Freestanding wash fountain. The invention relates to a freestanding wash well with a column-like foot and a wash bowl. this outgoing central column to accommodate the water pipe and the armature head.
It consists in the fact that the foot pillar, the wash basin and the standing column are designed as releasably connected, at least partly made of reinforced concrete existing structures, of which at least the wash basin and the standing column on those coming into contact with the water .Places and the former are also provided with a harder, water-impermeable top layer on their upper and outer edge.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei spiel.des object of the invention is shown schematically. It shows: Fig. 1 the washing fountain in vertical center section, Fig. Ü the same fountain in plan view.
h is the pedestal, 2n the wash basin, 3: the middle: the vertical pillar through which the water pipe runs, 4 the faucet head: with a water outlet 5 for each washing area: a hot water pipe with a tap can also lead to the well for each washing point.
The foot pillar 1, the wash basin 2 and the central pillar are detachably connected to each other, at least for the most part made of pumice concrete:
The wash bowl 2 and the middle standing column 3 are at the points that come into contact with the water and the former also at the upper and outer edge, which is subject to wear and tear, with a harder,
waterproof cover layer 8 respectively made of tiles. ceramic tiles with a hard, smooth surface. Instead of the tile covering, a harder, smoothed concrete layer, a layer of smoothed, polished artificial stone or T'errazzo concrete can be used.
The areas of the wash basin 2 and the vertical column 3 bearing a harder cover layer have flat surface parts at an angle to each other, the columns 1 and 3 and the wash basin 2 being polygonal, preferably octagonal, on the outer circumference. Each polygonal side of the wash basin 2 serves as a washing point by having a special water outlet assigned to it.
The columns 1 and 3 each have an inner metal cylinder 9 respectively as metal reinforcement. 10, of which so-called stone screws 11 protrude into the interior of the concrete mass as anchors and reinforcements. The foot column 1 be seated with a door 1,
2 closable lateral opening 13 and takes in its interior the Kbflussrohrlinien with fume seal and the inlet pipes Vif.
The polygonal wash basin 2 has in the middle an upwardly projecting, pipe-like connector 14, in which the stand column 3 engages with an extension of its inner metal cylinder 10. The shell 2 has a metal reinforcement of its underlay in the pumice stone mass 22, a wire basket-like metal insert 15 adapted to its shape, the parts of which are united into a rigid whole, for example by welding.
Close to the deepest central point of the shell, this is provided with a drain pipe socket 16 which opens into a drain pipe with verse odor closure.
For releasable Ver connection of the shell 2 and the foot pillar 1, the former will see ver below with projections 2ss that protrude into the foot pillar 1 and with this respectively by bolts. Split pins can be releasably connected.
The fitting head 4 with the water outlets 5 and the water taps protrudes with a pipe socket 17 into the inner pipe 10 of the upright column 3. Shell 2, column 3 and armature head 4 are held together by a central bolt anchor 18 between an upper retaining plate 19 and a lower retaining plate 20. The upper screwing environment can BEZW through a cover. a cap 21 can be covered.
In place of a bolt anchor 18, several ver can be used. The parts 1, 2, 3, 4 of the wash fountain are in detail factory-made by For men BEZW. Presses with top layer respectively. Slab covering produced, put together at the point of use to form the wash fountain and provided with the pipes. Instead of the inner metal cylinder 9 respectively. 10 of the pillars 1 and 3 could step wire basket-like metal inserts.
With a grain size of about 0.4 of the iron pumice concrete results in a reduction in the specific weight of about 50% for the mass of the lower layer 22 made of pumice concrete compared to the concrete used otherwise, which on the total weight of the wash fountain parts with paving a weight saving of about 40% results. This makes the production, the transport of the individual parts and their assembly at the construction site much easier and simplified, despite the fact that the strength of the individual components is still sufficient.
