Description
Siphon with oil seal. The present invention relates to a further embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, which is covered in claim of the main patent No. 193865. According to the present invention, the insert having the overflow pipe is pulled up away from its base in order to form a bowl in which the bell of the siphon is supported with its wall.
A special embodiment consists in the fact that the outlet connection of the siphon is bent away immediately from the seal seat.
In the accompanying drawings, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely: FIG. 1 shows an axial section and FIG. 2 shows a plan view of the first exemplary embodiment; Fig. 3 shows the second game Ausführungsbei in axial section.
The siphon according to FIGS. 1 and 2 has a housing 1 which is provided with a wide outlet connection 2. A conical seat 4 is provided between the upper space 3 of the housing 1 and the connecting piece 2. On this rests an overflow pipe 5 pointing insert 12. The same is pulled up from its widened foot away to form a shell. The wall 13 of the shell and that of the overflow pipe 5 form the annular space 5 '. The lowest part of the A set piece is formed by the cone 7. The wall 9 of the bell 10 provided with openings 8 rests on the base of the shell.
The latter covers the upper free end of the overflow pipe 5 and has notches 11 on the outer circumference, which allow the passage of liquid.
To clean the above siphon, who the bell 10 and the insert 12 removed from the housing 1, 2 and cleaned separately. The sludge in the annulus 5 'is therefore, in contrast to the siphon shown in the main patent, not drained into the run 2 from.
In the case of the siphon according to FIG. 2, the drain pipe is bent immediately below the seat and ends in a horizontal connection piece 2 '. Otherwise, the embodiment is the same as shown in FIG.
