Fig. 6).
Process and machine for the manufacture of shaped articles which can be dismantled by hand into spacer plates and a product manufactured according to this process. The subject matter of the present invention is a method and a machine for the production of small plates with holding wires that can be dismantled by hand and the product made by this method.
According to the method according to the invention, the wires are placed in the molding material while it is being introduced into the molding and the molding is turned with it for the purpose of releasing it from the molding and is placed on a support plate.
The machine to run .dieses Ver drive, - has a resting on a support plate of a frame, from this liftable and reversible molded body for the acceptance of the material and means to dismantle the molded body for the purpose of releasing the molding.
The molding produced by the process forms a strip of material which is divided by transverse notches of such a depth that it can be dismantled by hand into smaller pieces forming spacer plates, with a recess for the wire ends at the exit edges bend up within the edges and in order to be able to attach metal parts with a smaller width than that of the molding of the type,
.that his evasion is prevented.
Such spacer plates are used as a base for spacing reinforcement grates, heating or water pipes, etc. to be laid in ceilings to be laid from the ceiling surface and these spacer plates are used during the hardening of the concrete mass to be erected , the ceiling is supported by its wooden cladding.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of a machine serving to carry out the method according to the invention, Fig. 1 shows the Mmehine in front and Fig. 2 in side view in the direction of the arrow, x in Fig. 1, parts being broken away.
FIGS. 3 and 4 show, on a larger scale, the molded body of the glass line, likewise with parts broken away. Fig. 5 is a cross section of the molded body along the line I-I in Fig. 4 with dash-dotted lines on interpreted parts.
6 and 7 show a distal plate broken away from the molding in a view and plan. 6 its application is explained in two examples. 8 illustrates part of a strip molding on a smaller scale.
In Figs. 1 and 2, 1 denotes a table-like frame on the profile iron and 2 its plate on which the molded body 3 for receiving the molding material, for. B. Be ton, rests, and the following edition is named plate. A shaft 4 is mounted in lateral cross members of the frame, on which a double-armed lever 5 sits at one end, from the shorter lever arm of which a steering rod 6 leads to an Aehsza.pfen 7 of the molded body, while an arm 71 is stuck at the opposite end of the shaft 4,
from which a second link 6 leads to the other axle journal 7 of the molded body. When the lever is lowered, the molded body is raised evenly over its entire length, in which position it can be pivoted about its axle journals. During the Hebe- and Senkvorgan ges, the Nenden link 6 are guided as a support of the molded body in provided on the plate frame of the frame guide pieces 30, the guide slots 31 of the arcuate movement of the link in their width into account.
In the low position, the lever can be determined by a self-locking locking device (not shown).
The shaped body is made up of the lower hollow shape 8 and the two-part, with respect to its longitudinal arrows, both ends on separating surfaces 9a. touching. upper hollow form 9 together.
The connection of these parts is done by means of wedges 10, which are transversely through recesses of the lower hollow shape and conical .Slitze 14 of wedge guide plates 15 attached on both sides of the latter and rest on legs 11 of connecting hooks 12, which from the upper part reach into the lower hollow form and they are distributed in pairs on both parts, each wedge connecting cell (one drawn in the drawing).
When tightening each wedge, the two hollow forms are pressed against each other. Guide pins 13 of the upper hollow shape fit into correspondingly arranged holes of the lower hollow shape and allow a quick and accurate assembly of the molded body.
For the purpose of dismantling the molded body, the wedge 10 is pivoted in the direction of the arrows drawn in FIG. 4 of the drawing and the hook 12 is disengaged, whereupon the parts of the upper hollow shape can be lifted from the lower hollow shape al.) Respectively. the pins 13 can be disengaged from their holes.
If moldings are to be produced, the material, for. B. Concrete. Introduced into the open mold 1.6 of the composite Formkör pers 3 after a retaining wire 19 transversely to the longitudinal direction of the molded body on two opposing cams 22 of the hollow mold 8 has been inserted into each shaped member 18 bounded by ribs 17.
For this purpose, the lower hollow shape has grooves 21 on its abutment surface 20 on the insertion stands which determine the position of the wires. After a bring the material, the molded body with the content is lifted from the platen 2 by lowering the lever. Swiveled 180 and placed on a wooden base that has meanwhile been placed on the support plate.
After loosening the wedge 10 on the hollow form 8 now located above the hollow form 9, this is abgeho ben from the former, whereupon the molding, a part formed from the series connected, for the formation of spacer certain parts formed Ma material strips 23 for taking out of the Holilforin 9 is exposed. After the two-part hollow mold 9 has been removed. is, the molding can be removed from the work table and the molding is ready for the formation of spacers.
This readiness is achieved thanks to the turning option, which allows the molded body to sit on the base with the two-part hollow mold 9. Spacer plates 2.8 can now be broken off from the iStrip as required by pressing between. For every two platelets, a notch 24 caused by the rib 17 of the lower hollow form 8 is created with a depth that facilitates the separation of the spacer plates by hand.
The shaped body could also be made in two, four or more parts instead of three parts.
As stated above, the molding forms a strip of material 23 which can be separated into its elements by hand. Each element resp. Spacer plate has on the longitudinal edges recesses 25 which are opposite to each other in pairs. The ends of the retaining wire 19 embedded in each spacer plate emerge from the body in the recesses and the ends are shaped into rings 27 which, when twisted, offer a good grip when it is fastened to the tube or to the rod.
If the spacer plate is attached to a tube or rod with a smaller diameter than the width of the plate. is to fasten conditions, the bending open of the wire ends within the edges of the plate enables a connection in this case as well, which prevents the spacer plate from escaping under the tube or the rod (see Fig. 6).
