Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Böden und nach diesem Verfahren hergestellter Boden.    Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung von Böden, sowie  ein -nach diesem Verfahren hergestellter Boden.  



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist beispiels  weise in     Fig.    1 ein Vertikalschnitt durch     einen     nach diesem Verfahren hergestellten Boden  dargestellt;       Fig.    2 zeigt ein zur Herstellung des Bodens  gemäss     Fig.    1 verwendbares Bauelement, und       Fig.    3 bis 6 veranschaulichen beispiels  weise Teilstücke von nach dem Verfahren  hergestellten Böden.  



  Der in     Fig.    1 dargestellte Boden wird  beispielsweise hergestellt, indem man auf den  Grund 1, sofern dessen Oberfläche nicht eben  ist, eine     Ausgleichschicht    2, welche     aus     Schlackenbeton, Korkzement oder dergleichen  Material bestehen kann, aufträgt und deren  Oberfläche mit der Setzlatte ausgleicht. Dar  über wird eine Isolierschicht 3, beispielsweise  aus Filzkarton,     Asphaltine    oder einem andern  geeigneten Material gelegt. Auf diese Isolier  schicht werden rechteckige Bauplatten 4, vor-         zugsweise    aus Material, welches gesägt und  genagelt werden kann, verlegt.

   Diese Platten  besitzen vorzugsweise eine Flächengrösse von  ungefähr einem halben Quadratmeter und eine  Dicke von einigen Zentimetern. Auf zwei an  stossenden Randseiten sind die Platten, wie  aus     Fig.    2 ersichtlich, auf der obern Seite  auf ungefähr der halben Plattendicke und an  den beiden andern Randseiten in     entaprecben-          der    Weise auf der untern Seite     aufgeblattet.     Die untern Blätter 5 der     Aufblattung    besitzen  auf der Oberseite längslaufende, im Quer  schnitt halbkreisförmige Rippen 6, denen auf  der Unterseite der obern Blätter gleich  geformte Auskehlungen 7 entsprechen. Diese  Rippen und Auskehlungen können auch statt  halbkreisförmig rechteckig oder dreieckig sein.

    Die Platten werden in der in     Fig.    1 darge  stellten Weise so verlegt, dass die Rippen der  untern Blätter in die Auskehlungen der obern  Blätter eingreifen. Um beim Verlegen dieser  Platten denselben einen gegenseitigen festen  Halt zu geben, können an den Oberkanten  viereckige, dreieckige oder andere geeignet      mit einem geeigneten, rasch     erhärtenden    Binde  mittel ausgegossen werden. Die Platten wer  den vorzugsweise doppelt so lang als breit  gewählt, in welchem<B>Falle sie in</B> der in<B>den</B>       Fig.    3 bis 5 dargestellten     Anordnung    ver  legt werden können.  



  Nach dem Verlegen der Bauelemente wer  den die Nuten zwischen denselben ausge  gossen. Auf die Platten wird dann eine Iso  lierschicht 9 und auf letzterer ein     begehbarer     Belag, beispielsweise Linoleum oder Parkett  aufgelegt.  



  Der aus den Bauelementen zusammen  gesetzte     Unterlagboden    kann durch Verwen  dung von Bauelementen aus Holz oder aus  einer     Mischung    aus Zement und Schilfrohr  oder dergleichen wärme- und     schallisolierend     gemacht werden. Um eine genügende Festig  keit zu erhalten, empfiehlt es sich in diesem  Falle, armierte Bauelemente zu verwenden.

  The floor shown in Fig. 1 is produced, for example, by applying a leveling layer 2, which can consist of cinder block concrete, cork cement or similar material, to the base 1, if its surface is not flat, and leveling its surface with the lath. An insulating layer 3, for example made of felt cardboard, asphalt or some other suitable material, is placed over it. Rectangular building boards 4, preferably made of material that can be sawn and nailed, are laid on this insulating layer.

   These plates preferably have a surface area of approximately half a square meter and a thickness of a few centimeters. As can be seen from FIG. 2, the panels are flattened on two abutting edge sides on the upper side to approximately half the panel thickness and on the two other edge sides in an entapreciated manner on the lower side. The lower sheets 5 of the bulge have on the top longitudinal ribs 6, which are semicircular in cross section and which correspond to grooves 7 of the same shape on the underside of the upper sheets. These ribs and grooves can also be rectangular or triangular instead of semicircular.

    The plates are laid in the manner shown in Fig. 1 Darge so that the ribs of the lower sheets engage in the grooves of the upper sheets. In order to give the same mutual firm hold when laying these plates, square, triangular or other suitable with a suitable, rapidly hardening binding agent can be poured at the upper edges. The plates are preferably chosen to be twice as long as they are wide, in which case they can be laid in the arrangement shown in FIGS. 3 to 5.



  After laying the components who poured out the grooves between the same. An insulating layer 9 is then placed on the plates and a walk-on covering, for example linoleum or parquet, is placed on the latter.



  The subfloor composed of the components can be made heat and sound insulating by using components made of wood or a mixture of cement and reed or the like. In order to obtain sufficient strength, it is advisable to use reinforced components in this case.

PATENT CLAIM 1. A method for the production of floors, characterized in that plate-shaped components interlocking with leaves are added to one another on the flat surface of a sub-floor. And the same is covered with a walk-on covering.
