  Verfahren zur Darstellung einer festen, haltbaren     Diazoverbindung.       Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung einer festen,  haltbaren     Diazoverbindung,    darin bestehend,       class    man eine Lösung von     diazotiertern        1-          Amino-2-methyl-5-riitr,obenzol    mit Cadmium  chlorid versetzt. Das Endprodukt stellt ein  fast weisses, kristallines, haltbares in Wasser  lösliches Pulver dar, welches zur Darstellung  von     Azofarbstoffen    Verwendung findet.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  In eine aus<B>152</B> Teilen     1-Amino-2-methyl-          5-nitrobenzol,    800 Teilen 15      /oiger    Salzsäure  und 70 Teilen     Natriumnitrit    dargestellte       Diazolösung    werden 140 Teile kristallisiertes       Cadmiurnchlorid    eingetragen. Die     Diazover-          bindung    scheidet sich alsbald als Cadmium  doppelsalz aus. Die     Abscheidung    kann durch       Zusatz    von Kochsalz vervollständigt werden.  Das     Diazosalz    wird     abfiltriert    und in üblicher  Weise fertig gemacht.

   Es stellt ein fast  weisses, kristallines haltbares, in Wasser         Jöslicbes    Pulver dar, welches zur Darstellung  von     Azofarbstoffen    Verwendung findet.
