      Verfahren    zur Darstellung einer festen, haltbaren     Diazoverbindung.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer festen,  haltbaren     Diazoverbindung,    darin bestehend,  dass man eine Lösung von     diazotiertem     4-     Nitro-2'-        methyl-5'-methoxy-4'-aminoberrzol     reit     Cadmiumchlorid    versetzt. Das Endprodukt  stellt ein braunes, kristallines, haltbares, in  Wasser lösliches Pulver dar, welches zur  Darstellung von     Azofarbstoffen    Verwendung  findet.

           Beispiel:       Eine aus 286 Teilen     4-Nitro-2'-methyl-          5'-methoxy-4'-amirroazobenzol,    1400 Teilen       8 /oiger    Salzsäure und 190 Teilen     40o/oiger          Natriumnitritlösung    hergestellte     Diazolösung       wird mit einer Lösung von 240 Teilen  kristallisiertem     Cadmiumchlorid    in 240 Teilen  Wasser versetzt. Die     Diazoverbindung    schei  det sich alsbald als     Cadmiumdoppelsalz    aus.  Die     Abscheidung    kann durch Zusatz von  Kochsalz vervollständigt werden.

   Das     Diazo-          salz    wird     abfiltriert    und in üblicher Weise  fertig gemacht. Es stellt ein braunes, kri  stallines, haltbares, in     Wasser    lösliches Pulver  dar, welches zur Herstellung von     Azofarbstof-          fen    Verwendung findet.

The end product is a brown, crystalline, durable, water-soluble powder that is used to produce azo dyes.

           Example: A diazo solution prepared from 286 parts of 4-nitro-2'-methyl-5'-methoxy-4'-amirroazobenzene, 1400 parts of 8% hydrochloric acid and 190 parts of 40% sodium nitrite solution is mixed with a solution of 240 parts of crystallized cadmium chloride in 240 parts of water are added. The diazo compound is soon separated out as a cadmium double salt. The separation can be completed by adding table salt.

   The diazo salt is filtered off and made ready in the usual way. It is a brown, crystalline, durable, water-soluble powder that is used for the production of azo dyes.

Das Endprodukt stellt ein braunes, kri stallines, haltbares, in Wasser lösliches Pulver dar, welches zur Herstellung von Azofarb- stoffen Verwendung findet.
