  Schachtel, insbesondere f r Zigaretten.



   Die   Erfindung bezieht sich. auf Schach-      teln    mit Klappdeckel, insbesondere f r Zigaretten und betrifft eine Schachtel dieser Art, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, da¯ die mit einem Schnappverschlu¯ versehene Schachtel im Deekel eine Blattfeder besitzt, die auf f der Seite des Klappscharniers derart angeordnet ist, da¯ sie im   zugeklappten Zu-    stand der Schachtel unter Spannung gegen den entsprechenden Innenrand der Schachtel anliegt, so   dassl    beim Losen des Verschlusses der Deckel aufspringt.



     Vom der Schatohtel gemäss    der Erfindung ist auf beiliegender Zeichnung ein   A. usfüh-      rungslbeispiel    dargestellt.

   Die Schachtel besitzt   einen Behälterteil l    mit   eingesetztem Ra. hmen    2 und einem am   Behälterteil 1 anscharnierten Klappdeckel    3.



  Diese Teile   kestehen    beispielsweise aus Karton, Kunststoff oder Metall, insbesondere Aluminium.



   Am Rahmen   2    des BehÏlters ist auf der dem Klappscharnier gegen berliegenden Seite ein Vorsprung 4   (Fig.      1,    2   und 3) heraus-    gedr ckt, wÏhrend im Deckel 3   ein ent-      sprechender Teil    5 nach innen eingedr ckt ist. Die beiden Teile 4 und 5   sind so zuein-    ander angeordnet, da¯ beim Schlie¯en der Sehachtel der eingedrückte Teil 5 über den Vorsprung 4 gleitet und hinter ihm einschnappt.



   Im Deckel 3 ist auf der Seite des Scharniers eine Blattfeder 6 angeordnet. Die   Blatt-    feder 6 ist in der Mitte gebogen und deren Enden sind zwischen der DeckelflÏche 3a und der Innenverkleidung 3b ( Fig. 2 und 4) ver   schiebbar gelagert. Beim Schliessen des. Dek-    kels trifft der mittlere Teil der Feder auf den Rahmen 2 bei 2a   (Fig.    2) auf, und die Feder wird dann flachgedrückt   (Fig.    3). 



   Die Spannkraft der Feder ist so bemessen,   dans site    bei zugeklapptem Deckel 3 den Ver  schleu, 4,    5 nicht zu öffnen vermag. Um bei geschlossener Schachtel den Deckel zum Aufspringen zu bringen, wird der   Behälterrah-      men    bei 7   (Fig.    3) im Sinne des Pfeils 7 etwas nach innen gedrückt, wodurch der Ein  griff zwisehen dem eingedrüokten    Teil 5 un, dem Vorsprung gelost wird, so dass die gespannte Feder 6 sich entspannen kann und der Deckel 3 aufspringt.



   Beim Schliessen der Schachtel wird der Decke, 1 3 zugeklappt, wobei der Vorsprung 5 über den eingedr ckten Teil 4 gleitet und hinter ihm einschnappt, so da¯ der Deckel 3 entgegen der Federspannung am Rahmen 2 festgehalten wird. Die Blattfeder konnte auch in spitzem Winkel umgebogen und mit einem Schenkel zwischen dem   Deekel und der    Deckelverkleidung befestigt sein,   wahrend    der freie Sehenkel beim Schliessen des Deckels gegen den Schachtelrahmen drückt.



   Die beschriebene   ISchachtel kann    mit billigen Mitteln hergestellt werden, so dass gegenüber Ïhnlichen Schachteln ohne Schnapp  ve ! rschluss    und   Springfeder    keine   nennens-    werte Erhöhung des Verkaufspreises der Schachtel entsteht. Die Schachtel eignet sich   also hauptsächlich für Reklamepaekungen,    zum Beispiel f r Zigaretten,   Zigarren,    Pil  lem    etc.

   The box has a container part l with an inserted Ra. hmen 2 and a hinged lid 3 on the container part 1.



  These parts are made of cardboard, plastic or metal, in particular aluminum.



   On the frame 2 of the container, a projection 4 (FIGS. 1, 2 and 3) is pressed out on the side opposite the folding hinge, while in the cover 3 a corresponding part 5 is pressed inwards. The two parts 4 and 5 are arranged relative to one another so that when the box is closed, the pressed-in part 5 slides over the projection 4 and snaps into place behind it.



   In the cover 3, a leaf spring 6 is arranged on the side of the hinge. The leaf spring 6 is bent in the middle and its ends are mounted so as to be displaceable between the cover surface 3a and the inner lining 3b (FIGS. 2 and 4). When the lid is closed, the middle part of the spring hits the frame 2 at 2a (FIG. 2), and the spring is then pressed flat (FIG. 3).



   The resilience of the spring is so dimensioned that when the cover 3 is closed, the Ver Schleu, 4, 5 cannot open. In order to make the lid pop open when the box is closed, the container frame at 7 (FIG. 3) is pressed slightly inwards in the direction of the arrow 7, whereby the grip between the impressed part 5 and the projection is released, so that the tensioned spring 6 can relax and the cover 3 pops open.



   When the box is closed, the cover 13 is closed, the projection 5 slides over the indented part 4 and snaps into place behind it, so that the cover 3 is held against the spring tension on the frame 2. The leaf spring could also be bent at an acute angle and fastened with one leg between the cover and the cover panel, while the free handle presses against the box frame when the cover is closed.



   The I-box described can be produced with cheap means, so that compared to similar boxes without snap! Afterwards and spring, there is no significant increase in the sales price of the box. The box is therefore mainly suitable for advertising packaging, e.g. for cigarettes, cigars, pil lem, etc.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Box with hinged lid, in particular for cigarettes, characterized in that the box provided with a snap lock has a leaf spring in the lid which is arranged on the side of the hinged hinge in such a way that, when the box is closed, it is under tension against the corresponding inner edge the box so that the lid pops open when the lock is loosened.
