Process for the production of hollow structures from straw-like or fibrous materials and a binding agent. The production of hollow structures from pourable masses such as concrete, cement mortar, plaster and the like does not present any difficulty. The core pieces inserted in the molding box are not a hindrance when filling the molding box because: The pourable mass can also get under and between the core pieces.
However, this process is useless for the manufacture of structures made of stalk-like or fibrous materials (straw, reeds, wood wool, wood shavings, etc.) and a binding agent.
If one tries to cast hollow structures from such materials, the straw-like or fibrous base materials prevent the filling of the mostly narrow gaps underneath or between the core pieces. Hollow structures made of such straw-like or fibrous materials are so far unknown.
The subject matter of the present invention is firstly a method for the production of structures provided with at least one row of cavities from stalky or fibrous materials: and a binding agent, and secondly a hollow structure made from such masses according to the invention. is made.
The essence of the method according to the invention is that a layer of material is first introduced into the molding box, after which core pieces serving to form the cavities in the building are laid in series and a layer of material is then introduced again. The contents of the molding box can then be compressed if necessary.
In the manufacture of molded pieces with a single row of hollow spaces, the core pieces are laid after the bottom layer of material has been introduced, where the filling of the molding box is completed.
With this method, hollow bricks can be produced not only with parallel cavities, but also with cavities that run in different directions, for example cross cavities.
The core pieces can be used in openings in the side walls of the molding box or in recesses in the side walls. In the latter case, collapsible mold boxes must be used to remove the core pieces from the hollow body can. Preferably, core pieces assembled from wedge-shaped parts are used.
Fig. 1 of the drawing shows, for example, a diagram of a hollow structure containing two rows of cavities. One row of cavities runs longitudinally, the second in transverse direction. Fig.? is a diagram of a box can be used in the manufacture of the dargestell th in Fig. 1 hollow structure.
3 to (: are cross-sections of the molding box in the successive, second phases of the production of the hollow structure shown in FIG. 1. FIG. 1 shows a core piece composed of two wedge-shaped parts in a plan view.
In the manufacture of the hollow structure shown in Fig. 1 Darge presented in the mold box (Fig. 2) initially a layer of a Ge mixture of straw-like or fibrous Stof fen and a binder material is introduced. The core pieces na 'are then pushed into the openings c of the molding box to form the cavities of the lower row of cavities.
Now the molding box is filled to the lower edge of the recesses d (Fig. 2 and 5), after which the core pieces i 'for forming the Ilohl- rär.me of the upper Hohlra.umrei b into the recesses d of the side walls of the molding box are used (Fig. 6).
Finally the molding box is completely filled (Fig. 7) and the contents of the molding box, if necessary, are pressed together.
After the molding has hardened, the core pieces in 'through the openings c of the molding box. pulled out, then the box dismantled and the core pieces removed. Fittings with tongue and groove, furthermore Holilüa bodies with lateral extensions for reinforced concrete rib ceilings can be ordered when using corresponding, pre-protruding insert strips.
Instead of filling the molding box with a mixture of halo-like or fibrous substances and binding agents, the straw-like or fibrous substances (straw. Wood @@ - olle ete.) Can be placed loosely in the molding box and the binding agent after pouring in later.
