Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass     man    zu     einem          neuen;    Kondensationsprodukt gelangt, wenn  man 1     Mol        techn.        1-Phenyl-3-methyl-p.yrazo-          lon-4'-sulfonsäure    in Gegenwart eines säure  bindenden Mittels mit 1     Mol        ar-2-Chlor-          methyl-tetrahydronaphthalin    umsetzt.  



  Die Umsetzung wird zweckmässig in der       Wärme,    z. B.     hei    65-70 , vorgenommen,  wobei man als säurebindendes Mittel vorteil  haft eine     wässrige        Natriumhydroxydlösung     verwendet.  



  Das neue     Kondensationsprodukt    bildet in       Form    des     Natriumsalzes    eine amorphe, leicht       pulverisierbare    Masse, die in Wasser leicht  löslich ist, und deren     wässrige        Lösungen    aus  gesprochene     kapillaraktive        Eigenschaften,     insbesondere ein grosses Netzvermögen, be  sitzen.  



  Es kann als     Textilhilfsstoff,    z. B. als  Netzmittel, Anwendung finden.         Beispiel:     <B>31,5</B>     Gewichtsteile    fein     pulverisierte        techn.     



  I.     -Phenyl-3-methydpyrazolon-4'-sulfonsäure       (enthaltend<B>80,6%</B>     reine    Säure)     werden    in  25     Volumteilen    Wasser     aufgeschlämmt,    mit       vierfach    normaler     Natronlauge        -neutralisiert     und die dabei     entstehende    Lösung schwach  alkalisch     gestellt.    Hierauf lässt man     unter     Rühren     innerhalb    3/4 Stunden bei 65-70   19,

  1     Gewichtsteile        ar-2-Chlormethyl-tetra-          hydronaphthalin        zufliessen,    wobei durch Zu  satz von     Natriumhydroxydlösung    das Re  aktionsgemisch stets schwach     alkalisch    ge  halten wird.  



  Das     Reaktionsgemisch    wird unter gleich  zeitigem Rühren so lange     erwärmt,    bis     eine     Probe desselben in Wasser klar löslich ist und  auch     beim    Kochen klar bleibt, was nach 6 bis  8     Stunden,der        Fall    ist.  



  Die     Reaktionslösung    wird sodann neutra  lisiert und zur     Trockne    eingedampft     und,cler          Rückstand    mit Alkohol extrahiert. Nach dem  Verdampfen des     alkoholischen        Extraktes    er  hält man das neue     Pyrazolonderivat    als  amorphen, leicht     pulverisierbaren        Rückstand.     Das so erhaltene Produkt bildet ein in Was  ser leicht     lösliches    Pulver,     dessen.        wässrige         Lösungen ausgesprochen     kapillaraktive    Ei  genschaften,

       insbesondere    ein grosses     Netz-          veimögen,    besitzen:
