Dispositif de fixation d'éléments plans. Le brevet principal a pour objet un dis positif de fixation d'éléments plans du genre dans lequel ces éléments plans tels que par exemple .des vitres, .des glaces ou des pan neaux sont serrés de manière élastique entre une butée rigide et un organe de retenue effa- çable au montage.
Dans ce dispositif, l'organe de retenue est établi avec un profil formant une languette d'attache qui présente une élas ticité appréciable seulement dans la direction du plan .de l'élément plan de façon que les efforts s'exerçant normalement sur l'élément plan dans un sens perpendiculaire par rapport à celui-ci ne puissent le déboîter intempesti vement de son logement;
dans les formes d'exécution décrites dans le brevet principal, l'élément plan est fixé à la butée rigide qui peut être l'embrasure d'une baie et il peut, au moins sur un-bord, être pincé dans une gaine élastique qui le sépare de la butée et du crochet,
une baguette pouvant en outre être interposée entre le crochet de l'organe de retenue et la gaine élastique. La présente addition a pour objet un dis positif de fixation d'éléments plans du genre de ceux mentionnés ci-dessus, - mais modifié au point de vue de sa forme et de sa fixation notamment dans le but de faciliter le démon tage de l'élément plan.
Le dispositif selon la présente invention est caractérisé en ce que l'organe de retenue est indépendant :de. la butée rigide; il peut être fixé à une baguette disposée le long du bord de l'élément plan et en contact avec une gaine élastique qui enserre ce bord; il peut aussi être indépendant,de cette baguette.
Des formes d'exécution de l'objet,de l'in vention sont. représentées,, à titre d'exemple, au .dessin annexé, dans lequel:
La fig. 1 est une vue en coupe d'une por- tion de glace figée -dans l'embrasure d'une baie à l'aide d'un dispositif établi selon une ,forme d'exécution, cette coupe étant faite per pendiculairement au plan de la glace; selon la ligne 1-1 de la fig. 2. Les fig. 3 -et 4 sont des vues en coupe faites comme dans la fig. 1 et se rapportant à d'autres formes. d'exécution.
Les fig. 5 et 6 sont des vues semblables de variantes selon lesquelles l'organe de re- tenue est absolument indépendant.
Dans les différentes figures, les mêmes organes sont indiqués par les mêmes chiffres de référence.
La glace 1 est entourée d'une gaine 2 en matière élastique, en caoutchouc par exemple, en forme d'U -disposée dans un logement. mé nagé dans l'embrasure 3 de la baie. Cette gaine est serrée entre une paroi de ce loge ment, formant butée rigide, et une baguette 7 de section en forme de cornière comportant de distance en .distance, à la périphérie de son côté extérieur, des béquilles 7' de section rectangulaire. Les baguettes correspondant aux quatre bords de .la glace forment par leur ensemble un cadre.
Ces béquilles sont dressées sur leurs faces frontales par les quelles elles viennent en contact avec la paroi 4 du logement .de l'embrasure perpendiculaire à -celle sur laquelle s'appuie directement la gaine 2.
Sur le côté du cadre portant .les béquilles sont fixées, par exemple par des rivets, des languettes élastiques 5 constituant l'organe de retenue et formant griffes, dont l'extré mité libre 6 en forme de crochet s'engage dans une rainure 4a ménagée au fond du lo gement de l':embras.ure dans la paroi 4.
Les béquilles, en raison de leur forme in diquée ci-dessus, centrent de manière précise le cadre dans l'embrasure et rendent l'ajustage d'autant plus facile qu'il n'y a qu'un petit nombre de surfaces de petites dimensions à dresser au lieu de tout le pourtour du cadre.
Les espaces laissés libres entre les bé quilles, qui sont de préférence placées à l'aplomb des rivets de fixation des griffes, permettent d'introduire entre chaque griffe et. la paroi 4 un outil tel qu'un tournevis pour rétracter ladite griffe vers le cadre et dégager son crochet de la rainure 4a de telle manière qu'on peut sortir le cadre de l'embrasure.
A l'exemple de la fig. 3, au lieu de mé nager une rainure 4a au fond du logement, on pratique des cavités ou des entailles P assez larges dans la partie antérieure dudit logement, près de la face extérieure de l'em brasure et on dispose les languettes ou griffes 5 dans une position inverse de celle qu'elles occupent à la fig. 1, chacune desdites griffes butant contre un talon P que présente le re bord de l'entaille correspondante. Avec cette disposition, il est facile de passer un outil à crochet en arrière de la griffe pour la dégager en tirant dans la direction de la flèche C.
On peut aussi pratiquer à travers l'embra sure des trous inclinées<B>'11</B> qui débouchent derrière les griffes et permettent de pousser ces dernières, par derrière, dans le sens de la flèche D avec une tige ou un outil approprié. Dans ce cas, les entailles sont naturellement superflues.
A la fig. 4 est représentée une autre forme de la languette ou griffe élastique plus longue et débordant de la baguette 7 qui est moins épaisse que l'embrasure. Cette languette est rabattue comme montré en 5a à son extré mité dont la partie extrême est de plus re pliée pour former un crochet qui vient se placer derrière le talon 4c de l'entaille 4b. Il suffit pour démonter de tirer sur la lan guette vers l'intérieur de la baie avec un outil plat quelconque que l'on introduit dans la partie cintrée 5a de la languette.
Les fig. 5 et 6 montrent des formes de réalisation dans lesquelles les languettes ne sont fixées ni à l'embrasure ni au cadre; elles sont complètement indépendantes et ne tien nent en place que par leur élasticité propre qui les maintient pour ainsi dire accrochées en raison de leur forme.
Dans la forme de réalisation de la fig. 5; le bord postérieur de la languette est replié et forme un crochet qui vient se loger dans une gorge 12 ménagée au fond du logement de l'embrasure en arrière d'un talon ou d'une nervure 13 que présente la paroi latérale 4 de l'embrasure. La languette légèrement cin- trée s'appuie en deux points, d'une part, sur le talon 13 et, d'autre part, près du bord extérieur de la paroi 4. Sa partie antérieure est complètement repliée à plat en 5b sur le corps de la languette elle-même et l'extrémité de cette partie repliée est légèrement relevée pour venir se placer en avant du cadre et le maintenir en comprimant la gaine 2 contre le fond du logement de l'embrasure.
Cette griffe est ainsi maintenue accrochée au talon 13 par la baguette 7 elle-même. Le démontage s'obtient en exerçant une pression au point 14 dans le sens de la flèche E.
La griffe de la fig. 6 basée sur le même principe est un peu différente; elle présente la forme d'un V dont le sommet replié s'ac croche au talon 13 comme dans la- forme de réalisation précédente et dont les branches s'appuient l'une- à plat sur le côté du cadre et l'autre, légèrement cintrée, par son extré mité sur le bord 15 de la paroi 4 de l'em brasure, l'extrémité 16 de la première branche formant crochet en avant du cadre.
Il va de soi que l'invention n'est pas limi tée aux formes d'exécution qui précèdent mais qu'elle comprend les variantes que l'on pour rait imaginer.
Fixing device for flat elements. The main patent relates to a positive device for fixing flat elements of the kind in which these flat elements such as, for example. Windows,. Windows or panels are resiliently clamped between a rigid stop and a retainer erasable during assembly.
In this device, the retaining member is established with a profile forming an attachment tab which has appreciable elasticity only in the direction of the plane of the planar element so that the forces normally exerted on the flat element in a direction perpendicular to the latter cannot untimely dislodge it from its housing;
in the embodiments described in the main patent, the plane element is fixed to the rigid stopper which can be the embrasure of a bay and it can, at least on one edge, be clamped in an elastic sheath which separates it from the stopper and hook,
a rod which can also be interposed between the hook of the retaining member and the elastic sheath. The object of the present addition is a device for fixing flat elements of the type mentioned above, - but modified from the point of view of its shape and its fixing in particular with the aim of facilitating the dismantling of the plane element.
The device according to the present invention is characterized in that the retaining member is independent: of. the rigid stop; it can be fixed to a rod arranged along the edge of the flat element and in contact with an elastic sheath which encloses this edge; it can also be independent of this rod.

The lens 1 is surrounded by a sheath 2 made of elastic material, for example rubber, in the form of a U -disposed in a housing. swam in embrasure 3 of the bay. This sheath is clamped between a wall of this housing, forming a rigid stop, and a rod 7 of section in the form of an angle comprising at a distance in .distance, at the periphery of its outer side, legs 7 'of rectangular section. The sticks corresponding to the four edges of the ice cream together form a frame.
These crutches are erected on their end faces by which they come into contact with the wall 4 of the housing .de the embrasure perpendicular to -celle on which the sheath 2 directly rests.
On the side of the supporting frame. The crutches are fixed, for example by rivets, resilient tongues 5 constituting the retaining member and forming claws, the free end 6 of which in the form of a hook engages in a groove 4a provided at the bottom of the housing: embras.ure in the wall 4.
The crutches, by virtue of their form indicated above, precisely center the frame in the doorway and make adjustment all the easier as there are only a small number of small surfaces. dimensions to be drawn up instead of all around the frame.
The spaces left free between the crutches, which are preferably placed directly above the rivets for fixing the claws, make it possible to introduce between each claw and. the wall 4 a tool such as a screwdriver for retracting said claw towards the frame and disengaging its hook from the groove 4a so that the frame can be taken out of the embrasure.
Following the example of FIG. 3, instead of arranging a groove 4a at the bottom of the housing, fairly large cavities or notches P are made in the front part of said housing, near the outer face of the solder joint and the tongues or claws 5 are placed. in a position opposite to that which they occupy in FIG. 1, each of said claws abutting against a heel P presented by the re edge of the corresponding notch. With this arrangement, it is easy to run a hook tool behind the claw to release it by pulling in the direction of arrow C.
It is also possible to make slanted holes through the embra sure <B> '11 </B> which open behind the claws and allow the latter to be pushed, from behind, in the direction of arrow D with a rod or a tool appropriate. In this case, the notches are naturally superfluous.
In fig. 4 is shown another form of the elastic tongue or claw longer and protruding from the rod 7 which is less thick than the embrasure. This tongue is folded down as shown in 5a at its end, the end part of which is further folded to form a hook which is placed behind the heel 4c of the notch 4b. To dismantle, it suffices to pull on the lan watching towards the inside of the bay with any flat tool which is introduced into the curved part 5a of the tab.
Figs. 5 and 6 show embodiments in which the tabs are not fixed to the doorway or to the frame; they are completely independent and only hold in place by their own elasticity which keeps them, so to speak, hooked because of their shape.
In the embodiment of FIG. 5; the rear edge of the tongue is folded back and forms a hook which is housed in a groove 12 formed at the bottom of the housing of the embrasure behind a heel or a rib 13 presented by the side wall 4 of the embrasure. The slightly curved tongue rests at two points, on the one hand, on the heel 13 and, on the other hand, near the outer edge of the wall 4. Its front part is completely folded flat at 5b on the. body of the tongue itself and the end of this folded part is slightly raised to come to be placed in front of the frame and to hold it by compressing the sheath 2 against the bottom of the recess housing.
This claw is thus kept hooked to the heel 13 by the rod 7 itself. Disassembly is obtained by exerting pressure at point 14 in the direction of arrow E.
The claw of fig. 6 based on the same principle is a little different; it has the shape of a V, the folded top of which is hooked to the heel 13 as in the previous embodiment and the branches of which rest flat on the side of the frame and the other, slightly curved, by its extremity on the edge 15 of the wall 4 of the solder, the end 16 of the first branch forming a hook in front of the frame.
It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the foregoing embodiments but that it includes the variants that one could imagine.
