Description
Dose mit Rumpf und Boden aus Karton. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung be trifft eine Dose, deren Rumpf und Boden aus Karton besteht, wobei der Boden mittels eines Blechringes am Rumpf angebördelt ist.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes teilweise in Ansicht und teilweise im Schnitt dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 .die Dose mit angebördeltem Boden, Fig. 2 den zur Dose gehörenden Stülp- deckel, Fig. 3 den Kartonboden zur Dose und Fig. 4 den Blechring zur Verbördelung von Rumpf und Boden.
Der Dosenrumpf 1 ist ein Hohlzylinder aus Karton, an dessen einem offenen Teil der aus Karton bestehende Dosenboden 2 mittels eines Blechringes 3 angebördelt ist. Der Bo den 2, dessen Umfang einen zylindrischen Ring 2' bildet, wird bodenvoran in den Dosen rumpf 1 eingeschoben, worauf,der Blechring 3 mit seinem Bördelrand 3' eingesetzt und mit Rumpf und Boden 7erbördelt wird.
Der Rand 4 des andern offenen Teils des Dosenrumpfes 1 wird angewalzt, damit der Blechdeckel 5 auf die Dose leicht aufgestülpt und abgezogen werden kann.
Die auf diese Art hergestellte, teilweise aus Karton bestehende Dose bietet den Vor teil einer äusserst billigen Herstellung.

In the accompanying drawing, an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown partly in view and partly in section, namely FIG. 1 shows the can with flanged base, FIG 4 shows the sheet metal ring for flanging the fuselage and bottom.
The can body 1 is a hollow cylinder made of cardboard, on one open part of which the can bottom 2 made of cardboard is flanged by means of a sheet metal ring 3. The Bo the 2, the circumference of which forms a cylindrical ring 2 ', is inserted bottom first in the can body 1, whereupon, the sheet metal ring 3 is inserted with its flanged edge 3' and flanged with the body and bottom 7.
The edge 4 of the other open part of the can body 1 is rolled so that the sheet metal lid 5 can be easily turned up and pulled off the can.
The can made in this way, partly made of cardboard, offers the advantage of an extremely cheap production.
