Device on spindleless Iötzerspulmaschinen, with a thread gripper for returning the thread in front of the bobbin driver and inserting it into the scissors after completion of the Kötzers. The invention relates to a device on spindleless Kötzerspulmaschi- nen, in particular on:
those in which the bobbin change and the winding of the new Kötzers take place automatically, in which a thread gripper introduces the thread back and into the scissors after completion of the Kötzers in front of the bobbin carrier, and is intended to return the thread in front of the bobbin carrier and to secure the introduction of the thread into the scissors to a greater extent.
In a winding method in which the thread is wound back onto the Kötzerfuss. is undesirable for reasons of weaving technology, the thread emanating from the winding cone of the completed Kötzers must nonetheless be safely returned in front of the pulley driver and fed to the scissors.
Furthermore it is. it is desirable that the falling Kötzer only has to fall through a short distance before the cutting process, so that the thread end attached to the Kötzer fails briefly and. the impact on the bottom of the Auffangbehäl age is low.
This goal is achieved in the device according to the invention in that the thread gripper is movable to and fro below the bobbin driver and the counter holder directly above a Kötzerauf- collection container provided under the scissors and is controlled so that it looks after standstill and subsequent ejection of,
finished Kötzers moved from the Kötzerspitze over the length of the spool to under the scissors.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the drawing.
Fig.l shows a side view of the winding station of a spindleless Kötzerspulma- machine in the operating position at the end of the winding process.
Fig. 2 shows the same view with fallen Kötzer and returned thread guide before the start of the movement of the thread gripper.
FIG. 3 shows the same view as FIG. 2, but the thread gripper in its end position with the thread inside the scissors.
Underneath the bobbin carrier 1 of an automatic single bobbin machine 2, it could also be a group bobbin winder, a pair of scissors 3 with associated scissor grippers 4 is attached in the drop space of the bobbin 5 in a known manner.
A collecting container 7 is attached below the winding station in the drop area of the bobbin 5 on the support belt 6 of the winding machine 2. This collecting container is provided as close as possible under the scissors 3 so that the fall distance of the Kötzers 5 is short.
Above the winding station, a thread guide 9 is in a known manner on a spindle 8 from a basic position above the foot of the Kötzers 5 over the desired bobbin length up to.
can be driven to the top of the Kötzers. After completion of the winding process, this thread guide is disengaged from the overall control gear (not shown in the drawing) via a control rail 10 from the thread of the spindle 8 (not shown) and returned to its starting position above the foot of the puck 5 under the action of a tension spring 11 (Fig . 2 and 3).
Below the scissors is. In the support frame 6, directly above the collecting container 7, a thread gripper 12 is arranged displaceably over the Kötzer length and is connected to the overall control gear of the winding unit as follows:
During the winding process, the thread gripper 12 is in the position shown in FIG. 1 and leaves the falling space of the bobbin 5 free. During the winding process, the thread guide 9 moves forward over the desired bobbin length with the advance of the spindle 8, so that at the end of the winding process the thread guide comes to the position shown in FIG.
In a known manner, the bobbin driver 1 is now stopped, for example by means of stops. The subsequently initiated bobbin exchange process causes known gear interventions that the Kötzer 5 falls freely from the driver 1 and its opposing tusk 14 and is caught by the collecting container 7 after a short fall,
the attached thread 13 emanating from the winding cone of the Kötzers 5. Now, by detaching the thread guide 9 from its drive spindle 8 with the aid of the control rail 10, the thread guide is returned to its starting position shown in FIG. 2 and the thread 13 guided in the thread guide eyelet 15 is also withdrawn.
From the overall control gear, the thread gripper 12 is now moved from its position shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 over the entire Kötzer length to the position shown in FIG. 3 below the scissors 3. The thread 13 is gripped approximately in the middle of the path and brought safely between the grippers 4 of the scissors 3 under tight tension.
A further advantage results from the fact that the thread 13, after being cut, lies on it along the Kötz so that it is in an easily locatable position on the Kötzer.
