  Zusatzpatent zum Hauptpatent     Nr.   <B>200369.</B>    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sieh auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Küpenfarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet,     dass    man ein  funktionelles Derivat der     4,4'-Azoplienoxy-          essigsäure    mit     1-Amino-5-benzoylaminoan-          thrachinon    im     Molekularverhältnis   <B>1</B> :2 kon  densiert.  



  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in  konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit     oranger     Farbe und färbt Baumwolle aus     violettstichig     roter     Küpe    mit echten,     grünstichiggelben     Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>18</B> Teile     4,4-Azoplienoxyessigsäuredichlo-          rid    werden mit<B>35</B> Teilen     1-Amino-5-benzoyl-          aminoanthrachinon    durch mehrstündiges Er  wärmen in     o-Dichlorbenzol    auf<B>160</B> bis<B>180'</B>  kondensiert. Nach dem Erkalten wird das       Kondensa,tionsprodukt    abgeschieden und<B>ge-</B>  trocknet.  



       4,4'-Azophenoxyess,igsä'Iaredichlorid,    das  aus Benzin in fleischfarbenen Nadeln vom  Schmelzpunkt<B>125 ' C</B> kristallisiert, kann aus    der     4,4'-Azophenoxyessigsäure    durch Ko  chen mit     Thionylchlorid    in Chlorbenzol er  halten werden.     4,4'-Azophenoxyessigsäure          lässt    sich aus der     4-NitroplienGxyessigsäure     durch alkalische Reduktion mit Trauben  zucker herstellen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Küpen- farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man ein funktionelles Derivat der 4,4-Azophen- oxyessigsäure mit 1-Amino-5-benzoylamino- anthrachinon im Molekularverhältnis <B>1</B> :2 kondensiert.
