Bauplatte.
Building board. The present invention is a building board that can be produced in any size and thickness and used for erecting insulating walls or for wall coverings.
The usual so-called lightweight panels often have the disadvantage of not having clean abutting surfaces that would allow the panels to be easily stacked when erecting or insulating walls. Accurate alignment of the panels is therefore made more difficult, and it usually requires a special plaster to cover these building panels before you can think of cladding or decorating these walls.
Are walls, e.g. B. made of lightweight panels, with a cladding of ceramic Plat th with joints that are as invisible as possible, so it is necessary that the edges of the ceramic panels are sharp and the abutting surfaces of the panels come fully flat and at right angles. Such plates cannot be produced in any size in fire ceramics.
One was therefore forced not to go beyond a certain maximum size of the plate. This naturally makes the laying of the panels more expensive. the cladding of walls and a practically jointless cladding with ceramic tiles was impossible.
These disadvantages can be avoided ver by the building board according to the present invention. The same is characterized in that the abutment surfaces of the plate are at least partially exactly flat and are at right angles to the visible surfaces, and that the layer adjoining the abutment surfaces consists of a casting compound which solidifies without shrinkage. To achieve a smooth upper surface with a decorative effect, the visible surfaces of the panels can be provided with a coating made of a casting compound and another top layer of cold enamel (so-called "cold glaze process"). In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is Darge provides.
1 shows a cross section, and FIG. 2 shows a view of a building board provided on one side with a casting compound and enamel layer (cold glaze).
The building board has one on five Be th with a hardened casting compound überzo gene, plate-shaped packing 1, z. B. made of asbestos cement, plywood, cork, peat, Cellotex, wood cement or paper pulp, and is provided with a cold enamel coating 3 on the front surface. The casting compound and the cold enamel (together a so-called cold glaze compound) can be produced, for example, according to the method according to patent no. 167098.
The side walls 4 of the plate are exactly at right angles both to the front surface, as well as in relation to each other, and this shape can be achieved by the fact that the casting compound in the liquid state, first in a thin layer, which later forms the layer 2, on a with a mold frame provided pad is injected or poured. Depending on the smooth or relief-like surface of the layer 2 to be achieved, this base can be smooth or provided with corresponding depressions or heights.
Before the casting compound hardens, which should be composed in such a way that it practically neither shrinks nor warps when it sets (hardening), the filler body 1 is inserted into the mold so that a gap remains free on all sides between the mold frame and the filler body. In order to form the side walls 4, this space is then filled with coarse casting compound. The butt surface layers and the cover layer made of casting compound can, however, also be produced in one casting process.
After the casting compound has set and hardened, the wall cladding panel is taken out of the mold and now has exactly the desired width and length dimensions, which can be achieved by the subsequent application of the cold enamel layer, through which the panel can be decorated and glazed not be affected in any way. The size and shape of the visible surface of the plate are only given by the size and shape of the frame and the shape of the base; In addition to precisely flat panels, any panel of any shape can be produced, depending on the nature of the base and the shape of the frame.
The building board. but can also be produced without a top layer on the visible surfaces; What is essential is the cast and at least partially exactly level, exact joint surface producing edge. The same allows the use of very cheap materials as insulating filler. This latter can replace the pulpy, hardening materials that are used for the outer layers, e.g. B. be added in shot form, that is, this strongly setting material can also be used as a binder for the filling material; or the insulating layer (filler) is, as mentioned above, as a filler in the form of a plate and cast.
The commercially available insulating panels (cork stone, wood fiber, peat, cello tex panels, etc.) can be used as fillers.
As a result of the clean, at least partially exactly level and perpendicular to the visible surfaces, it is possible to produce insulating partitions and insulating wall coverings cheaply and cleanly in the shortest possible time, with one or both sides of the wall being provided with a ceramic-like cold enamel coating as required which makes the subsequent attachment of ceramic wall panels superfluous.
The lightweight panel can be provided with grooves on some of its abutment surfaces and with ribs on others, which were obtained by appropriately shaping the mold frame. When assembling the building panels, the ribs of adjacent panels can be inserted into these channels, so that the laying of the building panels in a common plane is facilitated.
