Flat-sighted with air extraction. In the case of the flat screens with air extraction that have been customary up to now, there is the disadvantage, especially in the case of divided machines and different visible goods, that a certain part of the visible goods is carried away by the suction wind stream and subsequently mixed in the known dust separators.
According to the present invention, this disadvantage is to be eliminated in that an air filter for the filtration of the aspiration air is arranged inside the sieve box in such a way that the filtered material flows back separately into each product stream.
The air filter is expediently provided above the frame set of the plansifter. Furthermore, a cleaning device is advantageously assigned to the air filter for the purpose of continuous cleaning.
In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is Darge provides.
Fig. 1 shows a longitudinal section of a plan sifter along the line I-I of Fig. 2; FIG. 2 is a plan view of the plan sifter, and FIG. 3 is a cross section taken along line III-III in FIG. 1.
The plan sifter shown has, for example, three frames 1 of a normal frame set consisting of several screen layers, an intermediate frame 2 and a cover frame 3. At the Zwischenrah men 2 - so inside the screen box, a fabric filter 4 is attached, under which a sliding brush 5 is arranged, which is moved along a guide 6 continuously. In the cover frame 3 an inlet connection 7 and a suction connection 8 are provided. 9 is a perforated bottom plate and 10, 11 and 12 are the screen coverings of the three screen layers.
The product outlets of the sieve layers are designated by 13, 14 is the classifier outlet, 15 is the suction air flow and 16 is the product flow.
The aspiration air 15 enters the frame set 1 as usual with the classifiable material 16 through the inlet connection 7 and through the outlets 13 and 14, flows through the product ducts and coverings 10, 11 and 12 and reaches the fabric filters 4, which then carry the entrained Hold back visible goods and only allow the cleaned air to escape through the nozzle 8. The brush 5 constantly circles in the direction of the arrow 17 in the guide 6 and over the perforated plate floor 9 and cleans the air filter 4 continuously.
The filtered material falls through the perforated bottom plate 9 separately in each product or classifying flow.
This arrangement makes it possible that the 5 classifiers can be connected directly to a suction fan with a blow-out into the open air without the known aspiration screws and without the installation of special filters and cyclones, and the filtered material remains in the product flow, i.e. not is mixed.
The cleaning device for the air filter can, instead of brushes, other known means, e.g. B. rubber balls, belt ropes or hammers.
