Description

Process for the production of infill masonry and scaffolding for carrying out the process. The invention relates to a method for producing infill masonry. The process consists in that the mutually facing sides of two spaced-apart, grid-like frame parts that can be moved as a whole are covered with lightweight panels, the bolts that penetrate the two parts of the frame are fixed to them and by means of spacer tubes that are plugged onto the bolts Be kept at a distance from each other and that the space formed between the two lightweight building boards is filled with mixed concrete,

so that the binding agent binding the gravel in the mixed concrete penetrates the pores of the lightweight panels, whereby the filling compound is connected to the lightweight panels to form a rigid wall, whereupon the scaffolding parts are moved benbolzen after removing the screw for the purpose of producing further wall parts.

The invention also relates to a frame for carrying out the method, which is formed from two meshes that can be moved as a whole, each of which is composed of interlocking slats.

The method and the scaffolding are described, for example, with reference to the drawing below and show: FIG. 1 a view of the scaffolding, which is already covered on the inside with lightweight construction panels, FIG. 2 a section through the already finished wall along the line AA of FIGS. 1 and 3 show a frame part diagrammatically.

Two lattice-like frame parts, each consisting of the vertical battens 2 and the Horizontallat th 1, which BEZW by means of gears 7. 8 interlock, are set up apart from each other. The lightweight panels 4 are placed on the facing sides of these frame parts and held in place by bolts 3. Spacer tubes 6, which are pushed over the screw bolts 3, hold the two framework parts and the lightweight building board layers at a distance from one another which corresponds to the thickness of the wall to be produced.

The space formed between the lightweight panels is then poured with gravel, slag, rubble concrete or the like, the liquid binder penetrating the pores of the lightweight panels and connecting the lightweight panels to a rigid whole when the binding agent solidifies .

After the concrete has dried, the screw bolts 3 are removed which, in the case of the frame parts formed from the slats 1 and 2, are moved, if necessary, to the end of the wall that has already been completed in this way. the screw bolt 3 fastened with their ends and in the same way for the production of a. further wall section connected to the finished building. The spacer tubes remain in the wall.

The method described is characterized in that it saves scaffolding wood and accelerates the construction of walls, e.g. B. for residential buildings, emergency barracks and the like.
