Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines wasserlöslichen Abkömmlings  der     beteroeyelischen    Reihe.    Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes ist  ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     quater-          nKren        Indolderivates,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man     2-Heptadecyl-2,3-          dihydroindol    mit     Dimethylsulfat    und das er  haltene Produkt hierauf mit     Glycerinmono-          chlorhydrin,    enthaltend ein Gemisch der     a-          und        ss-Isomeren,        behandelt.     



  Die neue     Verbindung    wird als zähflüssi  ges 01 erhalten, das sich in Wasser farblos  auflöst und das ein gutes     Carbonisiernetzmit-          tel    und     Mittel    zum Verbessern der Wasser  echtheit von Direktfärbungen ist und     starke          fungicide    und     bactericide    Wirkung besitzt.  Die     wässrige        Lösung    besitzt gute     kapillarak-          tive    Eigenschaften.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  34 g     2-Heptadecyl-2,3-dihydroindol,        in    be  kannter Weise aus     2-Heptadecylindol    darge  stellt, werden     in    100     cm$    Chlorbenzol gelöst  und 17 g     Natriumcarbonat        zugegeben.    Bei  100   C werden 20 g     Dimethylsulfat        zuge-          tropft        und    6     Stunden    auf 120   erhitzt.

   Dar-    auf werden 12 g     Glycerinmonochlorhydrin,     enthaltend     ein    Gemisch der a-     und        ss-Iso-          meren    eingetropft und weitere 6     Stunden    bei  120   C gehalten. Nachher wird von den un  gelösten, anorganischen Salzen     abfiltriert,     das Chlorbenzol mit Wasserdampf abge  blasen     und    die     wässrige    Lösung     im    Vakuum  eingedampft.

   Man erhält     ein        zähflüssiges    01,  das in Wasser sich farblos auflöst und das  ein gutes     Carbonisiernetzmittel    und     Mittel     zum     Verbessern    der     Wasserechtheit    von  Direktfärbungen ist und starke     fungicide    und       bactericide    Wirkungen besitzt. Die     wässrige          Lösung    besitzt gute     kapillaraktive    Eigen  schaften.
