  <B>Zusatzpatent</B>     zuna        Hauptpatent    Nr. 180388.         Schirmkappe.       Vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine weitere  Ausbildung der Schirmkappe nach dem Pa  tentanspruch HI des Hauptpatentes und be  steht darin, dass der     Kappenboden    durch ein  sowohl als Wärmeisolator als auch als ein  die Feuchtigkeit nicht durchlassendes Mittel  dienendes Futter geschützt ist.  



  Die dem Patentanspruch     HI    des Haupt  patentes entsprechende, nahtlose und impräg  nierfähige Schirmkappe hat sich zwar durch  ihre Dauerhaftigkeit ausgezeichnet; doch wies  sie den Nachteil auf, dass durch steten Ge  brauch in Hitze, Wind und Wetter der Kappen  boden sich durch Aufnahme der Ausdünstun  gen des Trägers ausbauchte und teilweise  entfärbte.  



  Um dem abzuhelfen, wird nach vorliegen  der Erfindung ein sowohl wärmeisolierendes  als auch die Feuchtigkeit nicht durchlassen  des Futter in den     Kappenboden    eingesetzt.  Als Wärmeisolator hat sich dabei ein Seiden  stoff bewährt und als Feuchtigkeit nicht durch  lassendes Mittel eine Gummischicht. Das  Futter der Schirmkappe besteht demnach aus  einer mit einem Seidenüberzug versehenen  Gummischicht.    Der - sogenannte     Paragummi    eignet sich  besonders gut für die Herstellung der Gummi  schicht und für den überzog kann ausser Seide  irgend ein anderer äquivalenter Stoff gewählt  werden.

The so-called para rubber is particularly suitable for the production of the rubber layer and any other equivalent material besides silk can be selected for the cover.
