120 his 1.30 rund 2 Minuten lang ge trocknet.
Device for the production of wool-like synthetic threads. It is already known to produce wool-like rayon in such a way that twisted or untwisted rayon threads are wound with a twist at least four times higher than the normal, moistened and dried on the bobbin at a higher temperature, and then twisted back beyond zero. That process, however, consists of at least three operations and is therefore very expensive. Two separate twisting machines are required for twisting and turning back the twist. In addition, you cannot do without a steaming process connected to the turning back of the thread.
It has been found that the above-described disadvantages can be avoided with the aid of the device according to the invention, in that this device allows the rayon to have a wool-like appearance in a single operation.
The device according to the invention is characterized by a thread delivery device, an impregnation device, a thread conveying device, a drying device, a forced twist generator, a second thread conveying device and a winding device.
The device according to the invention is explained in more detail on the basis of some embodiments in the accompanying drawing.
The device has according to the schematic table Fig. 1, a thread delivery device 3 with Fadenleitorgan 1, an Imprägniervor device 4, a thread conveyor 2, a tubular and with hinged BEZW. Drying device 5 provided with a removable cover, a twist generator 8, a second thread conveying device 12 and a winding device 13.
The first thread conveyor 2 BE consists of a suitably rubber-coated pair of rollers, and the second thread conveyor 12 is formed by a pair of rollers. The drying device 5 is formed by a tubular channel and is expediently provided with a movable, that is to say hinged or removable, cover. The swirl generator 6 has a peculiar, particularly advantageous shape in the sense of FIGS. 2 to 8. It consists of an outer, stationary ring 6 in which the actual inner swirling part rotates in a ball bearing.
The twist generator is set up in such a way that the thread running through it must be twisted. For this purpose, the inner rotating part according to FIGS.? To 6 has a thread guide mandrel 10 on both sides and is eccentric to the rotor axis according to FIGS Provided thread passage 11, - according to FIGS. 5 to 6 in the opening 11 a pair of thread guide rollers 16, 17 is used.
The roller 16 is fixed and the roller 17 is movably mounted in such a way that it is pressed against the roller 16 under the effect of centrifugal force. According to FIGS. 2 to 4, it is a smooth coaxial mandrel 10 which, for the purpose of twisting the thread together with your twisting body, is at an angle to the thread length.
According to FIGS. 5 to 6, the effective twist of the thread guide pin 10 passing through here is provided by an eccentric thread guide eyelet 14 at each end, through which the thread is guided.
According to FIGS. 1 and 8, the free space of the rotating ring 18 is sensed in diameter, that is, transversely to the thread path, bridged by a rod-shaped axis on which a roller 19 is rotatably seated. The continuous thread is guided over this roll and wrapped around it once, where the thread is also inevitably picked up by the twist generator and taken along in a rotating manner.
The mode of operation of the described -Torrichtung will be explained below: A finished ungedreliter and at example 150 to 180 single threads 240 to 300 denier. strong copper or viscose rayon thread. 1 is drawn from the reel 3 by means of the pair of rollers 2. First, the thread runs through the container 4 filled with an impregnating liquid.
Aethalolamine derivatives and other amines in the presence of formaldehyde are suitable as impregnating agents for achieving excellent, permanent crimp. For example, an acetic acid solution of xtlianolamine stearate, 20 g urea, 80% formaldehyde (38-40%) and 0.1 g rhodanammonium per liter. The be wetted thread is after leaving the Be container 4 between the.
Rubber coated rollers'? squeezed off and then fed to the tubular drying channel 5. In the 3 m long drying tunnel, which can be heated as required, the thread is at approx. 120 to 1.30 for around 2 minutes.
A twist generator 6 is arranged at the exit of the drying tunnel, which gives your impregnating part thread a so-called false twist in the amount of 1000 to 1500 twists / in during the drying process.
This false twist is immediately added again behind your twist generator 6. The impregnated thread, dried and retracted again during the twisting, finally still rushes through (read pair of rollers 12 and is then filled with a collecting element, for example a bobbin 13,
recorded. The two roller pairs 2 and 1? form the two fixed points required for issuing the false twist. As FIG. 2 shows on a larger scale, the twist generator consists of a stationary ring which is positioned at an angle to the thread run and in which a disk 9 driven by means of a cord 8 rotates.
This disk is provided on both sides with an axial mandrel 10 and with a thread length opening 11. The inclination of the Seheibe 9 only has the purpose of giving the running thread a certain amount of liability.
The character of the yarn obtained is very similar to wool; it has a permanent ripple, is full and warmth, has a soft handle and is very flexible.
