzen des Arbeitswerkzeuges tritt die Schaftspitze 10 durch die Öffnung 7 hindurch und die Verdickung 11 rastet im Druckknopf 9 ein, während sich die Lappen 3 in zwei der Schlitze 2 an der Stirn 0 seite der Hohlwelle einsetzen. Damit ist das Arbeitswerkzeug unverlierbar in der Hohlwelle aufgenommen. Zum Auswechseln wird es mittels eines bekannten, auf die Schaftspitze 10 wirkenden Auswerfers herausgedrückt.
