Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gemisches von     Natriumsalzen        acylierter          Aminomethansulfosäuren.       Es wurde gefunden, dass man durch Kon  densation von     aliphatischen        Sulfamiden    der  allgemeinen Formel     RS02NH2    und deren sub-         stituierten    Produkten mit     Formaldehydbisulfit     zu     Sulfonsäuren    gemäss folgender Gleichung  gelangt         RS02NH2        -+-        C1120    -     NaHS0s    =     RS02NH        

  #        CH@SO3Na        -f    -     H20       <I>Die</I> Umsetzung gestattet in sehr einfacher  Weise die Herstellung von in der     Aminogruppe     durch den     Sulfonsäurerest        acylierten        Amino-          methansulfönsäuren        bezw.    deren     Salzen.     



  Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Gemisches  von     Natriumsalzen    von durch einen     Sulfon-          säurerest        acylierten        Aminomethansulfonsäuren,     welches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       Formaldehyd-Natriumbisulfit    auf ein     Sulfamid-          gemisch    einwirken lässt, das durch gleichzeitige  Einwirkung von Chlor und Schwefeldioxyd  auf eine Benzinfraktion mit den Siedegrenzen  230 bis 320  und anschliessende Umsetzung  mit Ammoniak erhalten wurde.

      Das erhaltene Produkt ist in Wasser  löslich und kann als     Textilhilfsmittel    ver  wendet werden.  



  <I>Beispiel 1:</I>  270 Gewichtsteile eines     Sulfamidgemisches,          hergestellt    durch gleichzeitige Einwirkung von  Chlor und Schwefeldioxyd auf eine Benzin  fraktion von den Siedegrenzen 230 bis 320   und Behandlung der entstandenen     Sulfochloride     mit     Ammoniak,    werden mit     einer    Lösung von  190 Gewichtsteilen     Formaldehyd-Natriumbi-          sulfit    in 200 Gewichtsteilen Wasser versetzt  und mehrere Stunden unter     Rückfluss    gekocht.

    Nachdem darauf alles Wasser     abdestilliert    und  das Produkt kurze Zeit     nacherhitzt    worden      ist, bleibt eine hellbraune, in Wasser lösliche  Substanz, deren Lösung gutes     Schaumvermögen     besitzt, zurück.  



  Das Produkt kann als Textilhilfsmittel  verwendet werden.  



  <I>Beispiel 2:</I>  270 Gewichtsteile eines     Sulfamidgemisches,     hergestellt durch     gleichzeitige        Einwirkung    von  Chlor und Schwefeldioxyd auf eine Benzin  fraktion mit den Siedegrenzen 230 bis 320   und Behandlung der entstandenen     Sulfochloride     mit Ammoniak, werden unter gutem Rühren  mit 190 Gewichtsteilen     Formaldehyd-Natrium-          bisulfit    auf 160 bis 170  erhitzt, bis eine  Probe der Substanz löslich geworden ist. Das  entstandene hellbraune Produkt ist eine wasser  lösliche Substanz, deren Lösungen gutes       Schaumvermögen    zeigen.
