Fig. 1 zeigt die Einrichtung im Aufriss; Fig. 2 zeigt den obern Teil der Einrich tung in Seitenriss; Fig. 3 zeigt den Grundriss der Einrich tung;
Method and device for the production of reinforced hollow concrete beams. The present invention relates to a method for the production of ar-mated hollow concrete beams and a device for carrying out this method.
According to the method according to the inven tion, the beam is made by pouring concrete into a form, which consists of vertically movable, flexible strip elements and a central, vertically displaceable core during the concrete supply by moving the core downwards from a high position at the same time with the downward running tape elements is gradually gebil det, wherein the reinforcement with the downward moving core is drawn into the downward elongating shape.
The device for carrying out this method is characterized by a number of movable, the mold jacket to bil the certain belt elements that run over to guide rollers, by a longitudinally displaceable, central core, the lower end of which is connected to the belt elements during its downward movement, such that the band elements move with the core downwards and a gradually lengthening shape is created between the lower end of the core and the deflection rollers, and by means for pulling the reinforcement into the mold during the downward movement of the core and the band elements.
In the accompanying drawing, for example, an embodiment of a device according to the invention for executing the method is shown.
Fig. 1 shows the device in elevation; Fig. 2 shows the upper part of the device in a side elevation; Fig. 3 shows the plan of the device Einrich;
Fig. 4 shows the lower part of the device in side elevation '; FIG. 5 is the cross section through a rectangular, iron-reinforced hollow concrete beam, FIG. 6 is a cross-section through a square hollow concrete bale with a square cavity, FIG. 7 is a cross-section with a round cavity.
The device shown for the manufacture of hollow concrete beams has a Ge alternate, which has a cross-shaped cross-section, iron or cast NEN stand 1, which is carried by a base 2 ge and vertical guides 3 and 4. The upper ends of the guides carry pairs of swivel castors 5 and 6 over which steel belts 12 and 13 are guided, and their lower ends are rotatably mounted on pins 7 of supports 8.
Suitable stops 9 and 10 Füg. 3) allow adjustment of the guides 3 and 4, either in mutually par allelic, vertical position, or in such an inclined position. that the mutual distance between opposing guides increases slightly towards the top. The guides have machined sliding threads 11 so that the steel strips 12 and 13 are easily versehiebba.r along these surfaces. The steel strips 12 run over the pair of rollers 5 (Fix. 1) and are connected at one end to a tension spindle 14 each, while their other end is connected to an ejector sleeve 15.
The steel belts 13 running over the pulley pair 6 (FIG. 2) are with. one end connected to the lower end of a Selimiedeisernen form core 16 and wear at the other end in CTleiteguides: i 7 running counterweights 18. When the ejection sleeve 1 5 and the core 16 are in their in fix. 1 are the lowest layer shown, the core with the steel strips 12 and 13 forms the shape for the concrete beams to be produced. The core 1.6 is displaceable by means of a screw spindle 17 in the vertical direction Rich.
The ejection sleeve 15 can be coupled to the core 16 by means of drivers 20 carried by the sleeve, which are pushed into incisions 19 at the lower end of the core with the aid of springs 21 or a spring-loaded guide (not shown).
A decoupling respectively. Release of the push sleeve 15 from the core 16 is achieved automatically by two vertically adjustable bare cam rails 23, which come into engagement with the rollers 22 at the outer end of the carrier 20 and pull out through the carrier from the cutouts 19. In disengaged to stand, the ejection sleeve 15, which is connected to the steel strips 12, freely in the space between the core 16 and the steel strips 13 respectively. move the sliding surfaces 1 of the guides 3.
At the upper edge of the ejection sleeve 15, dovetail-shaped drivers 24 are seen before. over which a scraper ring 25 can be ben scho that has the same cross-section as the concrete beam to be produced. This scraper ring 25 serves to scrape off the material when the cast concrete beam is ejected from the mold. as will be described later, and for holding the reinforcement wires 26 to be brought into the mold, which are rolled up on rollers 57 above the stand 1.
A reversible electric motor 31 is used to drive the tension spindles 14 and 17, which via right-hand worm gears 28 and 29, mechanical or electrical couplings 32 and 33 with the spindles 14 and via a left-hand worm gear 30 and a mechanical or electrical coupling 34 with the spindle 17 is coupled. These drive elements for the spindles are built into the base 2 of the stand 1 so that they are protected against dripping water. The drive from the motor to the spindles is transmitted through angular gears 35, 36 and 37, one of the wheels of which is designed as a nut for the corresponding spin del.
The nuts serve as the wheels are held in the axial direction by the bearings 38, 39 and 40, and by the foot piece 41, which is also designed as a bearing. The axial thrust forces of the spindles are taken up by ball bearings. The tension spindles 14 are also centered at their upper end by the traverses 42 movable in the sliding guides 56 and prevented from rotating, while the tension spindle 17 is centered by the core 16 sliding in the ejection sleeve 15 and is also prevented from rotating.
The base 2 is supported by rubber buffers 43 on a foundation frame 44. Vibrators 45 or an eccentric drive are provided to set the stand in rapid vertical oscillations so that the concrete delivered to the form is vibrated to form a homogeneous and solid beam becomes. To avoid horizontal movements, the stand 1 is guided by rollers 46. Instead of the vibration method, the spraying method can also be used to produce the concrete beams, in which the concrete is injected into the mold using spray nozzles 55 (Fix. 1).
In this case, the stand 1 with the base 2 can be placed directly on the foundation, that is, without the intermediate storage of rubber buffers.
The control of the drive mechanism respectively. the motor is carried out by electrical switches 47, 48, 49 and 50, the scarf ter 50 is operated by one of the driver rollers 22, while the remaining three switches 47, 48 and 49 are operated by the cross member 42 carried at the end of the spindle 14. The switches 48 and 49 are vertically adjustable, which allows the length of the bars to be produced to be changed, while the switches 47 and 50 are fixed.
If it is necessary to replace the steel strips, the guides 3 and 4 are pivoted out of the stand 1 by moving the stops 9 and 10, as shown in phantom in FIG.
To produce a concrete beam with the device described, the following procedure is followed: Before the start of manufacture, the discharge sleeve 15 is in its uppermost position, as is shown in Fig. 1 on the right and the core 16 is in the lowest position shown by a just finished beam was pushed into the safety and holding frame.27 (Fix. 2) located above the stand 1, from where it can be moved into the binding room.
The reinforcing wires 26 wound on the rollers 51 are now drawn into the scraper ring 25 through corresponding axial holes and bent at right angles on the lower side of the ring, whereupon the ring is pushed over the dovetail-shaped driver 24 of the push-off sleeve 15; the ends of the reinforcement wires are held between the ejector sleeve and the scraper ring.
The clutches 32 and 33 are now released and the clutch 34 is engaged, whereupon the motor 31 is left in the direction of rotation corresponding to the raising of the core 16. The core slides through the ejection sleeve 15 located in its uppermost position and the drivers 20 slide along the core wall until they snap into the cutouts 19 of the same in the sequence of springs 21, in the highest position of the core. As a result of this movement of the driver 20, one of the switches 50 is actuated by the roller 22 and the drive motor 31 is switched off, which is immediately braked by the brake release magnet 52.
The clutches 32 and 33 are then re-engaged and the concrete feed is initiated, and then the vibrators and the motor 31 are switched on by pushing a button; the motor now runs in the opposite direction. The core 16 and the ejection sleeve 15 coupled to it, as well as the scraper ring 25 are pulled down as a result of corre sponding rotation of the bevel gear 37 of the moving tension spindle 17.
The steel belts 12 connected to the ejection sleeve and the steel belts 13 connected to the core 16 are also pulled down, in which the spindles 14 are shifted upwards as a result of the opposite direction of rotation of the gears 35 and 36. The core and the four steel strips form a shape that gradually extends downwards into which concrete is constantly poured.
and the downward movement of the core and steel strips takes place with the permissible speed for the medium or spraying process. The reinforcing wires 26 clamped between the wiper ring and the pushing sleeve are drawn into the cavity created between the steel strips and the core 16. A suitable Braking device acts on the Rol len 51. so that the wires remain constantly stretched.
The concrete is continuously shaken if the vibrators 45 are used. or injected into the forming mold under injection pressure, creating a hollow concrete ball of homogeneous structure.
Immediately before the ejection sleeve 15 comes to sit on the foot piece 11. are the drivers 20 by acting together of the roles ?? and the Noekenschiinen 23 pulled out of the cutouts 19 of the core 16 so that the ejection sleeve can freely sit on the foot piece while the tension spindle runs a little further down and detaches the core 16 and the steel strips 13 from the concrete beam 54 formed .
Simultaneously with the release of the push-off sleeve 15, one of the traverses 4? the switch 48 actuated, which switches off the vibrators. Since a small path of the core 16 and the steel strips 13 is sufficient to detach these parts from the concrete beam 54, the drive motor 31 is also disconnected shortly thereafter by the switch 49, which is also actuated by the cross member 42. Now the coupling 34 connecting the spindle 17 to the drive is disengaged and the motor is then switched on in the opposite direction to the previous direction of rotation.
The core 16 and the steel hand 13 now stand still. while the tension spindles 14 are shifted downwards and, with the help of the steel strips 12 and the stainless steel sleeve 15, push the concrete beam 54 out of the mold and convey it into the safety framework 27, from where the beam is guided to the tying point. When the tension spindles 14 reach their under ste position, the switch 47 is operated by one of the crossbars 42, which switches the drive motor 31 off.
Should the device be used to produce beams of less than the maximum possible length. 1.1 support rails 53 are placed on the foot piece 41 in the space between the core 16 and the sliding surfaces, so that the ejection sleeve 15 is supported on these rails when sliding down to form the shape and the resulting bar is shorter by the length of these rails becomes.
The switches 48 and 49 and the cam rails 23, as shown in phantom, to adjust one of the length of the rails 53 corresponding Be load so that the ejection sleeve 15 is loosely coupled at the right time from the core 16 and the vibrators and the drive motor accordingly the shorter bar length can be switched off earlier.
