Wechselgetriebe.
Change gear. The present invention relates to a change gear with on a driving and arranged on a driven shaft and paired with each other in engagement ble gears.
The invention relates in particular to a flange gear, for example a gear arranged on the mother end bracket of a motor.
In the case of transmissions of this type, their construction causes increasing difficulties with a large number of gear ratios, as the means for adjusting and engaging the various wheels are complicated and usually require several operating levers, sliding wedges, intermediate wheels, etc. These organs make the transmission more expensive and enlarge the dimensions and weight of the same, which is particularly disadvantageous in the case of portable electric machines provided with change gears.
In the change gear according to the present invention, one shaft of the gear is rotatably mounted eccentrically in a pivotable and axially displaceable sleeve in a bore of the gear housing, in such a way that the gears sitting on the other shaft with those on the first-mentioned shaft by rotating and moving the sleeve can be brought into engagement in pairs.
An example embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the drawing. The figure shows the gear unit designed as a flange gear in axial section. This has a housing 1, 2, one part 1 of which is also the bearing flange of the drive motor 3. At its end 5 protruding into the gearbox housing, the motor shaft 4 carries three gears 6, 7 and 8 with diameters different from one another. In the bore 9 of the housing part 2, a sleeve 10 is rotatably and axially displaceable. In the sleeve 10, a shaft 12 is rotatably mounted on ball bearings 11, which has three gears 13, 14 and 15 at its inner end.
The axes of the sleeve 10 and the shaft 12 are parallel to one another, but the shaft 12 is eccentric with respect to the axis of the sleeve. The outer end of the shaft 11 has a threaded part 16 for connecting a flexible shaft, e.g. B. for driving whetstones etc.
The rotatable and displaceable mounting of the sleeve 10 allows the wheels 13 or 14 to be brought into engagement with the wheel 6 or the wheel 15 with the wheels 7 or 8. To Arre animals of the sleeve 10 in the individual A handle positions is used a pin 17 which can be pulled out by means of a button 18 against the action of a spring 19 from holes 20 on the circumference of the sleeve 10. The bores 20 are arranged at the base of circumferential grooves 21 of the sleeve 10. The one, running parallel to the axis groove 22 allows the axial displacement of the sleeve Ver, so that the pin 17 can be moved from one groove to the other. In the example, the pin 17 is measured by means of the adapter 17a of the pin 17 in that the pin strikes against the lock nut 24 when the pin is pulled up.
As a result, the pin cannot be lifted out of the grooves 21 and incorrect switching is made impossible. The pin 17 falls automatically into the hole 20 be taken.
The nozzle-shaped end 23 of the housing part 2 bears a graduation, opposite wel chem numbers on the circumference of the sleeve 10 are adjustable. The numbers are distributed on the sleeve 10 so that they each correspond to the position of the sleeve, through the; Specify the given speed of the shaft 16 for each gear engagement. The change gear could also be designed for more than four speed levels.
In a departure from the flange gear shown, the gearbox could be designed so that the shaft 5 is the driven one and the shaft 16 is the motor shaft, the motor when the speed of the driven shaft changes by means of the gearbox, in the direction and parallel to the direction of the axis adjusted its shaft. becomes. In this case, the driven shaft would be stationary, so that in this way, for example, machine tools can be driven.
