Seringue hypodermique.
I1 existe différents modèles de seringues à usage unique présentant chaeun un réservoir déformable pour le liquide à injecter auquel est fixée une aiguille hypodermique. Cette dernière, en position d'attente, n'est pas en contact avec le produit à injecter. Chacun de ces modèles comprend un organe perforateur monté à coulissement à l'intérieur de l'aiguille hypodermique pour pouvoir perforer une paroi de fermeture ménagée à l'intérieur du réservoir.
Lors de l'emploi de la seringue, l'organe perforateur est, après avoir perforé la paroi de fermeture, retiré de l'aiguille hypodermique qui peut alors être introduite dans le corps d'un patient.
L'organe perforateur est simplement logé à l'intérieur de l'aiguille et peut doue se perdre aisément; il présente le grave défaut de pouvoir introduire, dans le réservoir qui contient le produit à injecter, des corps étrangers non stériles.
De plus, la perforation d'une paroi métallique ou plastique ne peut pas se faire convenablement en pressant et en retirant l'organe perforateur, car l'orifice réalisé de cette facon se referme souvent presque entièrement et ne laisse pas passer le produit à injecter.
La seringue hypodermique faisant l'objet de la présente invention a pour but de permettre de remédier aux inconvénients indiqués ci-dessus; elle comprend un récipient déformable destiné à contenir le liquide à injecter et elle est caractérisée par le fait que l'une des extrémités du récipient comprend un goulot dans lequel est enrobée et fixée une des extrémités d'une aiguille hypodermique dont le canal contient une tige-bouchon assurant la fermeture du récipient, le goulot étant muni d'im capuchon amovible protégeant l'aiguille hypodermique et la tige-bouchon.
Le dessin annexé montre, à titre d'exemple, une forme d'exécution partielle de la seringue objet de l'invention.

La seringue hypodermique représentée comprend un récipient déformable 1 en métal ou en matière plastique destiné à contenir un produit à injecter; ce récipient 1 présente, à l'une de ses extrémités, un goulot 2 dans lequel est enrobée et fixée une des extrémités d'une aiguille hypodermique 3; le canal de cette dernière contient une tige-bouchon 4 pourvue d'une tête moletée 5; l'autre extrémité 6 de la tige 4 est enrobée dans le goulot 2 et assure la fermeture hermétique du récipient 1.
Le goulot 2 présente, à sa périphérie, un filetage 7 sur lequel est fixé amoviblement un capuchon 8 protégeant l'aiguille hypodermique 3 et la tige-bouchon 4.
La seringue représentée est utilisée comme suit:
Le capuchon 8 est tout d'abord dévissé, puis la tige-bouchon 4 est retirée en la saisis sant manuellement par sa tête moletée, ce qui crée à l'intérieur du goulot 2 et dans l'aiguille 3 un conduit suffisant pour l'introduction dans le corps du patient du contenu du récipient 1.
I1 est prévu, dans une variante d'exéeu- tion, de réaliser une tige-bouchon 4 de forme légèrement tronconique, cette tige 4 étant en métal inoxydable.
Lors de la fabrication de la seringue représentée en matière plastique, l'aiguille 3 et la tige 4 sont mises en place avant le moulage du goulot 2, en sorte que la. matière plastique, lors de son refroidissement après moulage. enserre étroitement l'aiguille 3 et la tige 4 et assure l'étanchéité du récipient 1.
Hypodermic syringe.
There are different models of disposable syringes each presenting a deformable reservoir for the liquid to be injected to which a hypodermic needle is attached. The latter, in the waiting position, is not in contact with the product to be injected. Each of these models comprises a perforating member slidably mounted inside the hypodermic needle in order to be able to perforate a closure wall formed inside the reservoir.
When using the syringe, the perforator member is, after having perforated the closure wall, withdrawn from the hypodermic needle which can then be introduced into the body of a patient.
The perforator member is simply housed inside the needle and can easily be lost; it has the serious defect of being able to introduce, into the reservoir which contains the product to be injected, non-sterile foreign bodies.
In addition, the perforation of a metal or plastic wall cannot be done properly by pressing and removing the perforating member, because the orifice made in this way often closes almost entirely and does not allow the product to be injected to pass. .
The aim of the hypodermic syringe which is the subject of the present invention is to make it possible to remedy the drawbacks indicated above; it comprises a deformable container intended to contain the liquid to be injected and it is characterized in that one of the ends of the container comprises a neck in which is coated and fixed one of the ends of a hypodermic needle, the channel of which contains a rod -cap ensuring the closure of the container, the neck being provided with a removable cap protecting the hypodermic needle and the stopper rod.

The hypodermic syringe shown comprises a deformable container 1 made of metal or of plastic material intended to contain a product to be injected; this container 1 has, at one of its ends, a neck 2 in which is coated and fixed one of the ends of a hypodermic needle 3; the channel of the latter contains a plug rod 4 provided with a knurled head 5; the other end 6 of the rod 4 is embedded in the neck 2 and ensures the hermetic closure of the container 1.
The neck 2 has, at its periphery, a thread 7 on which is removably fixed a cap 8 protecting the hypodermic needle 3 and the stopper rod 4.

The cap 8 is first of all unscrewed, then the plug-rod 4 is withdrawn by gripping it manually by its knurled head, which creates inside the neck 2 and in the needle 3 a sufficient conduit for the introduction into the patient's body of the contents of the container 1.
In an alternative embodiment, provision is made for a plug-rod 4 of slightly frustoconical shape, this rod 4 being made of stainless metal.
During the manufacture of the syringe shown in plastic, the needle 3 and the rod 4 are put in place before the molding of the neck 2, so that the. plastic material, during its cooling after molding. tightly surrounds needle 3 and rod 4 and seals container 1.
