Description

  

      Yerschlnss    an Blechdosen.    Die Erfindung betrifft einen Verschluss an  Blechdosen und besteht darin, dass der Deckel  mit einer Zarge versehen ist, deren unterer  Rand tiefer als der obere Rand des Dosen  körpers liegt und von der ein über den     Do-          senkörperrand    hinausragender, zunächst min  destens angenähert waagrecht verlaufender,  dann senkrecht nach unten abgebogener Rand  ausgeht, in dessen Hohlraum ein Dichtungs  ring eingelegt ist.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung in     Fig.    1  in einem senkrechten Schnitt durch den obern  Teil einer verschlossenen Blechdose dargestellt.       Fig.    2 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf den Deckel.  



  Der Deckel 1 der Dose ist mit einer Zarge  2 versehen, deren unterer Rand tiefer als der  obere Rand das Dosenkörpers 3 liegt. An der  Zarge 2 ist ein zunächst angenähert waag  recht nach aussen verlaufender, dann senkrecht  nach unten abgebogener Rand 4 befestigt, z. B.  angelötet. Der Rand könnte auch zunächst  waagrecht verlaufen. In den durch diesen    Rand 4 gebildeten Hohlraum ist ein Ring     ä     aus Dichtungsmaterial, z. B. aus Kautschuk,  eingelegt.

   Auf dem Deckel 1 ist ein Bügel 6  angeschweisst, an dessen einem Ende ein Bü  gel 7 befestigt ist, der sich als     Scharnierbolzen     um eine     Scharnierhülse    8 drehen kann, welch  letztere an dem Dosenkörper 3 vermittels       eines    Lappens 9 befestigt ist. Über das an  dere Ende des Bügels 6 greift eine Schlaufe  10 eines an der Dosenwand 3 befestigten       Kniehebelverschlusses    10, 11, 12, um den  Deckel zu verschliessen.  



  Um die Dose zu öffnen, wird der Schen  kel 12 des     Kniehebelverschlusses    11 hochge  klappt, woraufhin die Schlaufe 10 den Bügel  6 freigibt. Der Deckel 1 kann dann um die  Hülse 8     verschwenkt    werden. Der beschrie  bene Verschluss schliesst das Innere der Dose  hermetisch nach aussen ab.

  The lid 1 of the can is provided with a frame 2, the lower edge of which is lower than the upper edge of the can body 3. On the frame 2 an initially approximately horizontally right outwardly extending, then vertically bent down edge 4 is attached, z. B. soldered. The edge could also initially run horizontally. In the cavity formed by this edge 4 is a ring - made of sealing material, for. B. made of rubber, inserted.

   A bracket 6 is welded onto the cover 1, at one end of which a Bü gel 7 is attached, which can rotate as a hinge pin around a hinge sleeve 8, the latter being attached to the can body 3 by means of a tab 9. A loop 10 of a toggle lock 10, 11, 12 attached to the can wall 3 engages over the other end of the bracket 6 in order to close the lid.



  To open the can, the leg 12 of the toggle lock 11 is folded up, whereupon the loop 10 releases the bracket 6. The cover 1 can then be pivoted about the sleeve 8. The described closure hermetically seals the inside of the can from the outside.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verschluss an Blechdosen, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass der Deckel (1) mit einer Zarge 2) versehen ist, deren unterer Rand tiefer als der obere Rand des Dosenkörpers liegt und von der ein über den Dosenkörper hin ausragender, zunächst mindestens angenähert waagrecht verlaufender, dann senkrecht nach unten abgebogener Rand (4) ausgeht, in des sen Hohlraum ein Dichtungsring (5) einge legt ist. UNTERANSPRUCH: Verachluss an Blechdosen nach Patentan spruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Deckel (1) ein Bügel (6) angeschweisst ist, der vermittels eines Scharniers (7, 8) und eines gniehebelverschlusses (10, 11, 12) das Öffnen und Verschliessen der Blechdose ge stattet.
