Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Herstellung eines Farbstoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe.       Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist ein Ver  fahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Farb  stoffes der     Anthrachinonreihe,    der Baum  wolle aus brauner     Küpe    in roten Tönen an  färbt. Das Verfahren ist dadurch gekenn  zeichnet,     dass    man     8-Amino-5'-chloranthra-          chinon-2.1-N-1'.2'-N-benzacridon    mit     1-Nitro-          anthrachinon-2-carbonsäurechlorid    umsetzt.  Man arbeitet z.

   B. in Gegenwart von     Nitro-          benzol    als     Lösungsmittel.    Beim     Verküpen    der       entstehenden    Nitroverbindung wird gleich  zeitig die Nitrogruppe zur     Aminogruppe          reduziert.     



  <I>Beispiel: '</I>  Gleiche Gewichtsteile     ä-Amino-5'-chlor-          anthrachinon-2.1-(N)-1'.2'-(N)-benzolacridon          und        1-Nitroanthrachinon-2-carbonsäurechlorid     werden in der     30fachen    Menge wasserfreien  Nitrobenzols, bezogen auf das     Aminoacridon,     so lange zum Sieden erhitzt, bis eine der  Schmelze     entnommene    Probe ein     einheitliches     Kristallbild zeigt.

   Das Umsetzungsprodukt         wird    noch     warm.        abgesaugt    und mit Nitro  benzol     und    Methanol     ,gewaschen.

  Aus     brauner        Küpe    wird Baumwolle in  roten Farbtönen angefärbt.
