Regelbares hydraulisches Kolbengetriebe.
Fig. 2 in der Arbeitsstellung.
Adjustable hydraulic piston gear. The invention relates to a controllable hydraulic piston transmission, which can be formed from that it is suitable for the transmission of large powers and torques and has a large transmission range.
The invention consists in that the working piston of the transmission, which is driven by the engine, causes controllable partial rotations of the output shaft of the transmission. Fei a preferred embodiment of the subject invention calls the stroke of the working piston through the mediation of the pressure fluid enclosed in the transmission housing and under the controlling effect of a control piston different sized strokes of a piston acting on the freewheeling shaft from the transmission acting piston (switching piston).
These three pistons each work in a cylinder, with these cylinders forming the three arms of a T-shaped gear housing. The common compression chamber of the cylinders contains the hydraulic fluid. The accompanying drawing illustrates an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention.
Fig. 1 shows the transmission in idle state and
Fig. 2 in the working position.
The transmission has three pistons, the working piston 1, the control piston 2 and the switching piston 3, which are respectively in a cylinder 4, 5. 6 move. These cylinders form the arms of the T-shaped gear housing and contain the pressure fluid 7 in their common Kom pressionsraum. The working piston 1 is driven by the engine with means of a translation 8 and a crank gear 9. The control piston 2 is on the one hand under the influence of the pressure fluid 7 and on the other hand under the influence of a compression spring 10, which constantly pushes it towards its innermost limit position determined by the stop 11.
The switching piston 3 is also pressed by a compression spring 12 against its innermost limit position defined by stop 13. The spring 12 of the switching piston is larger than the spring 10 of the control piston 2.
If now the working piston 1 moves from its outer to the inner dead center, the control piston 2 is pushed by the pressure fluid 7 to the outside. When the working piston decreases, the control piston 2 is driven by the spring 10 inwards again. In this way, the control piston and the hydraulic fluid will participate in the working movement of the working piston 1, and when the strokes of the two pistons are the same, the transmission is in the idle state.
Now, however, the end point of the outwardly directed control stroke of the control piston is variable, namely by means of a stop which is designed as a control piston 14 in the embodiment shown. This Re gel piston also serves as an abutment for the control spring 10 and is pushed outward by her. To adjust the control piston 14, pressure oil is used, which is supplied by a special pressure pump, not shown, via the connection piece 15 into the cylinder 5. In the wall of this cylinder cylinder suitably distributed openings 16 are provided. hm the cylinder 5 is around.
In the area of these openings a by means of rack 34 and ring gear 35 rotatable ring slide 17 is arranged. Which has a helical control slot 18 ', by means of which one or the other of the openings 16 can be released while all other openings remain covered. The control piston 11 is pressed under the action of the introduced pressure oil against the action of the spring 10 inwards (to the left in the figure) until the 01 can flow out through the opening that has been released. By this adjustment of the control piston 14, the stroke of the control piston 2 can now be changed in any narrow limits (steps).
However, a reduction in this stroke has the consequence that the pressure oil displaced by the working piston 1 no longer has room in the cylinder 5 in front of the piston; det and therefore raises the switching piston 3 by the appropriate amount. The smaller the outward stroke of the control piston, the greater the stroke of the switching piston. In the inner limit position of the control piston 14 and the control piston 2 illustrated in FIG. 2, the entire 01 7 is pushed upwards, so that the switching piston 3 performs its greatest stroke.
A toothed rack 1.8 is provided on the switching piston 3 which transmits the stroke movements of the switching piston 3 just described to a spur gear 20 which protrudes through a slot 19 into the cylinder 6.
The spur gear 20 is connected to the output shaft 21 of the transmission by means of a freewheel arrangement in such a way that only the upward stroke of the rack 18 is transmitted as a motion impulse to the shaft 21, while the retraction of the piston 3 has no influence on the Wave stays. The intermittent movement of the shaft 21. is transmitted further depending on the purpose of the gearbox.
When using a single such drive unit, the movement of the drive shaft is jerky; To compensate, it is therefore advisable to combine several such hydraulic units and drive them with appropriately offset cranks. This makes it possible to smooth the movement so far that the individual bumps are no longer noticeable.
