Control device for elevators. The invention relates to an electric push-button control for elevators with storage of the send and call commands, with a call push button for up and down travel is provided on each floor.
In a known elevator control of this type, the elevator travels from one terminal stop to the other and takes along the passengers in the mezzanine floors who want to travel in the corresponding direction of travel.
This "control obstruction has the advantage that the passenger knows that the elevator will continue to travel in the same direction that he was in before, as against the disadvantage that long journeys with an empty car between the last floor served and the final stop are uselessly covered in order to pick up new passengers in the other direction of travel. A second control of this type causes the stop on each floor,
which buttons for the corresponding direction of travel were pressed and only drives to the most distant floor from which calls were made, regardless of whether a button for the same or opposite direction of travel was pressed there.
This type of control has the advantage over the first that no unnecessary journeys have to be made, on the other hand it has the disadvantage that the car can come from a direction of travel that does not correspond to the direction of travel of the calling passenger and thus also the direction indicator until shortly before stopping the opposite direction of travel and to. did not show any direction of travel after stopping.
The passenger therefore does not know with certainty whether the car has stopped for his journey or whether the car will continue to travel in the same direction afterwards, especially not if factory guests have called on this floor for both directions.
The elevator control according to the present invention has both. the already known advantage that the direction of travel changes. if no more commands are registered for the same direction, but those for the opposite direction are registered, as well as the advantage that the direction of travel for the next trip is determined and displayed even before the stop on the most distant floor called.
A special embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is that the car can be driven over the most distant calling floor by an adjustable distance when calls for the opposite direction of travel are registered so that the car can then enter the floor in the direction in which he drives on afterwards. This ensures that the direction of travel for the next trip is expressed in an even more conspicuous manner.
The control device can also be designed in such a way that when the passengers get off and boarded on the most distant floor, the car starts immediately: after closing the door in the direction indicated by the direction indicator, which is not the case with the previous controls was possible because the direction of travel first had to be determined by the internal controls.
The invention is explained in more detail in the drawing using an exemplary embodiment. In Fig. 1, a cross-section through the elevator shaft is shown with the elevator car, the floor buttons and the door contacts for general understanding. The arrangement of the pulley, screw winch, drive motor, brake fan and the floor controller for up and down travel can also be seen. The changeover contactor, the time switch and the various relays are combined on one control panel in Fig. 2.
Fig. 3 shows the simplified control scheme of the system. The description refers to a facility with four floors. It goes without saying, however, that the arrangement can be used for any number of floors. The car is. shown on the lowest floor.
The elevator has down-call buttons 201, 301 and up-call buttons 202, 302 on the mezzanine floors, an up-call button 101 on the lowest floor and a down-call button 402 on the top floor. The buttons 103, 203, 303, 403 for Sending the cabin to the four floors. The control can be interrupted by the stop switch 25 in the elevator car, thereby stopping the elevator. 21-24 are door-dependent safety contacts that prevent activation when the door is open.
It is driven by the motor 1, which turns the cable drum via a clutch designed as a brake disk. \? is the brake fan, 3 is the control fuse.
50 is the floor controller for downward travel. He actuates the following contact groups by means of the rotating arm 51 moved accordingly to the car. 105, 405 are call triggers for the first and fourth floors, actuated by curve 52. 205, 305 are direction switches for the second and third floors.
They are changed over by the compulsory cam 52 and serve to direct the interior commands to the floor relays for up or down calls, depending on the status of the car. 209, 309 are call triggers for downward calls on the second and third floors, activated by cams 53. 207, 307 are stop contacts on the second and third floors for the downward direction, activated by cams 54.
Cams 53 and 54 are rotatably mounted and are pressed by springs against a stop in the sense that they only open the contacts assigned to them when traveling downwards, but spring away from the contact ineffectively when traveling upwards. The cams are spatially shifted against each other. that, for example, when entering the second floor, the stopping contact 207 is briefly opened by the braking distance in front of the stop, whereas the call trigger 209 is only opened briefly when the vehicle is started again in the downward direction.
60 is the floor controller for upward travel. He actuates the following contact groups by means of the rotating arm 61 moved in accordance with the elevator car: 206, 306 are direction switches. They are switched by the forced curve 62 and direct ge given calls depending on the momentary cabin position on the direction relay 31 respectively. 41. 106 and 406 are limit switches. By switching off the travel direction relay, they cause the elevator to stop at the end stops. 210, 310 are call triggers for upward calls on the second and third floors, actuated by cams 63. 208, 308 are stop contacts on the second and third floors for the upward direction, actuated by cams 64.
Cams 63 and 64 are rotatably mounted and are pressed against a stop by springs in the sense that they only open the contacts assigned to them when traveling upwards, but spring away from the contact ineffectively when traveling downwards. Spatially, the cams 63 and 64 are shifted against each other so that, for example, when entering the second stop, the stop contact 208 is briefly opened by the braking distance in front of the stop, while the call trigger 210 is only opened briefly when the vehicle starts up again.
Fig. 2 shows the control panel on which contactors and relays are installed and switched. The functions of the apparatus are described below.
The changeover contactor 4, controlled by the solenoids 5 respectively. 6 switches on the elevator motor for downward or upward travel when buttons are pressed, depending on the floor controller. The locking contact 7 respectively. 8 prevents the coil for the opposite direction of travel from responding. Contacts 9 or 10 are used with the contacts 14 on the timer 13 to delay the switching on again after each trip.
Control contacts 11 or 12. the relay 15, which thereby closes the contacts 16-20 during each trip.
The travel direction relay 31 for downward travel and the travel direction relay 41 for upward travel control with their contacts 36 respectively. 46 the solenoid coils 5 or 6 of the U urschal Tschützes 4. The normally closed contacts 32 and 42 prevent both travel relays from switching on at the same time. The contacts 33 and 43 switch the direction of the direction relay corresponding lamps 37 and 47 in the direction indicator. 34 and 44 are working contacts. which the response of the auxiliary relay 131 .; 231, 331, 431 only allow when a direction relay has already been switched on.
Contacts 35 and 45 have the task of immediately switching off those auxiliary relays when a direction relay drops out, which are only excited via their self-holding contacts. This prevents a travel direction relay from being switched on by additional direction contacts of the auxiliary relays which are still closed due to calls that have already been fulfilled.
111, 211, 311 are the floor relays assigned to the down call buttons. 221, 321, 421 are the floor relays assigned to the up-call buttons. The working contacts 112, 212, 312 and 222, 32 2 , 422 are self-holding contacts which continue to carry the current even after releasing the push button.
The relays 211, 311, 221, 321 of the mezzanine floors are equipped with break contacts 213, 313, 223, 323. These "relay stop contacts" are connected in parallel with one of the "controller stop contacts" 207, 307, 208, 308. Two parallel contacts each, e.g.
B. 207 and 213, work together in such a way that before the car arrives on a floor whose relay it is energized, the changeover contactor drops out and the elevator stops if the direction of travel matches that of the call. The direction contacts 114, 214, 314 and 224, 324, 424 switch on the direction relay 31 or 41. The purpose of the normally open contacts 215, 315, 225, 325 and 216, 3 1 6, 226, 326 is described in the next section.
The auxiliary relays 131, 231, 331, 431 he fill the tasks of moving the car, which has stopped on the calling floor, in the direction corresponding to the given call as soon as the passenger has entered and the door has closed. The self-holding contacts 132, 232, 332, 432 have the effect that the auxiliary relays can always only drop out at the end of a journey, even if the contacts through which these relays were energized have already opened. 133, 233, 333, 433 are additional directional contacts.
They keep the direction relay 31 or 41 of the current direction of travel switched on if the given call corresponds to this direction of travel, or cause the change of the direction relay for the continued journey if the given call does not correspond to the current direction of travel. The auxiliary relays are switched on in the manner described below through the contacts of the floor relays.
The contacts 215, 315, on the floor relays 211, 311 for downward calls are set back one floor upwards with respect to the auxiliary relays, so that, for example, the contact 215 On the floor relay 211 of the second floor, the auxiliary relay 331 for the third floor switches. In the same way, the contacts 225, 325 on the floor relays 221, 321 for upward calls are reset by one floor each.
In the operating mode of the control described later, in the second operating case under a it is shown that the reset contacts 215, 315, 225, 325 mean that the car is on the furthest floor from which a call is made was run over if this call does not match the direction of travel of the incoming car. The crossing is one or more floors, depending on whether the contacts 215, 315, 225, 325 are set back by one or more floors. On the other hand, in the second operational case under b, it will later be shown that the floor at the extreme from which a call was made is not driven over if the reset contacts 215, 315, 225, 325 absence.
The contacts 216, 316 on the floor relays 211, 311 for down calls are in relation to the auxiliary relays one floor down, the contacts 226, 326 on the floor relays 221, 321 for up calls by one floor up. For example, the contact 316 on the floor relay 311 of the third floor switches the auxiliary relay 231 for the second floor. The operating mode of the control, described later, explains in the first case of operation that, through the contacts 216, 316, 226, 326 in front, the car, after it has stopped for a call, continues to travel in the direction of this call. as soon as the entering passenger has closed the landing door.
Depending on whether the contacts are advanced by one or more floors, the car will automatically move on by one or more floors. If the entered passenger presses the button of a floor in the car, the car is not stopped by the contacts 216, 316, 226, 326, but it drives directly to the floor controlled by the passenger.
The mode of operation of the control is described below with reference to Fig. 3 through some operating cases: First operating case: The car is on the first floor. All shaft doors are closed. There are two passengers on the third floor, one of whom wants to go to the fourth floor. This briefly presses the up-call button 302. The second passenger wants to go to the first floor and therefore presses the down-call button 301. With these calls, the cage starts moving upwards and stops on the third floor.
The upward travel direction indicator remains switched on, indicating that the car will continue to travel in four directions it is in. The passenger who wants to go to the fourth floor opens the shaft door and gets on. As soon as he has closed the shaft door again, the car starts moving in the upward direction and then stops on the fourth floor if this is the final stop, as in our case.
If, on the other hand, there are more than four floors, the passenger must press the button for the fourth stop immediately after boarding so that the car stops on the fourth floor. When entering this floor, the upward lamp in the direction indicator goes out. The downward lamp begins to light up immediately and indicates that the car will go down due to an existing call when the passenger has left the car and closed the landing door again. The car then descends from the fourth floor and stops on the third floor with the down call given there. The direction lamp for downhill travel remains switched on. The passenger opens the shaft door, enters the car and closes the shaft door.
The car immediately starts moving in the downward direction. By pressing button 103, the boarded passenger controls the car to the first floor of his choice.
In the operating case described, the control apparatuses work as follows: By pressing the button 302, the circuit from conductor a closes via the button 302, relay 321 for calls up from the third floor, call trigger 310 on the floor controller to conductor b. Relay 321 responds and closes its self-holding contact 322, which keeps relay 321 switched on, even if push button 302 is released. Relay stop contact 323 initially opens without any effect.
Contacts 325 and 326 also close for the time being without any effect. Direction contact 324 switches the direction of travel relay 41 for upward travel on the direction switch 306, 406, which is dependent on the location of the car, on the floor controller and the locking contact 32. The travel direction relay 41 opens its locking contact 42 and thus prevents the travel direction relay 31 from being able to respond for downward travel as long as relay 41 is switched on.
Contact 43 closes the circuit of the headlamp 47 in the direction indicator. Contact 44 switches on the auxiliary relays 231, 431 via the already closed contacts 325 and 326 on relay 321, which in turn close their self-holding contacts 232, 432 and the additional directional contacts 233rd and 433. Contact 45 closes without any effect.
Contact 46 switches on the switching contactor by closing the circuit conductor a, contact 14 on the timer 13, door contact 21-24, stop switch 25, contact 46 on the direction relay 41, stop contacts 208, 308 on the floor controller, locking contact 7, reel 6 on the switching contactor , Head b. The changeover contactor interrupts the opposite direction of travel through its locking contact 8.
It closes its contact 10 parallel to contact 14 on the time switch 13 and switches on the relay 15 with contact 12, which in turn closes the contacts 16-20 and via the already closed contact 45 on the direction relay 41 the self-holding contacts 232, 432, the Auxiliary relay 231, 431 brings into effect. The main contacts 4 on the changeover contactor apply voltage to the elevator motor 1, the brake fan 2 and the time switch 13. The time switch 13 opens its contact 14 without any effect. The car now moves upwards from the first floor.
By actuating the button 301, the car would be set in motion in the same way. Relay 311 responds, keeps the circuit closed by its self-holding contact 312 even after releasing the pushbutton 301 and initially opens the relay stop contact 313 without any effect. The other contacts 314, 315, 316 on relay 311 are parallel to contacts 324, 326, 3 = 5 and would therefore set the car in motion in the tit, which is already leveled for the latter contacts.
During the upward journey, the stop contacts 207, 307 on the floor controller do not open for downward travel. Stop contact 208 opens briefly by the length of the braking distance below the second floor, but has no effect because it is bridged by relay stop contact 223.
The stopping contact 308, which is parallel to the relay stopping contact 323 opened by the upward call on the third floor, opens briefly at the braking distance below the third floor. The circuit of the bobbin 6 on the changeover contactor is interrupted, the changeover contactor drops out and opens its main contacts 4 and the auxiliary contacts 10, 12. Contact 12 causes relay 15 to drop out, which opens its contacts 16 to 20 without any effect. Elevator motor 1, the brake fan? and the time switch 13 are de-energized so that the car comes to a standstill on the third floor.
The timer 13 prevents through its contact 14, the closing of which is delayed when the timer 13 drops, the immediate winding of the order contactor coil 6, although contact 308 has only briefly interrupted. The delay of the contact 14 is set so that the passenger waiting on the third floor has enough time to open the landing door and thus prevent the car from starting again. The two floor relays 311, 321 are still switched on, and thus also the auxiliary relays 231, 431.
Due to the additional direction contact 433 on the auxiliary relay 431, the travel direction relay 41 remains switched on via the limit switch 406 on the floor controller and the locking contact 32 for upward travel, thus also the light 47 in the direction indicator.
The locking contact 42 remains open so that the closed contact 233 on the auxiliary relay 231 has no effect, despite the fact that the switches 10A and 206 on the floor controller were closed to the circuit of the travel direction relay 31 for downward travel while driving from the first to the third floor. When the driver's cage is on the third floor, the switch 306 is in the middle position, the contacts 314, 324 on the floor relays 311, 321 are closed without any effect.
Until the passenger. who wants to go up, got in and closed the shaft door. the delay time of the contact 14 on the timer 13 has elapsed. The circuit for the bobbin 6 on the changeover contactor is still closed by contact 46 on the travel direction relay 11. The changeover contactor responds, and the car is seated in the upward direction, so that the passenger who has entered has to press a button. The up call given on the third floor is thus fulfilled.
When driving from the third floor, the call trigger 310 on the floor controller opens briefly and releases the floor relay 321. Latching contact 322 opens, relay stop contact 323 closes. Contacts 324, 325, 326 open without any effect because the Contacts 314, 316, 315 connected in parallel to them are still closed, # Verkrelais 311. Changeover switch 306 is switched to the conductor for the travel direction relay 31.
When the cage has approached the fourth floor up to the length of the braking distance, the limit switch i06- interrupts the circuit of the travel direction relay 41 so that it drops out. Open contact 43 for the light 47 in the direction indicator and contacts 44, 45 for the auxiliary relay. Contact 46 interrupts the circuit of the spool 6 on the Uinsehaltschütz so that the car comes to a standstill on the fourth floor.
The locking contact 42 on the direction relay 41. closes the circuit for the direction relay 31 for downward travel from conductor a via the already closed contacts 314. 306, 106 and parallel to them via the contacts 233, 206, 106. Immediately after the fall of the Travel direction relay 41 thus responds to travel direction relay 31. Its locking contact 32 interrupts the circuit to the direction relay 41. Contact 33 switches on the lamp 37 in the direction indicator. Contacts 34, 35 close.
The opening of contact 44 and closing of contact 34 takes place at a point in time at which contact 16 on relay 15 is closed, the auxiliary relays 231, 431 who are not switched off by this change. Contact 36 closes the circuit for the reel 5 on the changeover contactor, so that it can respond as soon as the delay contact 14 on the timer 13 and the shaft door contact 24 are closed again after the passenger on the fourth floor has left the car. The magnetic coil 5 applies voltage to the elevator motor 1, the brake fan 2 and the timer 13, opens the locking contact 7, closes the auxiliary contact 9 parallel to contact 14 on the timer and switches on the relay 15 through contact 11.
The car begins its travel in the downward direction. The stopping contact 307 on the floor controller, which is parallel to the relay holding contact 313 opened by the call down on the third floor, opens briefly by the braking distance above the third floor. The circuit from coil 5 on the changeover contactor is interrupted, so that the car comes to a standstill on the third floor. By con tact 14 on the timer 13, restarting is delayed by a set time in the manner already described. The floor werkrelais 311 is still switched on and thereby also the auxiliary relays 231, 431.
Due to the additional direction contact 233 on the auxiliary relay 231, the direction relay 31 remains switched on, and through this the lamp 37 for downward travel in the direction indicator remains switched on. The open locking contact 32 renders the closed contact 433 on the auxiliary relay 431 ineffective, despite the fact that the limit switch 406 was closed again by the car moving downwards.
When the car is on the third floor, the switch 306 is in the middle position. The passenger waiting on the third floor opens the shaft door and thus the contact 23 before the delay contact 14 has closed. He steps into the car and closes the landing door.
In the meantime, the delay contact 14 has closed and the reel 5 on the changeover contactor is switched on after closing the door contact 23 via the still closed contact 36 on the travel direction relay 31, so that the car starts immediately in the downward direction. Now the call down on the third floor is also filled.
The relay 311 is switched off by briefly opening the call trigger 309. Self-holding contact 312 opens, relay-holding contact 313 closes. The contacts 314, 315, 316 open. The auxiliary relays 231, 431 remain switched on by their self-holding contacts 232, 432, the relay contacts 18, 20 and the contact 35 on the travel direction relay 31.
Contact 233 on the auxiliary relay 231 remains active and keeps the travel direction relay 31 switched on via switches 206, 106 and the closed locking contact 42, so that the car continues the journey it has started down from the third floor. In the meantime, the boarded passenger who wants to go to the first floor presses the button 103 and thereby energizes the floor relay 111 of the first floor. Relay 111 responds, closes its self-holding contact 112 and the directional contact 114.
The latter keeps the travel direction relay 31 switched on until the car has arrived above the first floor by the length of the braking distance and the limit switch 106 on the floor controller opens. Previously, the switch 206 was switched over to the Lei ter of the direction relay 41 without any effect. Travel direction relay 31 drops out, closes its locking contact 32 and opens the working contacts 33, 34, 35, 36. Contact 35 switches off the auxiliary relays 231, 431, which open their contacts 233, 433 before the locking contact 32 has closed. Since the direction relay 41 also remains switched off.
By opening the contact 36, the reel 5 is de-energized on the order contactor. The changeover contactor drops out and the elevator comes to a standstill on the first floor. Within the braking distance, the call trigger 105 opens and switches off the floor relay 111. Now the given calls are fulfilled and all devices are de-energized.
Second operational case: The car is on the first floor. All shaft doors are closed. On the second floor, a passenger who wants to go down presses the call button for downward travel 201. This call causes the car to start moving upwards. Before he has reached the second Stoekwerk, a passenger on the third floor who is also going to the first floor presses Rill,
the call button for downward travel 301. For this operating case, the control can, depending on your requirements, for one or the other of the work described under a tmd b ways to be used.
a) The ascending car does not stop on the second floor. He also drives over the third floor, whose call does not correspond to the direction of travel of the car, and stops one floor higher to change his direction of travel there. In the present case, this higher floor happens to be the top one. The lamps in the direction indicator also change in accordance with the direction of travel. The car stops on the third floor coming from above.
The switched on direction indicator for downward travel indicates to the waiting passenger that the car will continue to travel in the current direction of travel. Immediately after the entering passenger has closed the door, the car starts moving downwards. By pressing the button 103, the passenger controls the car to the first floor of his choice. On the second floor, the car stops by the down call given there, in order to then end its journey to the first floor as soon as the second passenger has entered the car and closed the shaft door.
In the mode of operation described under a, the car stops on calls in the mezzanine floors only in the direction of travel corresponding to the call. The waiting passenger knows, without looking at the direction indicator, that the car will continue to travel in the current direction. This way of working, which is simple and easy to understand for the passenger, requires a somewhat longer empty journey in certain cases. For example, in the case described, the car coming from below must drive over the third floor in order to then stop after the higher direction change on the third floor, in accordance with the downward call given there.
Should the simple and easily understandable working method be dispensed with in favor of eileer, in certain cases somewhat shorter empty journeys. Thus, by omitting the contacts 215, 315 and 225, 325 on the floor relays 211, 311 and 221, 321, the existing control can be modified in such a way that, in a known manner, the floor on the floor on the from a call was given, is not run over. even if the given call does not correspond to the direction of travel of the arriving car.
The innovation that a given call not only determines the stopping of the car but also the direction in which the car continues, remains. In contrast to the described working method a, the following operation results: b) The car moves in the upward direction past the second floor. and then stop in the third with the down call given there.
When entering this floor, the warning light in the direction indicator goes out. Even before the car comes to a standstill. The lamp in the direction indicator lights up and shows the waiting passenger that the car will start moving in the downward direction after the downward call given. Immediately after the passenger who entered has closed the door, the car starts moving. By pressing the button 103, the passenger controls the car to the first floor of his choice.
On the second floor the car stops by the down call given there, in order to then end its journey to the first floor as soon as the second passenger has entered the car and closed the shaft door.
The work of the control apparatus in the second operating case shows many repeats of the first operating case and can therefore be described below in a somewhat abbreviated form. By pressing the button 201 from the floor relay 211 is energized, which responds and after the button let go through its self-holding contact 212 keeps switched on. Relay hold contact 213 initially opens without any effect. The contacts 215, 216 initially close without any effect.
The direction contact 214 switches on the travel direction relay 41 for upward travel via the changeover switch 206, the limit switch 406 and the locking contact 3. Locking contact 42 opens. Contact 43 closes the circuit of the call lamp 47 in the direction indicator. Contact 44 switches on the auxiliary relays 131, 331 via the already closed contacts 215, 216, which in turn close the self-holding contacts 132, 332 and the additional directional contacts 133, 333. Contact 45 closes without any effect. Contact 46 closes the circuit for the bobbin 6 on the changeover contactor.
The changeover contactor opens its locking contact 8 and closes the contacts 10, 12, as well as the main contacts 4, through which the car is started. By pressing the button 301, the floor relay 311 is energized, which responds and, after releasing the button, keeps itself switched on by its self-holding contact 312. Relay stop contact A1g opens vbf- first without effect. Directional contact 314 closes.
The contacts 315, 3,16 switch on the auxiliary relays 231, 431 via the already closed contact 44, which close their self-holding contacts 232, 432 and the additional directional contacts 233, 433.
The relay stop contacts 213, 813 opened by the given calls are not in the circuit of the switched-on switchover contactor coil 6. The car cannot therefore be stopped by these contacts. He continues his upward journey until the contact 46 opens when the travel direction relay 41 drops out, and the order contactor coil 6 is interrupted.
In the previously described mode of operation a, the directional contacts 214, 314 and the additional directional contacts 133, 233, 333, 433 are now closed. The travel direction relay 41 remains switched on through contact 433 until the limit switch 406 interrupts the circuit by braking distance below the fourth floor, the travel direction relay 41 drops out and the car comes to a standstill on the fourth floor.
During the journey from the first to the fourth floor, the limit switch 106 was closed and the changeover switches 206, 306 were switched to the head for the direction relay 31 without any action. The call triggers 105 have closed without any effect, the call triggers 210, 310 open briefly and 405 open continuously. As soon as the falling travel direction relay 41 has closed its locking contact 42, the travel direction relay 31 is switched on for downward travel through the closed direction contacts.
This opens its locking contact 32, closes the contact 33 for the downward lamp 37 in the direction indicator and the contacts 34, 35 for the auxiliary relay. The opening of contact 44 and closing of contact 34 takes place at a point in time at which these contacts are bridged by contact 16. The auxiliary relays do not drop out as a result of this change. Contact 36 closes and thereby prepares the circuit for reel 5 on the changeover contactor, so that it responds as soon as delay contact 14 has closed.
The car starts moving downwards in order to stop the down call given there on the third floor by briefly opening the controller stop contact 307 . The downward lamp 37 in the direction indicator shows the waiting passenger. indicates that the car will continue to travel in the direction in which it was traveling.
For mode b, the contacts 215, 315 and 225, 325 on the floor relays 211, 311 and 221, 321 must be omitted. The floor relays 211, 311 switched on by the given calls close the circuits for the auxiliary relays 131, 231 with their contacts 316, 316. The directional contacts 214, 314 and the additional directional contacts 133, 233 are thus closed. The direction relay 41 remains switched on through the contact 314 until the switch 306 interrupts the circuit by braking distance below the third floor, the direction relay 41 drops out, and thereby the car comes to a standstill on the third floor.
During the journey from the first to the third floor, the limit switch 106 was closed without any effect and the changeover switch 206 was switched to the conductor for the travel direction relay 31. Likewise, the call trigger 105 was closed without effect and the call trigger 210 was briefly opened. As soon as the falling direction relay 41 has closed its locking contact 42, the direction relay 31 is switched on for downward travel through the closed direction contacts 214, 133, 233.
This opens its locking contact 32, closes the contact 33 for the downward lamp 37 in the direction indicator, the contacts 34, 35 for the auxiliary relay and before the contact is ineffective. 36 for the reel 5 on the changeover contactor. The storey relays 211, 311, the auxiliary relays 131, 231 and the travel direction relay 31 are switched on.
The downward lamp 37 in the travel direction indicator shows the waiting passenger that the car will not continue in the current direction of travel, but rather in the downward direction according to the call of the passenger.
The rest of the description applies to working methods a and b. The names in brackets only apply to mode of operation a. The passenger on the third floor enters the car and closes the shaft door. As soon as the door contact 23 is closed, the reel 5 on the changeover contactor responds and the car starts moving. This fills the call down on the third floor. By briefly opening the call trigger 309, the floor relay 311 drops. It closes the stop contact 313 and opens the contacts 312, 314, (3l5), 316. The energized auxiliary relays remain switched on by their self-holding contacts via the contacts 17-20 on the relay 15 and contact 35 on the direction relay 31.
Your contacts 133, 233 keep the direction relay 31 energized via the switches 106, 206, so that the car continues its descent. The boarded passenger who wants to go to the first floor, be actuated button 103 and thereby turns on the floor relay 111, which is switched on by its self-holding contact 112 and its direction contact 114 closes. By braking distance above the second. On the first floor, the controller stop contact 207, which lies parallel to the relay stop contact 213 opened by the down call on the second floor, opens briefly.
The reel 5 on the changeover contactor falls off, thereby bringing the car to a standstill on the second floor. By opening the contact 11 on the changeover contactor, the relay 15 is de-energized and opens its contacts 16-20. As a result, only 131 (331) of the auxiliary relays remain switched on through the still closed contacts 216 (215) on the floor relay 211, while the others drop out. Contact 133 and also contact 114 on the landing relay 111 keep the circuit for the travel direction relay 31 closed via the limit switch 106.
The downward lamp 37 in the direction indicator shows the passenger waiting on the second floor that the car will move downward afterwards. After the passenger has entered the car, and the door contact 22 is closed again, the car starts moving. The down call of the second floor is thus fulfilled, and the floor werkrelais 211 is switched off by briefly opening the call resolver 209.
When entering the first floor, limit switch 106 interrupts the circuit of the travel direction relay 31, which drops out and thereby brings the car to a stop. When the direction of travel relay 31 drops out, the auxiliary relays are switched off by contact 35. The additional direction contacts open before the locking contact 32 has closed, so that the travel direction relay 32 cannot respond.
The call trigger 105 opens within the braking distance so that the floor relay 111 also drops out. This means that all devices are de-energized. After the passengers have left the car and closed the landing door, the car is ready to start in response to new calls that have been made in the meantime.
