Stylographe à billes. La présente invention se rapporte à un stylographe à billes qui se caractérise par un tube se terminant par une partie conique et fendue dans laquelle sont logées les billes, ce tube logeant, dans une partie faisant suite à la partie conique, un élément d'alimentation à action capillaire alimentant les billes en encre, le reste du tube constituant un réser voir à encre.
La figure unique du dessin annexé repré sente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécu tion de l'objet de l'invention.
Le stylographe montré en une coupe lon gitudinale au dessin comporte, logé dans une monture 11, un tube 16 se terminant à une extrémité par une partie conique 18 munie de fentes 19. Dans une partie de ce tube fai sant suite à la partie conique est logé à frot tement un rondin en jonc ou en rotin 15 cons tituant un élément d'alimentation à action de capillarité, tandis que le reste du tube 16, c'est-à-dire la partie du tube située au-dessus du jonc 15, constitue un réservoir à encre 17.
Les fentes 19 séparent des languettes flexibles, entre lesquelles sont logées les billes 6, 7 et 8.
Le tube 16 présente une partie filetée 20 sur laquelle est vissée une pièce conique 21 de serrage de la partie conique 18 pourvue d'une ouverture 22 dans laquelle s'engage une butée 9a fixée au tube 16 et destinée à limi ter le mouvement de vissage et de dévissage de la pièce conique 16. La partie conique 18 fait saillie par une ouverture d'extrémité de la pièce conique et suivant -que cette pièce conique sera vissée ou dévissée, elle modifiera la largeur des fentes 19, pour écarter ou rap procher les languettes à. la façon des bran ches d'un tire-ligne, ce qui permettra d'écrire fin ou gros et même de supprimer l'arrivée de l'encre sur la bille 8 ou d'en augmenter l'afflux après un certain temps d'inaction.
Sur l'extrémité du tube 16 opposée _ à la partie conique 18 est emboîté à frottement doux un manchon 28 logé à l'intérieur de la monture 11, ce manchon 2-3 étant rappelé par un ressort 24. Ce manchon est retenu par un bouchon 25 vissé dans la monture 11 et il présente un orifice 26 fermé par un clapet 27 s'ouvrant vers l'intérieur. Tout cet ensemble est recouvert au moment de l'usage par le ca puchon protecteur 28. Lorsqu'on presse ce ca puchon, il agit par son bossage 29, sur le manchon 23 et celui-ci coulisse pour compri mer dans son mouvement de descente l'air dans l'espace A, ce qui force l'encre contenu dans le tube 16 de s'écouler par le rotin 15 jusqu'aux billes 6, 7 et 8.
Lorsqu'on lâche le capuchon, le manchon remonte sous l'action de la détente du ressort de rappel 24 et le clapet 27 quittant son siège, une nouvelle quantité d'air pénètre dans la chambre A. En résumé, le manchon 23 fonctionne comme un piston de pompe aspirante et refoulante.
Après usage, le capuchon 28 peut être changé de place pour recouvrir toute la partie inférieure du stylographe, position montrée en traits pointillés.
En cas de renversement de celui-ci, le clapet 27 empêche l'encre de sortir à l'exté rieur par l'orifice 26.

The stylograph shown in a longitudinal section in the drawing comprises, housed in a frame 11, a tube 16 terminating at one end in a conical part 18 provided with slits 19. The tube 16 has a threaded part 20 onto which is screwed a conical part 21 for clamping the conical part 18 provided with an opening 22 in which engages a stop 9a fixed to the tube 16 and intended to limit the screwing movement. and unscrewing of the conical part 16. This sleeve is retained by a cap 25 screwed into the frame 11 and it has an orifice 26 closed by a valve 27 opening inwardly. All this assembly is covered at the time of use by the protective cap 28. When this cap is pressed, it acts by its boss 29 on the sleeve 23 and the latter slides to understand in its downward movement air in the space A, which forces the ink contained in the tube 16 to flow through the rattan 15 to the balls 6, 7 and 8.
When the cap is released, the sleeve rises under the action of the relaxation of the return spring 24 and the valve 27 leaving its seat, a new quantity of air enters the chamber A. In summary, the sleeve 23 functions as a suction and pressure pump piston.
After use, the cap 28 can be moved to cover the entire lower part of the stylograph, position shown in dotted lines.
