  <B>Zusatzpatent</B> zum Hauptpatent Nr. 195331.    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Küpenfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Küpenfarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man  das Kondensationsprodukt der Formel:

    im     Molekularverhältnis    2 : 1 kondensiert.  Der so erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in    konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit     grünerFarbe     und färbt Baumwolle aus violetter     güpe    in  wertvollen, blaustichig grauen Tönen.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  78 Teile des Kondensationsproduktes der  Formel:

      werden bei Anwesenheit von 15 Teilen     Na-          triumcarbonat    und 15 Teilen     Natriumacetat,     sowie von 3 Teilen     Kupferehlorür-    in fein  verteilter Form durch     24stündiges    Kocher)  in Nitrobenzol kondensiert. Das Kondensa  tionsprodukt wird noch heiss abgesaugt, ge  waschen und durch Ausblasen mit Wasser  dampf und Auskochen mit Salzsäure gereinigt.

Der so erhaltene Farbstoff löst sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und färbt Baumwolle aus violetter Küpe in wertvollen, blaustichig grauen Tönen.
