. Fig. 8 zeigt eine Variante des Beispiels Fig. 7.
Scissor pantograph with rocker for electric vehicles. Rockers for pantographs, in which a flat sliding bow is held approximately in the horizontal by a Paral lelführung, are known. In these, the lower rocker mount is rotatably attached in the scissor apex. When the grinding hanger hits any obstacles on the catenary network, this blow is largely transferred to the top of the scissors and acts, the higher the vehicle speed, the harder it is on the hanger, the seesaw and the top of the scissors, which means that those in the area Parts like the catenary can suffer damage.
The impacts mentioned are significantly reduced if, in addition to the normal seesaw suspension, there is another possibility of evasive action, consisting in the fact that the entire seesaw system, including its pivot point, can move horizontally to the side, which prevents defects from occurring even with major unevenness in the catenary becomes.
According to the present invention, the axis of rotation of the rocker is therefore not attached in the scissors apex, but the axis of rotation of the rocker and the lower, on both sides of the rocker axis of rotation existing storage of the parallel guide are rotatably mounted on a common support, this support laterally, d . H. runs transversely to the rocker axis of rotation in a horizontal position and is held in a central position by a suspension.
The accompanying schematic drawings illustrate some execution examples of the subject invention.
Fig. 1 and 2 show in two Seitenan views the first embodiment. The rocker 1 and the parallel guide rods 2 and 3 are mounted on a support 4, which in turn is movably held by levers 6 suspended on the scissor apex 5 so that it can pivot laterally. By means of springs 13 and 14 attached to the scissor arms 7 and 8, the support 4 is held in the horizontal position and in a central position in relation to the vibrations around the apex of the scissors - in the rest position. This facility is the same on both sides of the seesaw and the top of the scissors.
The rocker 1 is held by also arms 7 and 8 attached to the scissors springs 9 and 10 in the vertical and in a central position in the rest position. The flat grinding bow 15 is articulated at 16 on the rocker 1 and held by the rods 2 and 3, of which eyelets 19 and 20 engage around pins 17 and 18, so that it is within certain limits around its axis 16 can play freely. The eyelets 19 and 20 could also be attached to the bottom of the rod 2 and 3, or the rods 2 and 3 could, for example, each be designed in two parts as tubes pushed into one another, so that the bracket 15 can also play limited around its axis 16 .
In the example in FIG. 3, the support 4 is movably guided by two levers 21 and 22 articulated on the upper part 7, 8 of the scissors. The two springs 9 and 10 hold the rocker 1 and the support 4 in a central position. Fig. 4 shows the position of the parts of Fig. 3 in the lowest working position of the scissors current collector.
In the example of Fig. 5, the lever 21 is suspended to the left of the scissors apex 5 on a pivot 24 of the extension of the right scissors arm 8, while the lever 22 to the right of the scissors apex 5 on a pivot 25 of the extension of the left scissor arm 7 is suspended. This ensures that the support 4 with the rocker 1 including accessories in the uppermost working position of the pantograph (Fig. 5) comes to lie closer to the scissor apex 5 than in the lowest working position of the pantograph (Fig. 6).
In the example Fig. 3 and 4, the matter is reversed: In the uppermost working position of the pantograph (Fig. 3), the support 4 with the rocker 1 including accessories is lower with respect to the scissors apex 5 than in the lowest working position Fig. 4. The device 5 and 6 has the main advantage over that of FIGS. 3, 4 that the rocker 1 from the lowest to the highest working position has a greater height difference than the top of the scissors.
In the embodiment of FIG. 7, the rocker 1 and the parallel guide rods 2, 3 on pins 32 respectively. 33, 34 from a support 4 is stored. The support 4 is by means of slots 29 and 30 on guide rollers 35, 36 of the scissor arms 7, 8 mounted horizontally.
. Fig. 8 shows a variant of the example of Fig. 7. The guide roller 35 is brought to the left of the scissors apex 5 at the scissor arm 8 extended beyond its pivot point, while the guide roller 36 to the right of the scissors apex 5 on the scissors arm extended beyond its pivot point 7 is stored.
In the variant in FIG. 9, an additional spring 45 is also provided, which is held on the one hand on the support 4 and on the other hand by means of a loop 47 via pins 48 on the rocker 1. As a result of the backlash in the loop, the spring 45 only comes into effect when the rocker has a normal angular deflection, so that the angular deflection of the rocker does not become too large in strong winds or abnormally strong drafts due to very high speeds and the restoring force of the rocker with the angle rash increases roughly proportionally from a certain position
