  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 231257.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Baumwolle    in braunen Tönen  sehr     eeht    färbenden Schwefelfarbstoffes.    Gemäss dem im     Hauptpatent    beschriebe  nen Verfahren,     erhält    man einen Baumwolle  in. sehr echten grauen Tönen färbenden  Schwefelfarbstoff, wenn: man das durch Kon  densation des Gemisches der     isomeren        Di-          ehlorpyrenchinone,    wie es erhältlich ist durch  Behandlung von     3.5.8.10-Tetrachlorpyren    mit       Oleum,        und    Anilin im     Molverhältnis    1 :

   1  erhaltene Produkt der     Verschwefelung    unter  wirft.  



  Wie nun weiter gefunden wurde, erhält       man    einen Baumwolle in sehr echten     braunen     Tönen     .anfärbenden    Farbstoff, wenn mau das  durch Kondensation ,des     genanntenGemisches     der     isomeren        Dichlarpyrenchinüne    mit. Am  moniah erhaltene Produkt der     Versehwefe-          lung        unterwirft.     



       Beispiel:     10 Gewichtsteile des Kondensationspro  duktes aus     Dichlorpyrenehinon        (Isomeren-          gemisch).    erhältlich durch Behandeln von         3.5.8.10-Tetrachlorpyren    mit     Oleum,    und  Ammoniak werden mit 40     Gewichtsteilen          Schwefel    auf 240 bis 280  erhitzt, bis     die          Farbstaffbildung    beendet ist.

   Man erhält  nach ,der üblichen     Aufarbeitung    ein schwar  zes     Farbstoffpulver,    das Baumwolle in brau  nen Tönen von     guten        Eehtheitseigenschaften     färbt.

       Example: 10 parts by weight of the condensation product from dichloropyrenehinone (mixture of isomers). obtainable by treating 3.5.8.10-tetrachloropyrene with oleum, and ammonia are heated with 40 parts by weight of sulfur to 240 to 280 until the dye has ended.

   After the usual work-up, a black dye powder is obtained which dyes cotton in brown shades of good fastness properties.
