Dispositif couvre-joint. La présente invention a pour objet un dispositif couvre-joint, conçu notamment pour les vitrines, les portes et les fenêtres; il est caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un élément principal profilé formant battue et destiné à être fixé sur une pièce d'un joint, et un élé ment auxiliaire profilé, s'adaptant par em- boîtement à force sur le premier, afin de ca cher les moyens de fixage du premier élément sur ladite pièce du joint.
Le dessin annexé représente, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution et une va riante du dispositif selon l'invention.
La fig. 1. est une coupe de cette forme (l'exécution, et la fig. 2 est une coupe similaire de la. va riante.
On a représenté en 1 le cadre métallique d'une vitrine dont la glace est visible en 2. De chaque côté de la glace, il est prévu un élé ment. principal 3 formant. battue et fixé, au moyen (le vis 4, au cadre 1, constituant une pièce de joint. Cet élément 3 est un élément métallique profilé et les deux éléments 3 co opèrent pour maintenir la glace 2 en place. En i, il est prévu une garniture empêchant le contact direct entre la glace 2 et le cadre mé tallique 7.
En vue de dissimuler les moyens de fixa tion de l'élément 3, constitués par ,les vis 4, il est. prévu un élément auxiliaire 6 ,constitué par un profilé métallique présentant une section avant partiellement la forme générale d'un<B>U</B> dont les deux branches latérales sont visibles en 7 et 8. Cet élément auxiliaire 6 s'adapte par emboîtement à force sur l'élément 3. A cet effet, l'élément 3 présente une partie 9 avant la forme d'une gouttière .dans le fond de laquelle se fixent .les vis 4. C'est dans cette gouttière que viennent s'emboîter les branches latérales 7, 8 de l'élément 6.
Pour la mise en place de l'élément. 6, on introduit la branche 7 dans .la gouttière 9 et l'on fait pivoter cet élément autour de l'extré mité libre de la branche 7 en forçant l'extré mité libre de l'autre branche 8 à s'engager dans la gouttière jusque dans la position re présentée en traits pleins. On a indiqué en pointillés la position initiale .de l'élément 6 avant ce pivotement. Les extrémités libres .des branches 7 et 8 sont conformées de manière à ce que l'élément 6 ne puisse pas être dégagé de la gouttière 9 sans l'emploi de moyens spé ciaux.
Dans la variante selon fig. 2, la disposition est analogue, simplement la glace 2 est main tenue en place à l'intérieur d'un cadre l' au moyen :d'un seul élément 3 formant battue. L'élément auxiliaire 6 cachant les moyens de fixation est mis en place de façon analogue.
Joint cover device. The present invention relates to a joint cover device, designed in particular for display cases, doors and windows; it is characterized in that it comprises a main profiled element forming a batten and intended to be fixed to a part of a joint, and a profiled auxiliary element, fitting by force fitting onto the first, in order to cover the fixing means of the first element on said part of the seal.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment and a variant of the device according to the invention.

There is shown at 1 the metal frame of a showcase whose mirror is visible at 2. On each side of the mirror, an element is provided. main 3 forming. beaten and fixed, by means (the screw 4, to the frame 1, constituting a joint part. This element 3 is a profiled metal element and the two elements 3 co operate to hold the glass 2 in place. At i, it is provided a gasket preventing direct contact between the glass 2 and the metal frame 7.
In order to conceal the means for fixing the element 3, constituted by the screws 4, it is. provided an auxiliary element 6, consisting of a metal profile having a front section partially the general shape of a <B> U </B> whose two side branches are visible at 7 and 8. This auxiliary element 6 is adapted by force-fitting on element 3. For this purpose, element 3 has a part 9 in the form of a gutter. in the bottom of which are fixed .the screws 4. It is in this gutter that s '' fit the side branches 7, 8 of the element 6.
For the placement of the element. 6, the branch 7 is introduced into the gutter 9 and this element is rotated around the free end of the branch 7 by forcing the free end of the other branch 8 to engage in the gutter up to the position shown in solid lines. The initial position of the element 6 before this pivoting has been indicated in dotted lines. The free ends .des branches 7 and 8 are shaped so that the element 6 cannot be released from the gutter 9 without the use of special means.
In the variant according to fig. 2, the arrangement is similar, simply the mirror 2 is hand held in place inside a frame 1 'by means of: a single element 3 forming battue. The auxiliary element 6 hiding the fixing means is put in place in a similar fashion.
