Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Kondensationsproduktes. Das vorliegende Patent betrifft ein Ver fahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Konden sationsproduktes, welches dadurch gekenn zeichnet ist, dass man 1 Mol. Diäthanolamin mit '/2 Mol. a, r-Glyzerindichlorbydrin kon densiert, das so erhaltene Polyamin durch Be handeln mit Thionylchlorid in die entspre chende Ohloralkylverbindung überführt und diese mit Pyridin umsetzt.
Das so gewonnene Kondensationsprodukt stellt in trockenem Zustande ein hellbraunes Harz dar, welches in Wasser ohne weiteres leicht löslich ist und zur Erhöhung der Echt heitseigenschaften von mit Substantiven Farb stoffen erhaltenen Färbungen verwendet wer den kann.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 47 Teile Diäthanolamin werden mit 32,5 Teilen Glyzerindichlorhydrin bei 180-195 C kondensiert und auf 320 C abkühlen gelas sen. Bei dieser Temperatur wird das Konden sationsprodukt mit 150 Teilen Thionylchlorid versetzt, wobei die Temperatur rasch auf 70-73 C steigt. Man rührt nun die weiche hellgelbe Paste noch ca. 3 Stunden lang bei <B>70'</B> C und bläst das überschüssige Thionyl- chlorid, Salzsäure und S02 mit einem Strom warmer Luft ab. Bei 70 C versetzt man nun das Halogenierungsprodukt mit 200 Tei len Pyridin und erwärmt 4 Stunden auf 116 bis<B>1180</B> C.
Man erhält beim Abkühlen ein hellbraunes Harz, das ohne weiteres als Fäl- lungsmittel verwendet werden kann.

<I> Example: </I> 47 parts of diethanolamine are condensed with 32.5 parts of glycerol dichlorohydrin at 180-195 C and allowed to cool to 320 C. At this temperature the condensation product is mixed with 150 parts of thionyl chloride, the temperature rising rapidly to 70-73 C. The soft, pale yellow paste is then stirred for about 3 hours at 70 ° C and the excess thionyl chloride, hydrochloric acid and SO2 are blown off with a stream of warm air. At 70 C, the halogenation product is then mixed with 200 parts of pyridine and heated for 4 hours to 116 to 1180 C.
On cooling, a light brown resin is obtained which can easily be used as a precipitant.
