L'objet de cette inventionest un porte- plume à amI#3ules d'encre air- @bies, carac térisé par le fai;
Pen holder with removable ink bulbs. There are known reservoir nib holders in the body of which am poules of ink are introduced, the end of which comes into contact with the head of the nib holder comprises a membrane or a cap automatically perforated at the time of the introduction of the bulb, by a perforator carried by the head, so that the ink can then flow from the bulb to the nib.
Pen holders of this kind have the advantage of being very simple and very practical to refill since, after the ink in a bulb has been used up, all you have to do is remove the empty bulb and replace it with a new one. am full hen.
With these known pen holders, the user is however required to always have with him, in addition to his pen holder, a full bulb so that he is always able to compensate for the exhaustion of the pen. bulb ink in service. This is a serious drawback which the present invention aims to remedy. .
The object of this invention is an air- @bies ink amI # 3ule nib holder, charac terized by the isp;
i # - qrq evening, corp # st likely to receive =, .. alternately, a bulb in the service position, that is to say in communication with the pen, and a reserve bulb that the the user will put the bulb into service after its exhaustion.
Thanks to this arrangement, the user does not have to carry a spare bulb ni @ cï @ And the pen holder itself contains the ink reserve.
The drawing. The appended shows, schematically and simply by way of example, an embodiment of the pen holder forming the subject of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a view in longitudinal section; Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line II-II of FIG. 1.
The pen holder shown comprises a body 1 provided with a head formed by a socket 2 and a part 3 carrying, inside the body 1, a perforator 4. A capacitance channel 5, supplying the pen. 6, is practiced in this part 3 and in the perforator 4.
The ink supply to this nib holder is obtained by means of ampoules 7, 7a each of which consists of a body, for example glass or any other material, one open end of which receives, after filling the ampoule , a stopper 8, made of rubber or similar material. This stopper is previously pierced with a puncture which, thanks to the elasticity of the material, normally ensures the complete closing of the bulb.
The body of the pen holder simultaneously receives two of these bulbs: an operating bulb 7, and a reserve bulb 7a. These two bulbs are carried by a double case which comprises, on each side of a restricted part 12, on the one hand, a socket 11 forming a clamp in which is clamped the base of the bulb 7 in service and, on the other hand share, a longer sleeve 1 forming a sheath in which is freely housed the reserve hen 7a.
The body 1 of the pen holder is closed by a cap 15, in an end recess of which is housed a spring 14 intended to apply the end provided with the stopper, of the bulb in service 7, against the head of the holder. feather. This spring acts on a washer 13 which itself rests against the end of the sheath 11a which then transmits, to the exclusion of the bulb 7a, the pressure of the spring 14 to the bulb 7.
When placing the ampoules in the body 1, the perforator 4 penetrates the puncture of the stopper 8; the ink can then flow freely towards the nib 2. The stopper 8 being pressed against the head 2 itself ensures a perfect seal. When the ampoule 7 is empty, the cap 15 is unscrewed and the case 11, 11a with the two ampoules 7, 7a which it carries is removed.
The empty bulb 7 is removed and the full reserve bulb 7a is placed in its place in the socket 11. The assembly is replaced in the body 1 and, after screwing the cap 15 back on, the pen holder is again with a new supply of ink. A new full reserve bulb can subsequently be placed in the socket 11a.
By using the nib holder described and shown, the user therefore does not have to constantly carry a reserve bulb on .lui, the nib holder itself containing its reserve of ink.
Another advantage lies in the fact that the reservoir in two parts ensures a more regular flow. In fact, with large-capacity nib holders, when they are empty, there is always a more intense flow, due to the pressure of the air volume having replaced the ink in the ink. tank.
Finally, thanks to the rubber stopper 8, the perforator 4 of which only temporarily expands the puncture, the user will be able to remove the ampoule in service 7 before it is completely exhausted without any ink escaping from it and then, as soon as as the perforator 4 emerges from the plug 8, the puncture of the latter closes automatically and in a sealed manner due to the very elasticity of the material.
