Elektrische Beleuchtungsanlage für Fahrräder. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine elektrische Beleuchtungsanlage für Fahrräder für den am Lenker angeordneten, verstellbaren Beleuchtungskörper. Nach der Erfindung ist die Batterie im Innern des Len kers herausnehmbar eingebaut- und von aussen an einer Stelle des Lenkers ein- und aus schaltbar.
In der Zeichnung ist der Gegenstand der Erfindung in einem Ausführungsbeispiel dargestellt und zeigt: Fig. 1 einen Grundriss des Lenkers mit der Beleuchtungsanlage im Schnitt, Fig. 2 das eine Ende des Lenkers im Schnitt im grösseren Massstab, Fig. 3 das andere Ende des Lenkers im Schnitt im grösseren Massstab, Fig. 4 der mittlere Teil der Beleuchtungs anlage im- Schnitt im grösseren Massstab,
Fig. 5 ein Schnitt nach der Linie A-B der Fig. 4 und Fig. 6 eine Einzelheit in Ansicht im grö sseren Massstab.
Es ist 1 ein Fahrradlenker mit dem lin ken Ende 2. Über der Hülse 3 ist eine Um- hüllung 4, z. B. aus Gummi, gestülpt und bilden Hülse 3 mit Umhüllung 4 zusammen den linken Griff, welcher um das Lenker ende 2 drehbar angeordnet ist. Die Hülse 3 weist am vordern Teil eine Verstärkung 5 auf, welche mit der Schrägnut 6 versehen ist. Durch diese Schrägnut 6 führt die Schraube 7, welche im Lenkerende 2 einge schraubt wird. Den hintern Teil der Hülse 8 bildet der Boden 8 und trägt innen nach vorn eine Druckfeder 9.
Im Innern des Lenker endes 2 ist eine weitere Hülse 10 angeordnet, w elche nach hinten mit dem Rand 102 am Len kerende 2 aufliegt, während der vordere Rand 10' der Hülse 10 mit einem Isolier- stück 11, z. B. aus Holz, abschliesst. Durch das Isolierstück 11 führt der Bolzen 12, der mit dem Kabel 13 verbunden ist. Das Iso- lierstück 11 trägt innen nach hinten ragend eine Druckfeder 14.
Zwischen Druckfeder 9 und Druckfeder 14 ist im Innern der Hülse 10 die bekannte elektrische Taschenbatterie 15 eingeschaltet, mit Kontaktstück 16 gegen Bolzen 12 gerichtet.
Durch Herausnehmen der Schraube 7 wird die Hülse 3 mit Umhüllung 4 bezw. der linke Griff des Lenkers 1 gelöst und kann die Batterie 15 herausgenommen bezw. ausgewechselt werden.
Auf das Mittelstück 17 des Lenkers 1 ist ein Aufsatzstück 18 mit Innengewinde für die Aufnahme der Glühbirne 19 und mit Flansche \?0 aufgeschraubt. Flansche 20 be sitzt zwei Sehlitze 21, durch welche die Schrauben 22 führen und im Mittelstück 17 festsitzen. Durch die Anordnung von Schlit zen ?1 statt Löcher wird die Beleuchtungs anlage verstellbar und erlaubt das Montieren an jedem Lenker. Zwischen Aufsa.tzstüek 18 und Mittelstiiek 17 sitzt die Dichtungsscheibe 23. Die Glühbiene 19 hat mit dem scheiben förmigen Ende des Kabels 13 ständig Kon takt. 'Über das Aufsatzstück 18 ist eine Hülse ?4, versehen mit einer Vergrösserungs linse 95, angepasst.
Die Batterie 15 ruht mit ihrem Boden konstant auf der Druckfeder 9, welche ihrer seits mit dem Boden 8 der Hülse 3 und diese in Kontakt mit dem Lenkerende 2 ist. Bei ausgeschalteter Beleuchtung befindet sich die Schraube 7 bei ca in der Schrägnut 6 der Hülse 3.
Durch Drehen der Hülse 3 mit der Umhüllung 4 bezw. des linken Griffes wird dieser zwangsläufib nach vorn geschoben, in dem sich die Schrägnut 6 von b nach a be wegt und die Druckfeder 14 zwischen Bat terie 15 und Isolierstück 11 zusammendrückt. Dadurch kommt das Kontaktstück 16 der Batterie 15 mit dem Kabelbolzen 12 in Be rührung und die Beleuchtung wird somit eingeschaltet.
Um das rechte Ende 26 des Lenkers 1 ist ebenfalls eine Hülse 27 mit Umhüllung 28, welche beide zusammen den rechten Griff bilden, durch die Schraube 29 am Lenkerende 26 eingeschraubt. Im Innern des Lenkerendes 26 ist eine weitere Hülse 30, deren hinterer Teil den Boden 31 bildet, angeordnet und der innen, nach vorn ragend, eine Druckfeder 32 trägt. Der vordere offene Teil der Hülse 30 besitzt eine Schrägnut 33. In dem offe nen Teil der Hülse 30 ist drehbar ein Ein satzstück 34 mit Glühbirne 35, Hülse 36 und -#'ergrösserinigslinse 37 angeordnet. Durch die Schrägnut 33 führt ein Stift 38 festsit zend im Einsatzstück 34, welches innen nach hinten ragend eine Druckfeder 39 trägt.
Zwi schen Druckfeder 39 und Druckfeder 32 ist im Innern der Hülse 30 die bekannte Ta schenbatterie 40 eingeschaltet mit Kontakt stück 41 gegen Glühbirne 35 gerichtet. Die. Hülse 30 mit Einbau 31-41 bilden eine komplette elektrische Taschenlampe, welche aus dem Innern des rechten Lenkerendes 26 und mittelst Heraussehraubens der Schraube ?9 herausgenommen werden kann.
Durch Drehen des Einsatzstückes 34 ge genüber der Hülse 30 bewegt sich die Schräg nut 33 von c nach d und die Druckfeder 39 zwischen Batterie 40 und Einsatzstück 34 wird zusammengedrückt. Dadurch kommt das Kontaktstück 41 der Batterie 40 mit der Glühbirne 35 in Berührung und die Beleuch tung ist eingeschaltet.
Anderseits können Batterie 40 sowie Glühbirne 35 einzeln als Ersatz in die ein gebaute Beleuchtungsanlage verwendet wer den.
