    Möbeliuss-Gleitkappe.

    Furniture sliding cap.

The innovation relates to a cap that can be placed on all types of furniture feet, where it adheres resiliently and prevents any damage to the floor or an underlay.

Accordingly, the cap consists of an appropriately seamlessly drawn piece of corresponding material with a slightly inwardly curved upper edge and with an inserted second base, the edge of which is bent up; Tongues are punched out of this edge, which are bent in such a way that their curvature lies towards the interior of the cap, while the tongue tips lie against the top of the cap wall; This results in a strong suspension and thus a firm fit of the cap on the furniture foot.

The subject of the innovation is shown in section in the drawing.

The outer cap a consists of a seamlessly drawn piece, the bottom b of which has a corresponding curvature, while the upper edge c is bent slightly inward. A correspondingly smaller capsule with the bottom d and the rim f, from which the tongues g are punched out, is pressed into the cap a; these are slightly arched and their tips rest on the inner edge of the cap a.
