  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Sehwefelfarbstoifes.       Im Hauptpatent ist     lein    Verfahren zur  Herstellung eines Schwefelfarbstoffes be  schrieben, gemäss welchem man das durch  Kondensieren von     Tetrachlorpyrenchinon,     wie es erhältlich ist durch Behandeln von       l..2.3,.5.6.7.8.10-Oetochlor-1.2.6.7-tetrahyd@ro-          pyren    mit     Oleum,    mit Anilin im Molverhält-         nie    1 : 1 erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt der       Vers-chwefelung    unterwirft.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde,     erhält     man     einen:    Farbstoff mit sehr ähnlichen  Eigenschaften, wenn man das durch Konden  sieren von     Perchlorhydropyrenchinon,    wie es  erhältlich ist durch Behandlung von     Per-          chlorhydropyren    :der Formel

Der Farbstoff färbt Baumwolle in feld grauen Tönen mit vorzüglicher Echtheit.
