  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines     acylierten,        aliphatischen        Aminocarbonsäureamids.            Gegenstand    des vorliegenden Zusatz  patentes ist ein     Verfahren,    zur Darstellung  eines     acylierten,        aliphatischen        Aminocarbon-          säureamids.Das    Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass ein     a-Halogen-n-buttersäure-          diäthylamid    mit     Methylamin    umgesetzt und  das Reaktionsprodukt mit     einer    das Radikal  der     3,

  4-Dimethoxy-benzoesäure    abgebenden  Verbindung     acyliert        wird.     



  Das     N-(3,4-Dimethoxybenzoyl)-a-methyl-          amino-n-buttersäurediäthylamid    der Formel

    bildet eine farblose Flüssigkeit vom Siede  punkt 203-205  unter 0,08 mm.  



  Die neue Verbindung soll therapeutische       Ver%vendung    finden.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  34,3 Teile     a-Methylamino-n-buttersäure-          diäthylamid,        Kp"    106-108  (dargestellt aus       a-Brom-n-buttersäurediäthylamid    durch Er  hitzen mit     Methylamin),    werden     in    200  Teilen Äther gelöst und unter Rühren     und     Kühlen 20 Teile     3,

  4-Dimethoxy-benzoyl-          chlorid        zugetropft.    Nach     2stündigem    Rühren  wird vom a -     Methylamino    - n -     buttersäure-          diäthylamid-chlorhydrat        abfiltriert    und die  ätherische Lösung mit     gesättigter    Kalilauge       geschüttelt.    Nach dem     Abdestillieren    des Lö  sungsmittels     -wird    das Reaktionsprodukt im  Hochvakuum rektifiziert.

   Die neue Verbin  dung siedet bei 203-205  unter 0,08 mm,     ist     wenig löslich in Wasser     und    leicht in orga  nischen Lösungsmitteln.
