Fig. 1 ist ein ¯bersichtsbild dieser Anlage.

Fig. 9 eine Übersichtsschaltung der ganzen Steuereinrichtung.
Spannungsquelle, Relais ZSP, Kontakte zsu2, zsa4, WÏhlerarm dsV in Stellung 1, Kontakt zsv1, Erde.
8. In Fig. 5 : Erde, Punkt 37, in Fig. 6 : Kontakt spk, Punkt 36, in Fig. 5 : Kontakt se4, Relais SP, Spannungsquelle.
9. In Fig. 5 : Erde, Punkt 33, in Fig. 6 : Kontakt S75, Punkt 32, in Fig. 5 : Relais SK, Spannungsquelle.
10. Spannungsquelle, Relais An, Kontakte spr1, sk1, Widerstand Wi3, Punkt 40, in Fig. 6 : Taste T3, Punkt 48, in Fig. 5 : Erde.
13. Spannungsquelle, Fig. 5, Punkt 47.
Lampe L3 in Fig. 6, Punkt 44, Wählerarm deII auf Schritt 3. Kontakte an2, sk5, Erde (Fig. 5).
16. Spannungsqwelle, Relais WJ, Kon- takt wb2, WÏhlerarm dwII in Stellung 0,
Punkt 9 (Fig. 2), WÏhlerarm dsIV in Stellung 1, Kontakt zue4, Punkt 23 (Fig. 4),
Kontakte se3, sk2, su2, Relais SJ, Erde (Fig. 5).
Gleiehriehter Spi9, Kontakt sk4, Punkt 19, Kontakte zsb2, zsp2, zsue3, WÏhlerarm dsII in Stellung 1, Punkt 8 (Fig. 4), WÏhlerarm dir in Stellung 9, Kontakt wv3, Relais WA, Kontakt kt wue1, Erde (Fig. 2).
Somit geht also keine Wagenfahrt verloren.

Control device of a cable car conveyor system.
The present invention relates to a control unit of a cable car conveyor system with a number of stations simultaneously designed as sending and receiving stations, which are served by a number of wagons independent of the number of stations, and in which each station is equipped with an elevator, whose car to open or. Unloading the conveyed material is brought into the runway of the cable car. In systems of this type of known design, the conveyed goods are placed in containers which are brought onto the elevator cars and are equipped with means for setting the destination.
Along the roadway and near the stations are entry and exit points. hrkonta. Kte trained means provided by the influence. the elevator car lifted or. be lowered. The containers loaded with the material to be conveyed can thus. due to the right, at the right time brought into the lane, lift cages picked up or removed from the carriage. be handed in. The entry contacts are influenced depending on the setting of the means available on the containers in such a way that only the elevator car of the star station marked as the destination station on any container, or one that has already been given a transport order, is raised.
These control devices have various disadvantages e. The containers must always be very precisely placed in the elevator car. on the cable car, otherwise there is a risk that the station entrance contacts will not be started properly. Furthermore, the settings to be made on the containers are often forgotten, as a result of which the conveyed goods are not unloaded at all or in the wrong place leads to unpleasant operational disruptions.
The invention shows a way to avoid these disadvantages. In the control device according to the invention there are stationary, electrically controlled storage devices, wovo, n which are assigned to each station and are used to receive the demand orders, while the others are assigned to each car, to store the orders received by the former and to their These are passed on to the control devices of the target stations, with connections between the station and car storage devices being provided that each order received by a station is transmitted via stationary means to the storage device of an available car.
Such an arrangement is preferably provided that each can be replaced by an arbitrary Sta. Information storage device recorded Amftrag is only transferred when an empty car or a car loaded for the station in question into the lane of this station to the memory device assigned to this car for the target setting. This, in turn, is advantageously only transmitted to the control device as an acceptance order for the goods to be conveyed when the same car drives into the lane of the destination station.
The control device can also be designed in this way. that the storage device of an occupied wagon, the load of which is intended for a destination station, already has the same transport order a. wf, is only released when this car enters the roadway of the station in question and is immediately reassigned to the order recorded in the same. In the station storage devices, it is advantageous to provide means that register the passage through the stations by each car.
Further funds can be found in the Sta. tion equipment can be provided which, depending on the state of the car storage device, do not raise the elevator car until the car enters the track of the stations.
The same means can also ensure that the lifted elevator car is only lowered when the wagons move out of the station's lane. Stepping rotary dials are preferably used as storage organs for the transport orders and as registration organs for wagons passing through the stations used in the manner of dialers commonly used in automatic telephony.
Push buttons are advantageously provided as control means at the stations, each assigned to one of the other stations and supplemented by signal lamps.
An example embodiment of a cable car conveyor system equipped with a control device according to the invention is described below in detail and with reference to the accompanying drawing.
Fig. 1 is an overview of this system.
Fig. 2 to 8 show circuits of the individual parts of the control device, namely:
Fig. 2 the car storage device,
3 shows a signal and power supply device common to all cars and stations,
4 and 5 the relay and selector equipment assigned to each station,
Fig. 6 Stung the mechanical equipment and the control point of a station.
7 and 8 the power distribution system for the pull rope and elevator motors and
9 shows an overview circuit of the entire control device.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the system shown as an example comprises a closed roadway Fb and 5 stations SI to SV, which can be served by 4 cars IT'1 to W4. These are connected to a traction cable, not shown, driven by the motor ZSM, and are spaced apart by the same or at least approximately the same distances. You drive in the direction of the indicated arrows.
Before and after the stations in the driving direction there are lane contacts Iek1 to s Vek1. Tek2 to Vek2 and Iak to VAK available, of which those with ek1 respectively. ek2 to Vek2 as entry contacts and the contacts marked with ak as exit contacts. The entrance contacts ekl are only influenced by the car 1 and the entrance contacts ek2 are only influenced by the remaining carriages W2 to W4, as can also be seen in FIG. The exit contacts, on the other hand, are operated by all cars. The roadway between the entry and exit contacts is referred to as the suburban roadway.
The station elevators are driven by motors IAM to VAM, which, under the influence of individual 3ehalteinrichtung ISE toVSK and control 3tellen IT to VT, can be set in forward and backward motion, namely by means of switching contactors HS and SS for lifting respectively. Lowering the elevator cars. Pushbuttons Ta, signal lamps Lp (KD) and a transparent AB are available in the control stations. The Ta keys are used to set the target. They must be pressed until the corresponding lamps Lp light up. The lamp Lpl (KD) lights up with a flashing light as soon as the transmission platform of the elevator car is loaded. The AB banner indicates whether the system is in or out of operation.
Further switching devices IZSK to VZSE that are also assigned to the stations are combined in a central cabinet ZK together with so-called car storage devices IWK to VWK. In the same cabinet there is also an apparatus for controlling and monitoring the ZSM pull cord motor and for general monitoring of the entire system.
ZSMS designates a box for the switch of the ZSM pull-rope motor and Ti k a transformer box for the power supply of the central cabinet ZE. The condition of the wagon pulling rope is monitored by a so-called rope contact srk, which immediately puts the entire system out of operation in the event of abnormal relaxation or when the pulling rope is torn. A horn E is used for acoustic signals and signal lamps Srlp, Stlp and Alp for visual error messages. Manual switches Schl to Sch4 are used for switching measures that will be explained later. The various auxiliary circuits are protected by individual fuses ESi.
A distribution switchboard T with branches for the main circuits and their fuses Si resp. HSi is used to distribute the electrical energy to the various parts of the system. The whole system can be switched on and off by a main switch HS.
The mode of operation of the system is as follows: The points marked with numbers drawn in the outlines of FIGS. 2-8 show the connection between these figures, which is also clearly evident from the overview circuit of FIG. The first thing to do is to register the carriages. explained by the stations with reference to FIGS. 4, 5 and 6. Regardless of the individual sending and receiving processes, the rotary selector D present in the central relay cabinet ZE per station and serving as a car registration organ monitors the order of the passing cars WT. to W4.
In order to determine this sequence, carriage 1, for example, is characterized in that it only closes the entrance contact (FIGS. 1 and 6). As will be shown later, the selector Ds therefore sets itself to step l, regardless of which position it is in. The other cars close the entrance contacts ek2.
The contact actuation is carried out by drive wedges Eskl respectively. Ksk2, of which Eskl is only available on the wagon Wl and serves to influence the entrance contact ekl.
Car 1 actuates the exit contact ak.
As an example it is assumed that car 1 has just passed and that selector Ds is at step 1. Car No. 1 leaving the station actuates the exit contact ak. This closes the circuit 1 for the relay ZSC, which is held by the contacts zsc1 and zsp3. l. Earth, point 29 (in Fig. 5), exit contact ak (Fig. 6), points 28 and 16 (Fig. 5), relay ZSC (Fig. 4), voltage source, le.
The contact zsc2 (FIG. 4) switches on the winding 1 of the relay ZST, whose contact zsv2 places the capacitor ZSKo already charged via the resistance winding ZSVII in parallel with the winding I of the relay ZSV. As a result, this persists for a few seconds after contact zsc2 has been opened. The R. ela. is ZSX is switched on by the NontaLt zsv1 via the following circuit:
2. Voltage source. Relay ZSX, contacts zsa3, zsv1, earth.
The Rclais ZSX responds and in turn creates a third circuit:
3. Voltage source, parallel windings I and II of relay ZSP ', contacts ds, zsp5, zsx1, earth.
The relay ZSU responds and with its contact zsu1 switches on the solenoid Ds of the registration selector, so that the switch arms dsI to dsV are switched one step further (in position 2).
The action of the relay ZSU! 7 a circuit 4 is also established for the relay ZSP:
4. Voltage source, relay ZSP, contacts zsu2, zsa4, selector arms dsV in position 2, contact zsvl, earth.
When the armature contact ds opens, the relay ZSU is switched off and the rotary selector Ds is therefore de-energized again through the opened contact zsu1. The relay ZSP remains on the following circuit:
5. Voltage source. Relay ZSP contacts zsp4, zsv1, earth.
It remains energized as long as the heavily delayed relay ZS'7 'is held.' When it drops its armature. the relay ZSP is also de-energized. The relay ZSC remains until the relay ZSP responds and opens the holding circuit by moving its contact zsp3. The relay ZSU could only respond once. Should the relay ZSC be within the time. Since relay Z) S'F and thus also relay ZSP are energized and respond again, circuit 3 for relay ZSU remains interrupted via the open contact zsp5. This prevents the selector magnet Ds from making several steps due to bruises on the exit contact ak (FIG. 6).
Entry of car no.2.
The next arriving car. so no. 2, activates the entrance contact ek2; as a result, the relay ZSB responds, which is maintained via contacts zsb4 and zsp3 in the same way as the relay ZSC before.
The contacts zsb3 and zsc2 are connected in parallel so that the circuit 2 and then the circuit 3, 4 and 5 are closed again. The rotary selector switches its switching arms dI to dV from step 2 to step 3.
Cars 3 and 4 drive past.
The process described above is repeated in the Ein-BEzw. Exit of the cars 3 and 4. After the exit of the car 4, the voter stands at step 8 if it has always been properly advanced by one step.
The next car to arrive is again car no. 1.
Entry of car no.1.
The car closes the entrance contact ek1. so that the relay ZSA responds.
This switches relay 7 via contact zsa, SB which in turn holds relay 7SA with the help of contact zsp3. The following circuit is established for relay ZS'Y:
6. Voltage source, relay ZSX, contact zsa3. Selector arm dsV on step 8, contact; zsv1, earth.
The ZSYII winding of the ZSY relay is short-circuited. When the relay ZSX resp. the closing of the account. ktes zsxl. if the relay ZSU responds again, the rotary selector arms dsI to dsV are continued to step 9.
The registration dial Ds opens again
Step 1.
On step 9 of the selector arms dsI to dsV, the relay ZSP cannot respond, which is why the selector Ds continues to rotate step by step, since the relay ZSU responds after each step as long as the relay ZSP has not yet picked up; this then responds to selector step 1 via: 7. Voltage source, relay ZSP, contacts zsu2, zsa4, selector arm dsV in position 1, contact zsv1, earth.
Thereby the voter is finally shut down. The relay ZSP remains on circuit 5 until the relay ZSV drops its armature. Became the entry account. kt ekl opened before the relay ZSP has responded, the relays ZSA and ZS13 remain, as mentioned, via the contact zsp3. Opening this contact causes the relays ZSA and ZSB to drop out.
Disruption in the registration of wagon passages.
Ha. If the selector Ds does not work properly due to a malfunction, it can be assumed that it is not in step 8 when car no. 1 arrives. When relays ZSA and ZSB pick up, relay ZSY also responds in this case, since its winding ZSYII is not short-circuited either by contact a3 (idle side) or via step 8 of rotary selector Ds. The Rela. is ZSY holds itself with its winding ZSYI via the contact zsy2.
Since the relay ZSX is connected upstream of the winding II of the relay ZST in this case, it cannot a. Pull before ZSY has responded and bridges winding II via contact zsy3.
Correction of the bug.
After relay ZSX has picked up, selector Ds is switched back to step 1 as described above. So if a fault has occurred, the error is canceled again with each revolution of the carriage 1.
But so that there is a check that the selector Ds has not worked properly, the relay. ZSY a green control lamp KL switched on via contact zsy1. This lights up until the holding circuit for the relay ZSY is interrupted by opening the contact Ts by pressing the button next to it. The next cars switch the voter on again as described. The position of the selector Ds is therefore indicative of the number. of entering or exiting listening car, gens.
Sending process.
As an example, let us assume that a shipment is to be transported from station 1 with carriage 1 to station 3. First of all, the conveyor container is therefore placed on the transmission platform sp (FIG. 6). Contact sp7c is closed under the influence of the load and relay SP is switched on:
8. In Fig. 5: earth, point 37, in Fig. 6: contact spk, point 36, in Fig. 5: contact se4, relay SP, voltage source.
By opening the contact sp2, first. the elevator is blocked for further controls, as the relay SH controlling the elevator can no longer respond.
In addition, the occupancy lamp L1 (KD) (Fig. 6) is switched on via the contact spl, which, however, does not turn quietly, but rather burns with a flashing light under the influence of the relay SR (Fig. 5). The relay SR is designed in a known manner as a differential relay which cooperates with a capacitor SKo and whose armature is alternately attracted and released. The sign KD heu illuminated by the lamp Ll. but "push button".
Goal setting.
Following the instruction, the operator presses the key T3 assigned to the destination station <S'3, whereby the destination is set in a so-called station memory device (Fig. 5). Since the elevator car is in the station and therefore keeps contact sk closed, circuit 9 is established for relay SK:
9. In Fig. 5: earth, point 33, in Fig. 6: contact S75, point 32, in Fig. 5: relay SK, voltage source.
The contact skl in turn prepares the circuit 10, which is established by pressing the button:
10. Voltage source, relay on, contacts spr1, sk1, resistor Wi3, point 40, in Fig. 6: button T3, point 48, in Fig. 5: earth.
Da, s relay on (in Fig. 5) responds and switches on relay SU via:
11. Voltage source, parallel windings I and II of relay SjTT, contacts de, spr2, an4, earth.
The relay SU is triggered and gives the selector coil of the selector De an impulse.
The visual arms deI and deII are advanced to step 1. At the same time, however, the contact de, which stops the relay SU, opens. The selector magnet de and the relay SU work as relay breakers.
This game repeats itself until. Checks the relay'S'Pr via the'selector arm on step 3 in the following circuit:
12. Voltage source, relay SPr, Arm de @ on step 3, point 40, in Fig. 6: key Ta3, point 48, in Fig. 5: earth.
The relay SPr puts the selector De to a standstill, since by opening the contact spr2 the relay. is SU can no longer address. The armature of the relay An falls off because the circuit 10 is interrupted by the contact spr1. The relay SE only responds when the selector arm deIII has left its 0 position. The relay SP is switched off by the open contact se4 and also drops its armature, so that the lamp L1 (FIG. 6) extinguishes. At the same time, the locking of the elevator car is canceled by closing contact s2.
The target setting is finished. As a control, the lamp L3 now lights up via:
13. Voltage source, Fig. 5, point 47.
Lamp L3 in Fig. 6, point 44, selector arm deII on step 3. Contacts an2, sk5, earth (Fig. 5).
In the event that the button has not been pressed for too long so that the relay SPr could not check, the relay s On stops via the contact1. The selector De therefore turns back to the starting position. the occupancy lamp Ll also flashes again and the elevator car remains locked.
Control of the elevator car of the
Transmitting station.
If the setting has been made correctly, the elevator is controlled by the next empty or loaded wagon for station 1. In accordance with the above example, it is assumed that the car is empty and is entering station 1. As already described, the registration selector Ds is rotated to step 1 by actuating the entry contact ekl and with the aid of the relays ZSA, ZSB, ZSX, ZSU and ZSP (Fig. 4).
The following circuit for the relay SH (Fig. 5) is created by the responding relays (ZSB and ZSP), since the selector DW is in the zero position:
14. Voltage source, winding I of relay SH, contacts sp2, ep2, rectifier SGl1, contact se2, point 18, contacts zsb1, zspl, usuel, selector arm dsI on step 1 (Fig. 4), one of points 7, selector arm dit, l in position 0, contact wv3, relay IVA, contact M'Mel (closed), earth (Fig. 2).
The WUe relay is a voltage monitoring relay that always remains energized with the existing operating voltage. The relay SE (in Fig. 5) switches its changeover contact sh and sehalts the relay SHR via the idle temperature flzl. The contact shr switches the contactor HS for the elevator motor AM respectively. the AMB brake solenoid (Fig. 8):
15. Earth, contact shr, point 50 (FIG. 5), control winding of contactor NS, contact wik, voltage source (FIG. 8).
The s relay SH is designed as a polarized relay. As such, it has the peculiarity of being there. the anchor has no clear rest position. The armature, which can assume two positions, is placed in one or the other position depending on the direction of the current flowing through the excitation winding and remains in this position until a current pulse in the opposite direction travels the armature. The relay SH, which only receives power while the relays ZSB and ZSP (Fig. 4) are responding, therefore keeps its armature in:
the position assumed here, so that the elevator car continues to move in the same direction after a possible power failure.
Transmission of the target setting to the car storage device.
After the start of the elevator, the end contact slc (Fig. 6) is opened, so that the relay SK (Fig. 5) is de-energized. His contact suc2 establishes a circuit used to transmit the target setting. The target setting determined by the setting of the selector De in the manner described above is now transmitted to the selector Dw (FIG. 2) of the saliva device assigned to the carriage 1. The DW selector is in position 0 because it is for the car
1 no request order has yet been placed and it is consequently empty.
The relays SJ (Fig. 5) and WJ (Fig. 2) respond via:
16. Voltage wave, relay WJ, contact wb2, selector arm dwII in position 0,
Point 9 (Fig. 2), selector arm dsIV in position 1, contact toe4, point 23 (Fig. 4),
Contacts se3, sk2, su2, relay SJ, earth (Fig. 5).
The relay SU is energized via the contact sjl, so that the circuit 16 is immediately interrupted again by the opening contact su, and both relays WJ and SJ are therefore switched off. The relay SU 7, however, remains through its contact su3, so that the selector De receives power via the circuit 17:
17. Voltage source, rotary selector coil De, contacts sj2, su1, earth.
The relay SU is switched off by the armature contact de. The selector coil De is de-energized again, while the circuit 16 is closed again. This process is repeated until the selector De (Fig. 5) has reached the zero position and thus switches off the relay SE. The circuit 16 now remains permanently interrupted as a result of the opening of the contact se3. The relay T'FV in the car storage device (FIG. 2) has responded to the interruptions in the transmission circuit by the contact su2 in the same way as the relay SJ (FIG. 5).
Both relays WJ and SJ have received the same pulse numbers. When it was triggered for the first time, relay WV was excited via contact wj2. It short-circuits its winding H with its contact wu2 and thus delays the fall of its armature, which remains on during the pulse pauses. The relay WV prepares the circuit for the rotary selector Dw with the contact wv1, so that it receives the impulses of the R, relay WJ with the help of the contact wjl. Continue. the open normally closed contact wv3 switches off the selector arm dw1, so that no undesired electric circuit is created while the selector is being passed.
The normally open contact wv4 holds the circuit 16 after the selector arm dwII has left position 0.
If the voter De was on step 3 before the transfer, then the voter Dw is on step 9 after the transfer, where it remains until the carriage 1 enters the destination station, i.e. station 3. The elevator car has meanwhile been raised up to the PR lane, whereby the contact fk has been closed (FIG. 6). The relay FK responds via the following circuit:
18. Earth, point 31 (Fig. 5), contact fk (Fig. 6), point 30, relay FK, voltage source (Fig. 5).
By opening the contact fkl, the relay SHR (Fig. 5) is de-energized and the contactor HS (Fig. 8) is therefore switched off.
Acceptance of the conveyed goods:
The carriage 1 takes over the conveyed goods in a known and intrinsically uninteresting manner and closes the exit contact when exiting the station lane. Under the influence of the relays ZSC, ZSX, ZSV and ZSP, the selector Ds ( Fig. 4) switched to step 2. The relay SH (FIG. 5) now receives an impulse via circuit 19 which, through the opposite direction of movement of the winding SHII, moves the contact sla into the position shown.
19. Voltage source, relay SH (winding II), point 21 (Fig. 5), WÏhlerarm dsIII in position 2, earth (Fig. 4).
The relay SSR (FIG. 5) is energized and switches on the safety switch SS (FIG. 8) with the contact ssr, so that the elevator motor AM is put into operation in a direction of rotation corresponding to the lowering of the elevator car. Then the contact sIc are closed and the relay SK is energized again, so that the relay s SSR through the contact sk3 and the Scha. ltschiitz SS can be switched off again by Wontakt ssr.
The mutual locking of the two switching slits SH and SS takes place through the changeover contact sh of the relay SH, which prevents that. ¯ the relays SHR and SSR can respond at the same time. So-called field weakening resistors VW are connected upstream of the control coils of the contactors SH and SS. but which are bridged by the contacts wik in the resting state of the glasses. These open when the switching magnets have responded.
Receipt of the goods in station 3.
When the wagon 1 loaded with the goods to be transported enters station 3, the selector Ds of the storage device assigned to this station is switched to step 1 in the manner already mentioned for station 1. While the relays ZSB and ZSP are responding, the following circuit is established: 20. Voltage source in station 3 (same circuit as station 1, Fig. 4-6), winding I of relay SH, contacts sp2, ep2.
Equalized Spi9, contact sk4, point 19, contacts zsb2, zsp2, zsue3, selector arm dsII in position 1, point 8 (Fig. 4), selector arm dir in position 9, contact wv3, relay WA, contact kt wue1, earth (Fig. 2).
The relays SH (Fig. 5) and WA (Fig. 2) respond. In station 3 the relay SHR is energized. The switching protection HS switches on the elevator motor AM and the elevator car is lifted to remove the goods from the carriageway. The relay ZSP (Fig. 4) is switched off by dropping the armature of the relay ZSF and the circuit 20 is interrupted by opening the contact zsp2. As a result, the relay WA (Fig. 2) is de-energized.
The relay TITB, which is switched on by the contact ira2, is held by the contact wb3 and the selector arm d2cIV on the contact segment, so that a circuit 21 for the relay IFJ is established: 21. Voltage, relay WJ, contact wb2, resistance winding g II of the relay WB, armature contact dw, contacts wa2, wb3, selector arm dwIV, contact segment, earth.
The relay IFJ responds and its contact wj2 switches on the relay WV. The voter Dzv is kept one step further by the contact wv1. The relay WJ is de-energized again when the armature contact dw is opened. so that the selector DW switches off again and the relay WJ is made to respond again. This game repeats itself for so long. until the selector leaves step 11 and therefore relay ZVJ no longer receives any potential. The selector DW is set to position 0 and thus indicates the empty state of carriage l.
The destination setting in the car storage device xy is therefore deleted again.
The carriage 1 transfers the goods to the elevator car of the destination station (station 3), whereupon the contact ak is closed when it leaves and the selector Ds on the relevant station is switched by one step (to step t 2). The relay SH in this station is energized in the manner already described and puts its N changeover contact back in the rest position. The safety switch SS puts the elevator motor AN into operation in a direction of rotation corresponding to the lowering) of the elevator car.
In the case of the elevator car withdrawn into the station, the contact epk is closed by the load lying on the receiving platform ep, so that the relay EP (FIG. 5) responds; A 'Schnarrer Schn' is switched on via the contact ep3 as long as the goods to be transported remain on the receiving platform ep. At the same time, the elevator car is also blocked for further controls by the normally closed contact ep2 and the lamp Ll at the control station (FIG. 6) is switched on. But this burns with calm light, since the relay SR is not in operation.
Simultaneous receiving and sending.
Ha. If the station 3 itself has a shipment ready, provided that the destination was set before the car 1 had actuated the entrance contacts, the elevator was still activated, since the circuit between the storage device of the car and the control device of the station is not influenced whether the station's storage device has received an order or not. This is readily apparent from the drawing and does not require any special explanations, since the elevator is controlled in the manner described for the transmitting station S1.
You, driving the occupied car through other stations.
The control of station-2, at which the carriage 1 without control of the Au. f train car had to pass by, because to set up the two possible circuits for relay SH the selector Dw of the storage device assigned to W. agen 1 should have been either in position 0 or in position 10, which is not was the case.
For the case that two stations are so close to one another that the entry point of the second station; comes to lie between the entry contact and exit contact of the first station, the control device is arranged in such a way that a wagon with a shipment for the first station can easily take back goods from the second station after it has delivered its load . So no car trip is lost. The polarized relay SH enables the target setting to be deleted immediately after activating the entrance contact without compromising security.
The car that activates the entry contact of the second station therefore already appears to be free. But if the first station also had a shipment ready, the new destination setting was transmitted before the entry contact of the second station was activated.
The car in question therefore appears to be occupied. In this context, it is noteworthy that. In the case of a shipment from the first station to the second station, the second station is controlled before the carriage has even been loaded with the goods in the first station.
Control and monitoring of the pull rope motor.
The means shown in FIGS. 3 and 7 are available for controlling and monitoring the ZSM train. The control he follows by einjen the coil of the contactor ZSMS (Fig. 7) switching on, the relay ZAn. belonging contact zan (Fig. 3). The field weakening resistor ZWi2 assigned to this contactor is switched on by the auxiliary contact zwik via point 57.
The power required for control is supplied by a transformer Tfl and a storage rectifier G71. The relay ZAn is excited via the contact al2 of an alarm relay AL and is connected to one of the Ko; Provide the existing delay circuit with the capacitor ZEo and the resistor ZWi. During intermittent operation, it can be energized both from the car storage devices (Fig. 2) via point 10 and from the station storage devices (Fig. 5) via points 5 and 20.
A special switch Sch2 allows the system to be switched to permanent or timed operation. When the switch Sch2 is closed, there is continuous operation because the relay Zani. This switch, and as long as the relay JLL remains energized, is energized. When the switch S'c / i'2 is open, however, the relay ZAn only receives current when the relay SE (FIG. 5) is switched on or when the selector Dw (FIG. 2) is not in position 0.
Thus, the pull cord motor ZSMS, and with it the entire system, is only put into operation when the selector of any station storage device (Fig. 5) is pressed by pressing a button on the control panel. Ile (Fig. 6) has been set. The s relay SE is then, as described earlier, in the addressed state and the relay ZAn (Fig. 3) is kept in via the closed contact sel.
This remains in operation until the destination setting is transmitted in the manner already described from the storage device (Fig. 5) of the transmitting station to the storage device (Fig. 2) assigned to the claimed car and from this to the storage device of the destination station. that is, until all voters are withdrawn in position 0. Switching from permanent to timed operation has the advantage that the system is only put into operation during the weak period.
when a transport order has been issued at any station, and is immediately put out of operation again when the goods have reached their destination. lCH! e!?! ssÜCt'M'ssCMH <Ct'Jh! e and error message.
The means used for general monitoring of the incoming line and for reporting faults are also shown in FIG. A transformer Tr2 is connected to the distribution board (Fig. 7) via points 65, 66 and supplies the signal current. This can be interrupted by means of the switch Schl. In the various parts of the system there are so-called monitoring relays (ZSUE, WUE, SUE) which remain in the activated state as long as the operating voltage is available.
The contacts zsue5 of the relay ZSe (Fig. 4) and vite2 of the relay WUe (Fig. 2) are d via the points 3 respectively. 13 connected to the alarm relay 4L (FIG. 3) in such a way that, in the event of a power interruption in any part of the system, the relay AL, which would otherwise remain energized, is caused to drop out after its winding ALI has been short-circuited. This relay is designed as a traction current relay and is fed via the Gleiehriehter Algl. A voltage monitoring relay ZUE also exists in the central monitoring device (Fig. 3). Its contact zue5 short-circuits winding 1 of relay AL. The so-called rope contact srk, which monitors the condition of the pull rope, switches on a relay SR fed via the rectifier Srgl, whose contact srl causes the rope lamp Srlp to light up.
The contact sr2 closes the winding g I of the relay AL as well.
The contact of all of the relay AL sets. when it drops out, the horn Hu operates, while the contact al2 of the relay Au dis switches off the cable motor ZSM by de-energizing the relay ZAn and the contact al3 lights up the malfunction lamp Stlp. Furthermore, the lamp llp is connected in parallel to the line connected to the point 6 and leading to the transparent lamps AB of the station control points (FIG. 6) through the contact al4. The illuminated sign: "System out of order" appears everywhere. The Sch3 rotary switch enables the Hulp horn and the Hulp horn lamp to be switched on as required , Seilrī.
Motor overload, etc.). The relay - L reacts only when the fault has been rectified. Then the Hulp lamp is switched off using switch Sch3 and thus made ready for operation again. In the revision fa, !! (inspection work, contact adjustment or the like) the main switch. SS (Fig. 1 and 7) opens and the switch <ScMderart is set, the symbol. "Plant outside operation" appears at the station control points (Fig. 6).
In the contactors ZfS'.MS, ZM and <S ') S' of the elevator motors and the pull cord motor there are thermal release devices which switch off the relevant motors if they are prone to overload. In the station equipment (Fig. 5) The SUE relay, which is connected via point 53 to the series-connected thermal release derSchützeniB '<S', influences.
The contact SMe2 of this relay is connected to the relay ZUE via the line connected to the points 17, the contact zue2 switches on the lamp SL (Fig. 4), while the contact zue5 switches on the relay J.L (Fig. 3) shorts. The operating current of the devices (Fig. 4) arranged in the central cabinet ZK (Fig. 1) for registering the car trips is fed by the transformer Tri (Fig. 3).
The two ! Stations themselves, which are present for receiving the transport orders and storing the target settings, are used by the equipment (Fig. 5), on the other hand, they are fed individually from transformers Tr3 and rectifiers Gl3 (Fig. 8).
As mentioned earlier, Figure 9 gives a detailed overview of the interconnection. of the system parts of the entire control device shown individually in FIGS. 2 to 8. Further examples of loading processes can also be understood from this circuit. It can be seen in particular from FIG. 9 that the transmission of the target settings from the storage devices of the transmitting stations to those of the cars and from these to the storage devices of the target stations takes place via stationary means.
