Installation wall and method and device for producing the same. The invention relates to an instal lationswand, in the interior of which the central supply and discharge pipes for gas, water and electricity and their branches leading to the consumer are housed.
The endeavors in modern construction technology, i.e. the construction of residential houses, are increasingly aimed at designing the associated pipelines consistently by standardizing the connection dimensions and the mutual arrangement of the sanitary and kitchen equipment, so that they are delivered to the building site already preformed can and do not have to be cut, bent and screwed there.
So is. even a so-called installation wall has been struck before, which is arranged as a cavity wall between the kitchen and bathroom and combines all the pipelines, the connection for the connection of the hinriclittitigsteile erected on both sides, such. B. gas stove and sink table on the kitchen side, gas bath oven, bathtub, shower, wash basin and water flush toilet on the bathroom side are required. In this installation wall, although the individual types of piping, such. B.
Gas pipes, cold and hot water pipes, sewage pipes, etc., combined in fixed groups that can be manufactured in the factory, and the components of the cavity wall (supporting framework and wall cladding) are standardized so that they are delivered to the construction site in a prefabricated state - Only the knocking down of the wall and the installation of the pipeline groups in the wall should still be done on the construction site and require some additional work.
Here, too, there was no guarantee that the connections would not be adjusted by other builders. Furthermore, only a relatively small part of the high assembly costs in the construction was saved compared to the previously common construction.
The invention aims at a further development of the known installation wall and consists in that the wall consists of a plastically deformable and subsequently hardening building material in which the pipelines laid in the interior of the wall are embedded.
The subject of the invention is shown in the drawing in an exemplary embodiment. It shows Fig.l in parallel perspective a prefabricated wall that contains a (, assteigleitun \ r, a cold water riser, a hot water distribution pipe and a waste water downpipe with their branches, Fig. 2 a plan view of the prefabricated wall installed between a kitchen and a bathroom with the devices connected to it, Fig. 3, -1,
5 horizontal longitudinal sections through the wall still in the molding box along lines III-III, IV-IV and V -V of FIGS. 1, 6 and 7, vertical cross sections through the wall still in the molding box along lines VI-V I and VII-VII of FIGS. 1, 8 and 9 vertical cross-sections through the wall removed from the mold according to the lines VII-VII and IX-IX,
to illustrate the connection of the exposed fall or riser lines with their intermediate pieces to ver, Fig.10 a mounting plate for a toilet paper roll or the like.
The prefabricated wall panel 1, which forms a compact block, contains a waste water drop roller, the ends of which protrude through recesses 3 on the upper and lower end surface of the wall and are provided with cast, welded or welded threaded collars.
On each collar 4 to connect the end of the downpipe with an intermediate piece 5 leading to the downpipe of the next Stoekwerkes (Fig. 8), a screw sleeve 6 loosely pushed onto the intermediate piece is screwed on and thereby a pinch seal 7 inserted into the sleeve is screwed firmly against the circumference of the downpipe . \ 2. and pressed against the intermediate piece 5.
A branch 8 leading to the left from the downpipe 2 is provided with a connection socket 9 riding flange for a flushing toilet 10, a cleaning socket 11 arranged above this socket and the connection socket 12 for the drainage of a Ausgussbeekens 1.3. Another branch 14 forms a connection piece for the drain line 15 of a kitchen sink 16, while a branch 17 leading to the right carries the connection piece 18 for the drain line of a bathtub 19.
The wall 1 also contains a cold water riser 20, whose branch 21, which leads to the left and which leads past the downpipe 2 with a bend, into the supply lines 22 and 23 for two kitchen faucets via the sink and sink and into the supply line 24 for the flushing line of the water flush toilet 10 branched.
A branch 25 leading to the right forms the cold water supply line for a gas bath oven 6, whose Varin water outlet nozzle is connected to a hot water distribution line 27 also located in the wall 1, whose branches 8 and 29 to the Run over the Küclienaus "-u13 and the sink to the installed hot water taps.
The gas feed line takes place through a gas riser line 30, which branches off on the one hand into a gas feed line 31 for the (Tasbadeofen '6, on the other hand into a gas feed line 32 for a gas stove 33. The ends of the cold water riser line 20 and the gas riser line 30 are exposed in recesses 3-l, which are provided on the top and bottom of wall 1,
so that the risers can be connected to the intermediate pieces 35 leading to the next storeys (FIG. 9) also by means of screw coupling 36 or by means of screw screw 37 and long thread 38.
The method for producing the prefabricated wall 1 consists in that the pipelines described above and preferably produced according to templates or in some other way in larger quantities are introduced into a molding box which can be dismantled, which - as FIGS. 3 to 7 show - From a strong, serving as a floor board 39, two from strong boards pounded longitudinal walls -10 and two narrow walls 41 be composed of strong boards. The parts of the molding box are releasably held together by tie rods 4 ″ with wedges 43.
The Sehnialwand -11 can be moved so that one and the same form box can produce prefabricated walls of different lengths. The pipelines are fixed in the molding box by screws, plugs, caps 44 or the like in the position facing them and held at their ends, with either the pipe ends or the caps penetrating the molding box walls.
After the pipes are installed in the molding box, they are around giving cavities with a hardening: mass, z. B. cement or concrete, filled in until the pipes are firmly embedded. lie in the crowd. Then the mold is set aside to dry. After the wall block has hardened, the tie rods 12 are loosened by knocking away the wedges 43 and the molding box dismantled. The @Vand is now immediately ready for installation and can be delivered to the construction site, where it can be placed on one floor of the house at its intended location, e.g. B.
between the kitchen and the bathroom (Fig.2). The lower and upper ends of the case or -. Riser pipes', 20, 30 of the finished wall 1. That alone. is not significantly higher because of its portability. as the toilet flush connection 21 (i.e. about 130 one), earth with the ends of the underneath or
Above that, the downpipe or riser pipe connected by connecting pieces 5, 35, as has already been described in connection with the individual pipes.
Uni the attachment of the sink 13, the sink 16, the bath heater \? 6 and other furnishings, such as. B. Soap dishes, Sehwainnischalen, glass carriers, mirrors, toilet paper holders and the like to facilitate on the finished wall, special fasteners for these objects are conveniently embedded in the wall during their manufacture. These fasteners can accordingly have the most varied of shapes for their intended use.
In the exemplary embodiment shown, a special fastening is provided for the spout 13 and the sink 16 supporting the sink 15, which consists of transverse tubes 16 horizontally embedded in the wall 1.
These transverse pipes, which are intended to later accommodate the sink consoles, are fastened in the molding box by means of tie rods 17 penetrating the longitudinal sands 10 (FIGS. 6 and 7) and clamping wedges 18 and, together with the pipes, into the wall mass. embeds. During the manufacture of the wall, they also serve as spacers for the mold box walls 10, while their tie rods prevent bulging or warping of the molding box walls.
The cross tubes 46 are advantageously arranged in this way. and leg food that you can take when transporting. the prefabricated wall support rods can plug through it. Another fastening device is shown in FIGS. 1, 6 and 10.
This consists of an essentially U-shaped bent sheet metal part, the middle section 111 of which serves as a (round plate) is seen with threaded holes 50, which later receive the fastening screws for the object to be attached to the wall. The legs 51 of the fastening device g are with dowel hooks spread in the shape of a tapered tail, so that
the base plate 49 is firmly anchored in the wall after the wall building material has hardened. The base plate is also firmly connected to one of the Fornihastenwall 10 ver during the manufacture of the wall, namely at the point where the object to be fastened is to be attached later. The fastening device shown in FIGS. 1 and 6 is. z. B. next to the sehluss \? 1 for the flush toilet 10 and therefore serve as a fastening device for a toilet paper holder.
The lead or a similar fastening device can of course also be used to attach other furniture. will. The base plate 19 of the fastening device is attached to the molding box wall 10 by means of screws 6? attached, which reach through the Forinkastenwand protruding into the threaded holes 50 and pull the base plate firmly against the molding box wall.
So that the fastener device 19, 51 also with often. repeated use of the molding box always comes to lie in the same place, in the illustrated embodiment the molding box wall 10 is provided with finite reinforcement at the penetration points of the screws 52. This consists z. B. from a sheet metal plate 53, which is embedded in the Forinkastenwand on the inside and with pass holes 5-I for the fastening screws 52 (Fig. 6 and 10).
For all fastening devices, as is the case with the pipe ends, it is fundamentally important that they have an exact, fixed and indelible arrangement in the installation wall in the factory so that even untrained construction workers cannot spoil anything during installation.
Rather, the position of the pipe connections and the equipment to be installed, as prescribed by the architect, has been properly observed. Instead of the device 49,51 one could also provide wooden boards or dowels,
the box wall -ZO or a sheet metal plate 53 would be attached in a corresponding manner at the decorative points of the installation wall. The wide molding box lengthways walls -ZO% "# he is expediently stiffened by a cross reinforcement (T.
If the prefabricated wall has large solid areas next to the enclosed pipelines, where there is an unnecessary accumulation of building materials, the weight of the wall can be reduced by inserting cores into the molding box at such points, which are either removed later or from hollow bodies, e.g. B. pieces of pipe 5.5, exist that remain in the finished wall and by displacement of the building material cavities Sehaffen (Fig.5).
In addition to the pipelines already listed, the protective pipe for an electrical riser and its branches and other lines suitable for a central supply line are of course also housed in the prefabricated wall.
