Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung einer 1-Aminoaryl-5-pyrazolon-4-sulfonsäure. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer 1-Amino- aryl-5-pyrazolon-4-sulfonsäure. Das Verfah ren ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man 1-(3'-Nitrophenyl) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolon-4- sulfonsäure zur Aminoverbindung reduziert.
Das salzsaure Salz der neuen Verbindung stellt ein amorphes, grauweisses Pulver dar. Die Verbindung ist ein wertvolles Zwischen produkt für die Herstellung von Farbstoffen. <I>Beispiel:</I> 32,1 Gewichtsteile 1-(3'-nitrophenyl)-3- methyl-5-pyrazolon-4-sulfonsaures Natrium werden in 50 Gewichtsteilen Wasser gelöst und mit einer konzentrierten Lösung von 70 Gewichtsteilen Natriumkarbonat versetzt. Zu dieser Lösung lässt man bei 50-60 eine konzentrierte Lösung von 170 Gewichtsteilen Ferrosulfat laufen.
Nach erfolgter Reduk- tion wird vom Eisenhydrogydniederschlag abfiltriert. Das salzsaure Salz der Amino- verbindung kann durch Ansäuern mit Salz säure als amorpher Niederschlag abgeschie den werden und stellt in trockenem Zustand ein grauweisses, lockeres Pulver dar.

The process is characterized in that 1- (3'-nitrophenyl) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone-4-sulfonic acid is reduced to the amino compound.
The hydrochloric acid salt of the new compound is an amorphous, gray-white powder. The compound is a valuable intermediate for the production of dyes. <I> Example: </I> 32.1 parts by weight of 1- (3'-nitrophenyl) -3-methyl-5-pyrazolone-4-sulfonic acid sodium are dissolved in 50 parts by weight of water and a concentrated solution of 70 parts by weight of sodium carbonate is added . A concentrated solution of 170 parts by weight of ferrous sulfate is run into this solution at 50-60.
After the reduction has taken place, the iron hydrogen precipitate is filtered off. The hydrochloric acid salt of the amino compound can be deposited as an amorphous precipitate by acidification with hydrochloric acid and, when dry, represents a gray-white, loose powder.
