Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer festen, haltbaren     Diazoverbindung.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer festen,  haltbaren     Diazoverbindung,    darin bestehend,  dass man eine Lösung von dianotiertem     o-          Chloranilin    mit     Cadmiumchlorid    versetzt. Das  Endprodukt stellt ein weisses, kristallines,  haltbares, in Wasser lösliches Pulver dar,  welches zur Herstellung von     Azofarbstoffen     Verwendung findet.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine aus 128 Teilen     o-Chloranilin,    600  Teilen 15     %iger    Salzsäure und 175 Teilen  40     o/oiger        Natriumnitritlösung    hergestellte       Diazolösung    wird mit einer Lösung von 130  Teilen kristallisiertem     Cadmiumchlorid    in  130 Teilen Wasser versetzt. Die     Diazover-          bindung    scheidet sich alsbald als Cadmium  doppelsalz aus. Die     Abscheidung    kann durch  Zusatz von Kochsalz vervollständigt werden.  Das     Diazosalz    wird     abfiltriert    und in üblicher  Weise fertig gemacht.

   Es stellt ein weisses,  kristallines, haltbares, in Wasser lösliches    Pulver dar, welches zur Herstellung von       Azofarbstoffen    Verwendung findet.

The end product is a white, crystalline, durable, water-soluble powder that is used for the production of azo dyes.



  <I> Example: </I> A diazo solution prepared from 128 parts of o-chloroaniline, 600 parts of 15% hydrochloric acid and 175 parts of 40% sodium nitrite solution is mixed with a solution of 130 parts of crystallized cadmium chloride in 130 parts of water. The diazo compound is soon separated out as a cadmium double salt. The separation can be completed by adding table salt. The diazo salt is filtered off and made ready in the usual way.

   It is a white, crystalline, durable, water-soluble powder which is used for the production of azo dyes.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung einer festen, haltbaren Diazoverbindung folgender Kon stitution EMI0001.0020 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Lösung von dianotiertem o-Chloranilin mit Cadmium chlorid versetzt. Das Endprodukt stellt ein weisses, kristal lines, haltbares, in Wasser lösliches Pulver dar, welches zur Herstellung von Azofarb- stoffen Verwendung findet.
