Die Erfindung bezieht sieh auf eine aus Papier oder ähnlichem biegsamem, nicht dehnbarem Material bestehende Flaschenverschlusskapsel, deren mit einem Metallstreifen versehenen Rand beim Verschliessen der Flasche unter einem Randwulst des Flasehenmundes in Falten gelegt wird. Bei diesen bekannten Verschlusskapseln ist der Kapselrand aufgebogen und der Metallstreifen ist in den hiedurch gebildeten Ringraum eingelegt.
Gemäss der Erfindung sitzt über der unmittelbar am Flasehenmund anliegenden Kapsel eine zweite, auf diese passende Kapsel, deren unterer Rand die ringförmige Fuge des Ringraumes, der wie bei der bekannten Ausführungsart durch Aufbiegen des Randes der ersten Kapsel für das Einlegen des Metallstreifens gebildet wird, dicht abschliesst. Die Erfindung kann auch so ausgeführt werden, dass die beiden Kapseln grösstenteils zu einer einzigen vereinigt werden, ihre unteren Ränder jedoch unvereinigt bleiben, so dass zwischen ihnen ein Spalt zur Aufnahme des Metallstreifens gebildet wird ; nach Einlegen des Metallstreifens werden die freibleibenden Ränder der Kapsel miteinander verklebt.
Die Versehlusskapsel nach der Erfindung bietet grössere Sicherheit gegen Lockern oder selbsttätiges Öffnen des Verschlusses wie die bekannten ähnlichen Verschlusskapseln.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Erfindung dargestellt. Fig. 1 der Zeichnung zeigt eine mit einer Vers1'hlusskapsel nach der Erfindung verschlossene Milchflasche im Sehau- bild. Die Fig. 2,3 und 4 stellen gesondert die einzelnen Teile der ersten Ausführungsform der erfindunggemässen Verschlusskapsel in ungefaltetem Zustand, teils im Schnitt, teils im Schaubild, dar. Die Fig. 5 und 6 (letztere im grösseren Massstab) zeigen einen Schnitt durch die gesamte Verschlusskapsel nach den Fig. 2-4 vor der Faltenlegung. Fig. 7 veranschaulicht schematisch einen Teil einer Vorrichtung zum Aufsetzen der Kapseln.
Fig. 8 zeigt einen Längsschnitt durch den Flaschenmund mit aufgesetzter Kapsel ; die Fig. 9,10 und 11 zeigen im Querschnitt nach der Ebene 11-11 (Fig. 8) die aufeinanderfolgenden Form- änderungen der Kapsel beim Verschliessen der Flasche. Die Fig. 12 und 13 veranschaulichen die Anwendung der Verschlusskapsel nach der Erfindung bei andern Gefässen. Fig. 14 stellt im Schnitt eine zweite Ausführungsart der Erfindung, ebenfalls im ungefalteten Zustand dar.
Bei der Ausführungsform nach den Fig. 1-13 besteht die Verschlusskapsel aus drei Teilen : einer inneren, becherförmigen Kapsel 3 (Fig. 4), die aus einer ebenen Decke 4 und einem kegelförmigen Mantel 5 besteht und aus einer kreisförmigen Materialseheibe durch Einwirkung von Stempeln hergestellt werden kann. Der äussere Rand 6 dieser Kapsel ist nach aussen umgestülpt und bildet einen Ringraum 7, in den der Metallstreifen 10 (Fig. 3) eingelegt wird. Der umgestülpte Rand 6 wird dicht an den Streifen 10 angepresst, worauf über die erste Kapsel eine zweite, ähnlich geformte und auf die Kapsel 3 passende Kapsel 11 gezogen wird, deren Rand jedoch nicht umgestülpt ist, so dass die in Fig. 5 bzw. 6 dargestellte Anordnung entsteht.
Die ebene Decke 12 der äusseren Kapsel 11 passt hiebei auf der ebenen Decke 4 der inneren, der kegelförmige Mantel 13 der äusseren auf den gleichgeformten Mantel 5 und den Rand 6 der inneren Kapsel, so dass der Rand 16 der äusseren Kapsel die ringförmige Fuge des Ringraumes 7 dicht abschliesst. Jede auf die Kapsel auffallende Flüssigkeit muss abrinnen, ohne in den Ringraum einzudringen.
Die so gebildete Versehlusskapsel kann einer höheren Temperatur und dem Druck von Stempeln unterworfen werden, damit die einzelnen Teile besser aneinanderhaften.

In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1-13, the closure capsule consists of three parts: an inner, cup-shaped capsule 3 (FIG. 4), which consists of a flat cover 4 and a conical casing 5 and of a circular material disc by the action of punches can be produced.
