Wandhonstliuktion in Holz.
Wall honing in wood. Wall constructions made of wood, consisting of boards placed in a row, are known.
However, these constructions have the Xaehteil that they have to be made on the construction site, that the boards are horizontal and therefore the whole wall is shortened in the vertical direction, because the boards shrink across the fibers when they dry out, or that the board layer is only as Filling to a supporting structure is used.
The subject matter of the present invention no longer has these disadvantages.
The wooden wall construction according to the invention is characterized by at least one wooden body which has a number of vertically standing boards between which there are two wooden slats which are together narrower than the boards and which are flush on the outside are with the boards, and the wall construction is further characterized in that the board and lath body on the upper and lower end face <B> each </B> has a groove, in which groove the protruding part of the grooved transverse straps engages.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown on the accompanying drawing sheet: The figure shows part of such a wall construction in a perspective representation, partly in horizontal section.
<B> 1 </B> are vertically standing boards, between which there are <B> each </B> two wooden slats 2 that are flush with the boards on the outside and <U> together </U> are narrower than the boards - where vertical channels <B> 3 </B> are formed between the boards. The board and lath body <B> 1, </B> 2 has a groove 4 on the upper and lower end face <B> each </B>, into which grooves the protruding part of horizontal belts <, which are also grooved B> 5, 5 '</B> engages.
The boards <B> 1 </B> and the slats 2 can be held together in various ways, for example by screwing, nailing or gluing. In the channels <B> 3 </B>, wooden blocks <B> 7 </B> can be inserted at a distance one above the other, whereby the channels are divided and a continuous air circulation in them is avoided. <B> 6 </ B > is a sound-insulating covering in the groove 4 'of the belts <B> 5' </B> and in the over throat 4 of the board and picket listener. The same prevents the undisturbed sound transfer from the ceiling beams or. the ceiling to the wall.
Of course, the lower throat 4 could respectively. 4 'be covered with an insulating coating of the type mentioned.
The wall construction can be on the construction site, where the boards respectively. Slats are transported, created from the ground up, or, what is more useful, panels are created in series in advance, the latter transported to the construction site and erected the wall construction, possibly by combining several panels.
In this wall construction, the boards <B> 1 </B> and the battens 2 serve a double purpose. Together with the transverse chords, they form the wall to be created and are stable, so that the creation of a special wall support structure (beam structure) is unnecessary, which reduces the costs of creating the wall. In addition, there is no need to fear that the wall will shorten, as the boards, which do not shrink in the longitudinal direction, lie vertically. The straps attached to the boards and slats stabilize the entire wall.
The declared wall construction is heat and cold insulating and to a certain extent also soundproof. If the wall structure is put together from several panels produced in advance in series, the erection of the wall structure takes a minimum of time.
