  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Theophyllinderivates    einer Quecksilberverbindung  der     Urethanreihe.       Es wurde     gefunden,    dass man zu einem       Theophyllinderivat    einer Quecksilberverbin  dung der     Urethanreihe    gelangen kann, wenn  man auf eine Verbindung, die das Radikal  der Formel

    enthält, wie z. B. die freie Base, sowie ihre  Salze,     Theophyllin    einwirken lässt.  



  Die auf diese Weise     gewannene    Ver  bindung bildet ein weisses     Kristallpulver.     Die neue Verbindung zeichnet sich durch  ihre starke     diuretische    Wirkung bei guter  Verträglichkeit aua. Sie soll therapeutische  Verwendung finden.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  40,5 Teile     N-Allyläthylui@ethan-mercuri-          acetat    werden in wässeriger Lösung mit  18 Teilen     Theophyllin    umgesetzt, die Lösung  in i     Vakuum    zur Trockne eingedampft und    so die neue     Quecksilberverbindung    der wahr  scheinlichen Zusammensetzung       Ce,Hi    2     0.g        N-Hg-C7H7        02N4     als hygroskopisches Kristallpulver erhalten.

    An Stelle vor)     N-Allyläthylurethan-mer-          curiacetat    kann man auch von einem andern  Salz, wie z.     ss.    vom     Propionat,        Butyrat    oder  von der freien Base selbst     ausgehen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Theo- phyllinderivates einer Quecksilberverbindung der Urethanreihe, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man auf eine Verbindung, die das Ra dikal der Formel EMI0001.0030 enthält, Theophyllin einwirken lässt. Die auf diese Weise gewonnene Verbin dung bildet ein weisses Kristallpulver. Die neue Verbindung zeichnet sich durch ihre starke diuretische Wirkung bei guter Verträglichkeit aus. Sie soll therapeutische Verwendung finden.
