Process for the production of beer from an object provided with a mark from molding compound and an object produced according to this process. For the production of objects with a mark, since large numbers of items are usually involved (e.g. typewriter or calculator keys, etc.), it is important that the creation process is as simple as possible, i.e. as simple as possible Shapes are used and manual labor such as inserting tablets and loss of material are avoided wherever possible.
The present invention relates to a process for the production of an object of the type mentioned, which meets the conditions described, and an object produced by this method.
According to the method according to the inven tion, a body forming the carrier for the sign is first pressed, one area of which is provided with an embossing that determines the shape of the sign; this area is covered with an overlay form which is shaped in this way? that it rests snugly everywhere on the raised part of the surface, whereupon a filler that can be rigidified and whose color is different from that of the carrier is pressed into the cavity located between the overlay form and the part of the surface of the body not touched by it.
The drawing shows two phases of an exemplary embodiment of the method according to the invention and the finished object produced by this method.
Fig. 1 illustrates the first and Fig. 2 the second manufacturing phase; Fig. 3 shows the finished object in plan view.
According to the exemplary embodiment, a die 1 is used which has a cavity which corresponds to the shape of the body 4 which forms the carrier for the character. A punch 2 is inserted into this die 1, the curved lower surface of which has an embossing corresponding to the shape of the desired character in the region of the cavity, namely according to the illustration in the form of the raised number "9r. Through the insertion carriage 3 '" the matrix 1 is then a mass eirrgepref:
') t, which is intended to form the carrier, so that this carrier 4 itself arises, with the number “9” embossed on its surface.
In the further course of the process, that is, after the carrier 4 has cooled down and possibly placed in a different die, the punch 2 is replaced by a punch 3, which has the same profile towards the carrier as the upper surface of the carrier 4, so that the stamp 3 rests against this surface and only the channel 5 representing the number "9r \" remains free as a cavity.
Through the insertion channel 6 of the Stem pels 3 a solidifiable filler is now pressed in, which differs in its color from that of the carrier 4. This mass fills the channel 5 and, after removing the object from the mold, the number "9" appears on the surface of the same due to the difference in color.
By slightly reworking, which is mainly used to plaster the press-in point of the mass of the number, and which can be achieved by lifting a thin chip or by means of a polishing wheel, a leveling of the upper surface of the carrier and the filling compound can be achieved at the end.
Plastic material, such as Trolitul or Plexigum, can advantageously be used as the mass both for the carrier 4 and for the filling. The result here is that when the filling compound is pressed in, the walls of the carrier forming the channel 5 become somewhat soft as a result of the reheating, a type of well-binding fusion bond between this filling compound and the carrier.
Instead of embossing a surface of the carrier with embossing, embossing could also be used. In this case, the character, for example again the number "9 @, would be recessed in the stamp 2. When the stamp 3 is placed on the carrier 4, the lower surface of the stamp 3 would then come to rest on the raised face of the character and the filler would be wet form a reason to number on the surface of the item.
In addition to the simplicity of the shapes, the method described also saves manual labor during the creation of the (laying stand. An essential work step, such as the turning off, is particularly important in other methods where the counter-shape is not pressed in when the filling compound is pressed in With the elimination of this work step, a material saving is achieved, since the level sanding does not result in a practically iris gray weight loss of material.
