Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen     gohlensäurederivates.       Gegenstand des vorliegenden Patentes  ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen       Kohlensäurederivates,    welches dadurch ge  kennzeichnet ist, dass man auf     Testosteron-          chlorkohlensäureester        ,Q-Diäthylamino-äthanol     einwirken lässt.  



  Das so gewonnene Hydrochlorid des     (3-          Diäthylamino-äthyl-kohlensäureesters    des     Te-          stosterons    bildet in Wasser sehr leicht lös  liche, bei     178-180'    schmelzende Kristalle.  



  Die neue Verbindung soll therapeutische  Verwendung finden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Eine Lösung von 0,7 Teilen     Testosteron-          chlorkohlensäureesterin    3 Teilen Benzol wird  mit einer Lösung von -0,5 Teilen     ss-Diäthyl-          amino-äthanol    in 3 Teilen Benzol vermischt.  Nach einigem Stehen ist die Umsetzung be  endet. Man versetzt mit Wasser und trennt  die     Benzolschicht    ab. Sie wird gewaschen,  getrocknet und verdampft. Der ölige Rück  stand wird in Äther gelöst und mit ätheri  scher Salzsäure versetzt.

   Das ausgeschiedene    Hydrochlorid     desss-Diäthylamino-ätbyl-kohlen-          säureesters    des Testosterons wird aus     Aceton-          isopropyläther    umkristallisiert.

  <I> Example: </I> A solution of 0.7 parts of testosterone chlorocarbonate in 3 parts of benzene is mixed with a solution of -0.5 parts of ß-diethylamino-ethanol in 3 parts of benzene. The implementation is over after standing for a while. Water is added and the benzene layer is separated off. It is washed, dried and evaporated. The oily residue is dissolved in ether and ethereal hydrochloric acid is added.

   The precipitated hydrochloride of the diethylamino-ethyl-carbonic acid ester of testosterone is recrystallized from acetone isopropyl ether.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen Kohlensäurederivates, dadurcb gekennzeichnet, dass man auf Testosteron-chlorkohlensäure- ester ss-Diäthylamino-äthanol einwirken lässt. Das so gewonnene Hydrochlorid des P Diäthylamino - äthyl - kohlensäureesters des Testosterons bildet in Wasser sehr leicht lösliche, bei 178-180 schmelzende Kristalle. Die neue Verbindung soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.
